I've seen so many ads of Crumbl cookies. Lots of my friends also posted on IG of this pretty pink box. I'm not a cookie person honestly, but decided to try 2 of their cookies- the Blue Raspberry Icee and Pop Tart. Love the Blue Raspberry, but the Pop Tart is just okay for me. I miss their banana flavor because I don't know they close on Sunday :( Definitely will come back to try other flavors. read more

Customer service was lacking, but the cookies are consistently good here. I prefer the peanut butter cookies, but the semi-sweet chocolate chip gives those a run for their money. I like the more traditional cookies over the ones with a lot of toppings. read more

Yikes! So my daughter and I wanted to check out what was all the hype of these cookies. It was our first time going to this store and our first time trying the cookies. We were both excited to try it. Who doesn't love desserts and cookies! As soon as we walked in nobody greeted us they just looked at us and I heard a young lady shouting to the other guy they no longer have certain cookies. This was on Saturday 8/31 around 4/5PM. We walk up to the register not knowing we place our order on our own using there system. So as we are placing our order we noticed they are pretty much out of all the cookies we wanted to try it seemed like they only had 2/3 cookies available from the minis and the big size cookies. Still non of the employees talked to us or said anything. So we just decided to walk out. And as we were walking out the store the entrance floor was a mess. I usually have no issues, but the staff there today couldn't even be bothered to look up to say hello, much less frost/decoarate the cookies in a decent manner. I was completely ignored by the staff working here. My Wife send me to pick up some cookies that she ordered. I walk in and wait for someone to say how can I help you. About 3 minutes after me a girl walks in and gets greeted and they start helping her before me. I was thinking, maybe the girl in the front didn't notice me. So I start moving around and trying to make them notice me. Another girl walks in and they start helping her before me. Whatever you do, DO NOT do a delivery order!!! Crumbl uses Door Dash, which is extremely unreliable. Twice I ordered cookies; once for a going away party and once as a "get well" gift for a client who was recovering from brain surgery and both were major fails by Door Dash. The going away party cookie order ended up getting cancelled on me at the last minute, because the driver could not find the office building, despite me exchanging several text messages with very specific locations (we are in a very obvious, easy to access location). I did not have time to run out and pick up a new cookie order myself, so it put a real damper on the day. When I called Crumbl, they told me to call Door Dash customer service to resolve my issue, which is not helpful when you are the source business. I placed my order with Crumbl, not Door Dash! For the "get well" gift I asked the driver to make sure someone answered the door at the residence, and not to just ring the doorbell and leave it. I was never able to get a confirmation that someone received the cookies, and have not heard from my client (whose spouse would have definitely reached out by now). This is a major reliability fail. Crumbl Cookies are delicious, but if you can't go to the store and get them yourself, don't bother ordering them for delivery. read more

I love these cookies. They're soft and addicting. I love how they switch up the selection. This is a great place to go if you just want a really good cookie. Some cookies are meant to be served cold and some are served warm. The location is clean and you can see them making the cookies right in front of you, which is another reason I really like this spot. I like knowing my cookies are fresh :) read more

Don't bother trying to get your birthday cookie if you are a juvenile. Daughter, 15yrs, has been waiting for her birthday cookie and went in today to find out you must have photo ID. I came with my girlfriend for some cookies. Saw there were a lot of people coming in, so we ordered one strawberry cake cookie. Waited about 3 minutes, but the cookie we received after the quick order was lackluster and less than what was advertised on Crumbl. There wasn't any white chocolate on the cookie and the cookie itself was falling apart. Could have been an off day, but I don't find us coming back again. read more

Last year, I ordered about $700 in cookies just around the holidays for clients. They were such a hit, I did it multiple times through the year and wanted to do it again this holiday season. I ordered the cookies the night before for morning pick up. I advised my different clients in the Inland Empire that I would be making my rounds, doing drop offs and they were all excited. My thought was to order them for morning pick up so when I picked them up they would be sure to be ready so I could make it to my clients on time plus be back to Orange at a reasonable hour before traffic sets in. When I arrived there was one person ahead of me. I overheard him being told that there were no more cookies and more would be available in an hour......I thought to myself, well that cant be the case for me because I ordered and paid for $300 worth of cookies. Well, sure enough, MY order was provided to someone else because they came withing a certain window of time. But again, I ordered and paid for cookies and that order was to be fulfilled first thing in the morning. Why would I think that they would be given to someone else......so what's the point of ordering if you aren't guaranteed your order? So I found another bakery that could help me. The cookies may not have been as good as Crumbl but they could fulfill the order they did timely and with good service. The night when I needed more cookies for LA clients, I called the same bakery, ordered, paid for them, and when I showed up late the next day, there they were boxed and ready to go for me. What a concept. Enjoy there cookies, I get it, they're good. But the service and order policy needs improvement. read more
