I've had a few run-ins with Milpitas' Crumbl Cookies and the experienced have always been good. Cookies are always fresh, soft, and so very delicious. Cookie offerings change on a weekly basis so depending on what the rotating flavors are, my desire for these treats fluctuate. On a good note, there typically is at least one cookie that catches my eye and seems to be worth trying. Parking for the complex in general is plentiful so there isn't ever an issue whenever I make trips here. Ordering takes place via Crumbl app or you will need to use the kiosk- both are easy enough to use. 5/5 stars. These babies are BIG so sharing isn't a stretch. My family and I like to sample a little bit of everything as a whole which allowed us to try each and every flavor! Two thumbs up, these babies definitely live up to its hype!!!! read more

I'm bummed that this is my favorite Crumbl location in the East Bay because it's on the opposite end of town from me lol. But at least my childhood home is closest to this one and when I feel like indulging, I can share with my brothers and mom. My brother and I drove here on a Friday night where 880 was surprisingly empty. I placed my mobile order on the app and was instantly drawn in by the calming glow of the clean and simple storefront. We parked next to the four, 5 min limit spots right out front. I flagged that we were here and I was informed of my spot in line for drive up (I was third). We weren't there long before one of the staff came out holding the iconic pink box and handed it to me. I smiled as I took the box and felt the warmth of the cookies in my hands. With a smile on my face, we drove back home where I cut up the cookies so we could all sample each one. This is my favorite location, so far, because the service was great (which all locations have), but also because the cookies are soft. Bonus points for the staff giving me such warm and fresh cookies at 7 pm too. You're the real MVPs working the closing shift but still delivering soft cookie happiness. The inside of Crumbl is nice and you get to see them make the cookies! Inside of the store looked so clean and aesthetic. I wish they offered more flavors at a time but they only do limited flavors. Samantha was helpful picking out one of the flavors for me. I doubted her but she was right. The chocolate cookie thing with caramel in the middle she recommended was pretty good! Their cookies are hella big and half a cookie can last you a day. I wish there was a thinner version of their cookies because I feel guilty after eating a whole one lol. read more

my favorite cookie spot has opened up a Milpitas shop so I had to check it out. I love that they're making cookies all day and you can see right into the kitchen. This is probably the friendliest Crumbl I've been to. As soon as you walk in they're greeting you with yells. They had an apple pie "cookie" that I guess wasn't really a cookie but it was delicious. The crust was a little thicker than a normal apple pie which gave it a really nice consistency. The crust wasn't as hard as the French type tarts and may prefer that to an actual slice. I actually sampled every different cookie in the box, they are all thick, dense, soft, and moist. "None of them more crumbly as the name suggests" #3. The iconic pink boxes of Crumbl have landed in Milpitas! We stopped by for Free Cookie Day last week and were pleasantly surprised that the line was well managed. We only had to wait a few minutes before being ushered in; we totally appreciated how they had a greeter at the door doing crowd control so that our experience inside wasn't marred by weaving through groups of people. Once inside, we could order from a kiosk or an actual person. Someone waved us down so we went to her and ordered two cookies (Strawberry Milk & Cake Batter) plus our free milk chocolate chip cookies. My heart was happy when they offered one for my baby too, knowing full well that she can't eat it. The chocolate chip cookies came warm and gooey as if they were fresh out of the oven. SO GOOD. Pro tip: I highly recommend getting their cookie cutter if you 1) are a perfectionist and want perfectly portioned fourths, 2) are lazy and want to make only one cut, and/or 3) don't want to eat a giant cookie in one sitting. Sure, you could probably do the same thing with a knife (not a plastic one -- learned that the hard way before), but I direct you back to points one and two above. I've visited every week thus far to try all of their flavors, so that should be an indication of how obsessed I've become. This is the only Crumbl location I've ever visited and I can see how they've become such a success. Their cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It does seem like the interior is semi-raw cookie dough, but that's part of what makes them delicious. They rotate flavors weekly and are super convenient to order via the app. Prices are steep even with the large cookie sizes. A box of 4 is the most price efficient until you hit a dozen. I wasn't really planning on going back to Crumbl cookies because I've tried the flavors once and wasn't a huge fan. However, this location opened up and my siblings were dying to try it so to Crumbl we went! This location wasn't really busy on a Thursday afternoon, people are just finding out about this location so I'm expecting it to get a lot more attention soon. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. We got the 4 pack for $17, listen I know the price is a little steep but the cookies are huge and you can share them. FRESH AND WARM COOKIES!! I've heard so much about Crumbl from friends and I'm so excited that one just opened up so close to me! Their flavors change daily, but they always have their original chocolate chip cookie on the menu. Please refer to their site to find the flavors. I finally got the chance to try out Crumbl. I got the 4 pack to try each flavor. Flavors I got were classic chocolate chip and pink sugar, apple cream pie and mint. I like the apple cream pie. It tasted like I was eating an apple pie on a hard crust. The cookies were large in size and the cream was thick and rich. I got a sugar rush from it. It's taking me a week to finish them. I had to take milk with the cookies because they were rich tasting. I ordered for delivery and it came in a nice, long pink box with a stretch tie. I can feel how warm the cookies were in the box. I added the special sticker to see how it looked and it wasn't impressive but nice looking I'm a cookie monster by heart but the cookies are too much for me to consume. Next time, I'll either order one or share with a friend. They have a weekly menu so I'll try their s'mores next to compare with another cookie business. read more

It's located inside of the Town Center plaza and is a couple of doors down from Peet's Coffee. There's plenty of parking and easily accessible. Food Cake Batter Strawberry Milk Peanut Butter Munch ft Muddy Buddies Milk Chocolate Chip I ordered the 4-Pack Box with taxes the total cost was $16.73 USD. The Cake Batter was very dense and funfetti made it fun to look at with every bite. It is a bit on the sweeter side. The Strawberry Milk was reminiscent of Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bars. The pink frosting wasn't too sweet and cool from being freshly made. I would order this cookie again. The Peanut Butter Munch ft Muddy Buddies cookie was rich with a peanut butter flavor and nice bites of the Muddy Buddies. It was a bit dense and had a very rich peanut butter flavor. The Milk Chocolate Chip was soft, moist and not too sweet. This flavor seems to be one of the main staple in the weekly rotating menu. read more

I never really got the hype with crumbl until i finally tried them myself last weekend when i had a bad cookie craving and i was glad they happened to have regular choc chip cookie on their menu. I got 2 of those and 1 strawberry shortcake and the cinnamon square thing. I was able to order online and right when i walked through the door, they called my name which was super convenient. I only really the tried the choc chip cookie and the rest were shared with the fam over the next few days, but it was good and love that it was warm! For some reason i was expecting them smaller so I guess that's why i thought it'd be overpriced haha but I do still prefer smaller business cookie places :) read more
