Dangerously convenient for my sweet tooth and my blood sugar. When the cravings hit, this location makes it way too easy. Ordering is simple, service is quick, and the cookies are always warm and satisfying. I do wish they had more dark chocolate options, but the classic chocolate chip always delivers.

I'm gold ranked so I think I know a decent amount about crumbl I've been coming here for a few years now and I love it! The store is always clean and I'm usually always greeted by the staff. The service is also super fast as well. The cookies are always good, but they are on the sweeter side.

this is an absolute chocolate lovers dream! got it a few months back but PLS BRING IT BACK. deep dark chocolate absolutely stuffed with semi sweet chocolate chips. warm and melty right out of the oven. fairy service, delivered fast and employee showed me cookie before i was handed it to ensure my approval and satisfaction! order at kiosk or register for cash payments.

Nothing much to say about the service here because I mainly order on the app but there is also a tablet inside you can place your order on. They're really fast, I felt like I waited under 5 minutes for my cookies but I guess it depends on the order. Because some cakes are refrigerated and don't need to be hot. Inside is really clean and they have displays of the cookies and you can compare different sizes. Definitely helpful to get a real life visual of how delicious each one will be lol My favorite that I always crave is the chocolate crumb featuring Oreo. Please I need this to come back!! I like checking back weekly (when I crave cookies) to see what kind of flavors they have, keeps me on my toes.

They open at 8am and close at 10pm, very convenient for whoever wants a warm and thick cookie. You can only order via a kiosk and they call your name for your order. A $4.99 cookie is a bit pricey in my opinion, no matter how pink the box is to put it in. But it is only here that I tasted the difference of a warm cookie! First bite I could even tasted some peanut butter richness from the dough and not just sweet flour. The store is neat and clean but you can only see boxes and packages, no flour or oven.

I'm always conflicted by Crumbl: most of their cookies are so underwhelming (basically just vanilla cookies with some flavored icing) and then there are the very few exceptional, unique cookies. For this review, I'm rating the fried ice cream cookie which was ok. The cinnamon cookie had a good amount of cinnamon, and was nice and soft. The buttercream frosting was standard. The corn flake topping added a nice textural element. So, I wouldn't say this cookie tastes like "fried ice cream", but it's a decent overall. Service is always quick and friendly at this location. Very limited parking on this particular side of the plaza.

This weeks favors ordered: pumpkin cheesecake cookie Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie was a tad bid dry but loved the cream cheese frosting. It seems like crumbl is taking a different approach and offering other things besides cookies like cake squares, pies, and cheesecakes. I liked the branching out, but I think they should stick to what they are known for which is the cookies. I think they are reaching beyond for what they could offer all customers to their wants but crumbl I believe is a perfect cookie place. I like they online ordering system and that they don't make it/ package it for you until you are there so it remains fresh. They often times open it up for you on the spot so you can look at it and confirm everything looks good before walking out.

I ordered mini 2 chocolate chip cookies and 1 hazelnut. 2 cookies are fine, but 1 cookie is just sad. From one whole cookie, there's only one piece of chocolate chip, the rest are just dough :( for the price of $10-$11, at least give me more chocolate chips in the cookie

The cookies and cakes and really good! Great customer service. Nice ambience. Fast and easy .

    Rheanna C.

I love going to this Crumbl location as it is a self ordering kiosk but they are always really quick with orders and the cookies always come out warm! Compared to other locations that always taste cakey, the Milpitas location has more of that cookie texture that I love! The ambiance inside very clean, spacious, and bright. Definitely give this Crumbl location a try!

The tres leches cake is a little dry on the corners, but the center was moist & delicious! It wasn't too sweet & had the perfect balance. I love the chocolate chip cookie & how the outer layer is crispy with the chewy center. The cake batter cookie was overkill for me - it was way too sweet, even my daughter that loves sugar only ate a corner piece. The lemon cookie was delicious! Perfect balance of sweet & sour. Overall this would be a nice place to get treats once in a while, or when they have new flavors.

