WOW - I've been wanting to try Crumbl for a long time, and when they opened a location in Orange I had to try it. This store is located on the outside of the Orange mall, with plenty of free parking in the lot out front. The smell when you walk in is exactly what you'd dream of, fresh cookies. It's a small storefront but the service is very fast. A staff member was handing me my cookies before I had even paid. The boxes are adorable. I'm a sucker for cute logos and I think Crumbl nailed it with their branding. I tried two cookies, the chocolate chip and sugar cookies. Both were INCREDIBLE, but if I had to choose, I'd pick the sugar cookie as my favorite. The cookies are also humongous and very high calorie, so it took me a few days to finish them, but they held up really well as the days went on. They also have mini cookie options if you prefer a smaller cookie! I'd highly recommend Crumbl to anyone. It would be a great option to bring to your office instead of donuts/bagels, or it would be a great treat to bring to a dinner party. It's not the kind of thing I'd have every week but I look forward to coming back for special occasions! read more

My God-daughter and I have been craving a Crumbl cookie since I received a gift card back in January. We were in the area so it was a no-brainer to stop by and buy a four pack to share. Unfortunately, this location is not as enthusiastic about their cookies as we were in trying them. As another post mentioned, their cookies are not thoroughly baked because it's not in their best intention to provide a quality product. This is wrong on so many levels. Each of the four cookies, three of which were different types, were raw. We couldn't believe it! We had to tossed them. $16 plus tip down the drain. Shame on the store proprietor. AH Finally one closer to me. I didn't even know this opened here, I had been going to the Brea location because the service and parking lot there has been nicer. Orange location service is friendly and fast! Parking is plentiful because who honestly goes to this mall, LOL. I honestly love Crumbl cookies because they're ooey and gooey, and warmed up for 5 seconds, they're all amazing. Even the ones that are "served chilled" because who doesn't love a warm cookie ?? Been wanting to try this cookies for a really long time now, since there seems to be so much social media hype over them. I came on a monday around noon and there was no wait at all - the staff was friendly and I found the store to be pretty clean. I decided to order a half dozen cookies - one of each flavor for the week. This includes the chocolate chip, mango yogurt, kentucky butter, sugar cookie, dulce de leche, and pretzel and potato chip cookie. I'd say they're pretty overhyped. I found a lot of the cookies to be undercooked, to the point where I could taste the egg in the dough. I know some people say this is just how they make moist cookies, but it should still taste like a done cookie in the middle. For the price point (around $4 a cookie), I expected a lot more. While I do enjoy their unique flavors, the average taste is not enough to bring me back. This is more so one of those places to try just once! read more