    Thelma N.

Crumbl never disappoints! The cookies are always fresh, delicious, and perfectly soft. Love trying the new flavors each week!

First off, the place is super cute but also kind of overwhelming in the best way. There are literally walls of bread and pastries everywhere, and so many options that I didn't even know where to start. I went in planning to spend just a few bucks on Señorita bread and somehow walked out $20 deep with a whole box of stuff. I ended up trying turon, a puto sampler, a bunch of different donuts, and of course the Ube Señorita bread. Honestly, everything was so good. Like fresh fresh. The bread was still warm in my hands, which made it even better. The staff didn't really speak much English, but it honestly wasn't an issue at all. They were super patient and helpful, and still managed to explain what everything was so I could try new things. At the end, I just told one of the ladies I had $20 and wanted to try a variety, and she literally put together a whole selection for me. That was probably my favorite part. The line was kind of long, but it makes sense because the food is clearly worth it. If anything, it just reassured me I was in the right place. Overall, if you're even thinking about trying Señorita bread or just want to explore Filipino pastries, this spot is 100 percent worth it. Just be prepared to go in for one thing and walk out with way more.

Valerio's Tropical Bakery is on my top list of freshly baked Filipino bread rolls.

I told my husband we had to come back on the weekend so we could stock up on buns to eat for the week. We arrived around 12:30 pm and there were a few people eating in the front restaurant area. They currently have an XLB and wonton noodle special for $8 each, and we also noticed they have different weekday specials for around $6.50. We'll definitely be back to try some of those! But today, our mission was the buns. They have a really good variety to choose from. My husband picked out 10 and then told me I should get 10 too. I went for a variety, while hubby mainly loaded up on the custard buns. The buns are a good size, and the custard buns were packed with custard! I also tried the BBQ pork bun, which wasn't bad. The pork floss bun especially brought back memories of my mom packing them in my school lunches when I was younger. There were so many other choices, hot dog with green onions, regular hot dog buns, chicken mushroom, ham and cheese, ham and corn, tuna, taro, red bean, and quite a few others. I picked up a chicken mushroom bun to try as well. I was a little sad they didn't have a plain green onion bun since that's my favorite, so I ended up going across the street to a dim sum to-go place to pick one up. Overall, you really can't beat the price and variety, especially with this special. If you like Asian bakery-style buns, this is a great place to stock up. Overall, delicious, beautifully crafted, and unique Bǐngs that you probably won't find anywhere else in the Bay Area. Def recommend checking out M. Y bakery if you happen to be in the Milpitas area!

Came here a while back for the first time. Looks like they are really popular with their pastries…read more By the time we came most of their goods have been sold already. We proceed to go ahead and grab a couple of their Malasadas. We got 2 filled and 1 plain. When we took our first bite, there was needless to say, we finally knew why people came and bought these things up by the boxes. They were soft pillowy and delicious. The staff were ever so friendly and inviting. The place of establishment is clean and well kept. Come early to grab some baked goods.

Maybe it was an off day for them, but these pateis de nata tasted nothing like other Portuguese egg…read moretarts we've had. We ordered a dozen -- 6 original and then one of each of their special flavors (mango, ube, passionfruit, guava, blueberry, and lemon). They were still warm and smelled delicious, but that's about where it ends. The crust is the best part. Flaky and crunchy. But the "custard" for every single one was more like pastry cream, barely any egg flavor and overly sweet. Like, almost sickly sweet where everyone could only eat half of a tart before declaring they were done and then needed an entire glass of water to wash it down. Even the appearance was pale and barely yellow, and the consistency was... gel-like? Definitely not a custard. So disappointed because I heard so many great things about Adega, and I was genuinely excited to finally be able to try it. Workers were nice, but with such a huge miss on the pateis de nata, I can't say I'll come back to try again or recommend this to others.