I decided to come here after a doctors appointment because it was so close by. I tend to order delivery from a different location, so I also wanted to stop by to see how it would compare. I came on a weekday afternoon, and there was only a small line thankfully. I ordered my four cookies and it took 10 minutes or so for them to get heated (as needed) and boxed up. Transporting them home was easy and they didn't shift around in the box like I was scared they would. Blue monster is by far my favorite of the week. I love the inclusion of the mini chips ahoy on top! It was a really sweet cookie but the amount of chocolate in it helped cut through the sweetness and it was really delicious. The cornbread though, that one was a miss for me. I'm not a fan of honey and the cookie was covered in a honey drizzle. Crumbl Cookies gets a lot of hype on social media (Tik Tok) for pretty bad reasons. However after trying 6 of their cookies, it is not as bad as people say. Is it the best cookie I've ever had!? No. However it's not the worse either. It's just a normal good piece of cookie. I love that the cookies are HUGE which makes it nice to sample and share with family and friends. The cookies were baked very well. Soft and moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Each cookie has its own unique flavor. Not overly sweet. The watermelon one was an outlier as most people in my family hated that one. It just tastes weird and mushy. The cookies are expensive but they are big. I'd heard about this place through friends who visit other locations and I had never been to any of them. This one just opened up close to me, so I thought, "Why not?" I stopped by on a Saturday late afternoon and saw a lot of people outside. I thought this was the line, but it was just customers waiting for their orders. As I entered the small store, there were more people waiting, and then a modest line of three customers in front of me. The first thing I noticed on the menu was the price. It's $4.50 or so for a single cookie. Like, a pack Oreos will do just fine, right? Well, if you buy a multipack, it's cheaper; I ended up buying a four-pack for a little less than $16. I chose one chocolate cake, two chocolate chip, and one sea salt toffee. While the checkout process was quick, I waited outside for about 15 minutes for my cookies. When they were ready, the nice employee came out presenting my warm baked goodies in a pink box. I brought them home and the cookies were really worth the hype. The chocolate cake was too overwhelming for me, but my minion enjoyed it. The chocolate chip and sea salt toffee were sweet and soft and full of flavor. You can taste the butter. Next time, I will try these with some vanilla ice cream. Can't wait to see what other flavors they come out with when I pop in. I gave the place 3.75 stars, rounded up to 4, for a few main reasons: 1. I was a bit grossed out by watching a bunch of people handling the dough. There are no fans and the door was wide open, so at some point, you don't know what's in your dough. And where are your hair nets?! 2. The cookie is expensive. Bottom line: It's a great once-in-a-while treat, but not on a weekly basis, especially if you have to buy for multiple people. 3. Variety. Yes, they change the menu every week, but I wish there was a little more variety, like an option with nuts or peanut butter. 4. No chairs and tables outside. I really hate to do this but I feel like I have to. Went to crumbl last week to get cookies , upon getting home I did realize that the cowboy cookies seemed slightly undercooked but I figured they would be fine . I was wrong , six hours later was violently sick with food poisoning and had to go to the emergency room early that next morning for IV fluids and medications . Had no idea about Crumbl Cookies, but my partner and I were driving by after a Trader Joe's run, saw the storefront, and decided to make a stop in. The store itself it small and set up in a way that feels similar to Sprinkles Cupcakes. They had 6 different flavors available, and we decide to get one each of: Funfetti, Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Spice Cake, and Sugar. They came packaged in such an attractive slim, pink box. My favorite was the sugar cookie. It was soft and crumbly with a flavor reminiscent of those Chinese almond cookies. I was worried about it being too sweet, but the frosting was the only part that made it sweet. The chocolate chip was a good runner-up--there was a slight crunch toward the edges but were tender and soft in the middle. Let me warn you now...these cookies are MASSIVE. Definitely sharable or can be eaten in several servings. My partner and I split 2 cookies between us the evening we bought them and HAD to save the other 2 for the next day. These cookies were good, definitely satisfied our sweet tooth, but they are a bit steep in price at over $4 per cookie. Overall, I think this is a nice sweet treat to gift someone or bring to an event. Similar to Sprinkles where it's a wonderful dessert on occasion, but I personally probably wouldn't indulge in this as regularly. A solid cookie shop! read more

BEWARE when you come into this store. They're not sanitary what so ever. You get sick from their poor higiene here. Cashier by the name of Ethan was handling cash and a customer's phone.. then started to pack my cookies with the same dirty gloves. Didn't even bother to wash their hands nor change gloves at the least! Second person Caitlin was making cookies handling dough.. then Ethan asked for assistance with customer Caitlin also handles customers phone and register. Then proceeded back to handle the raw cookie dough. As she put it out in the tray. No clove change nor hand washing. I told Caitlin about the issue I saw and she just said "oh ok" told Ethan to change their gloves and make me new cookies. I called in right after because I did not feel comfortable eating cookies from a restaurant that does not follow proper higiene. I spoke to a shift supervisor who didn't really seem to care at all. She told me of yeah we know it's an issue we have training on it sometime next week. I told her umm you should do it now before someone gets sick. I asked to have the store manager Juan call me back... never got a call back. So I called back again and spoke to another shift supervisor by the name of Justin who was not professional at all.
