today we got crumbl and got the 6 pack of minecraft cookies. they were yummy and fresh to eat i enjoyed the taste they tasted fresh and crumbly in the best way. at first our cookies came out with no pig decal on the pink pig cookie which was disappointing. we called to see if we could get this fixed and they happily fixed it giving us a fresh minecraft pig cookie. they happily fixed it which i am soo happy about. the flavors of the cookie as well as the look felt very nostalgic to childhood. i always love the clean pink ambiance of crumbl cookies keep being amazing! read more

Another wonderful experience at crumbl cookie on paseo! This week was Dubai chocolate brownie week-- and I know it has been CRAZY. Attempted to get some cookies last night and they were sold out of almost everything- no problem I know this week is popular! So bright and early this morning I reserved my cookies on the app. When I went to pick up, they informed me they were out of the mallow cupcake cookie and only had one left of the two on my order :( I was so sad because that was the main one I wanted, I wasn't interested in a replacement, and I had pre reserved early in the morning to ensure I got the ones I wanted. The manager, Brooklyn, was amazing. She immediately stepped in to help find a solution and gave me a refund for the cookie I was missing, and I left the store with the ones they did have in stock. While the (vanilla) cookies that we do have from here are DELICIOUS, you have to order them the day, hour, minute, second that the menu changes. It's like after all this time, this location STILL hasn't figured out how to serve the neighborhood they're in. I cannot tell you how many times our family has pulled up the menu, seen every good cookie flavor is 'sold out' and made a different plan. Even when the menu only changed THAT DAY. Does this location not want to sell more cookies? That's a weird (and stupid?) business plan. Don't order the cakes, don't order the chocolate cookies. They're Meh and dry. My first experience with Crumbl was not terrific. I came on a Saturday morning and I came in with my daughter and boyfriend. I had not been here before and had a gift card to use. The front desk woman was not very friendly when I told her I had not been here before--kind of a snotty attitude. For me, good customer service entails a friendly welcoming demeanor and helpful attitude. She had none of these attributes. There were many workers there and they picked this lady to be at the front desk area. I really think training of employees is needs at this Crumbl in customer service. The lady on the back was nice and promptly gave me my order. I'm not sure I will be back though. My first impression was not good and the cookies tasted raw in the middle. read more

I go to crumbl quite often and tonight I ordered the mini 6 pack and was most excited for the circus animal cookie one but it was so salty I couldn't even eat it and my best friend also got one and agreed, it was not edible. Well. Let me just start by saying I am disgusted by the disrespect I received in this store. My group was not greeted at the door, we were given rude stares, and we were snapped at when asking about a free cookie deal on the app. It felt as though everyone was conspiring against our cookie plans. The main perpetrator, a woman with medium length black hair, removed her name tag when we went in a second time to check for it. She was the only one without it. To add on to it all, there was absolutely no music playing, and the workers were silent, adding to the effect. When it comes down to the cookies they really weren't special. Some were overcooked and dry, and some were so raw in the middle we couldn't stomach them. I will be very upset if my children get sick from this misuse of cooking safety. Their cookies are under-done, as in raw in the middle. For how much they cost, they could at least be completely baked. The store is dirty and grimy feeling when you walk in and they expect tips without doing anything service-related. I brought my Daughter in today to try a cookie as an afternoon snack. The first crumbl cookie we have ever tried. She selected the brownie sundae and it was very good. A chewy brownie with a light vanilla mousse that tasted like vanilla pudding, topped with a dollop of hot fudge, colorful jimmies and a cherry. The cookie came in its own signature pink box. My daughter really wanted a spot to sit down and enjoy her treat. The entrance is a bit small and looks like it can only accommodate the line for cookies. First time here, craving something sweet. Kind of an odd business (factory?) model: Walked in, no contact with staff, all of who were busy--not unfriendly, just no greeting or contact. Finally figured out we had to go to a tablet to order, but couldn't find descriptions of what each item offered, and there was no one to ask. So we just guessed and got a chocolate cookie with icing (usually a favorite combination). The wait wasn't long, and the only contact with staff was when my name was called and cookie was delivered. Cookie was soft and fresh. I think the icing would have benefited from not having something like jelly (?) mixed in. I would have ordered something different if I had known and had time to really explore the menu. (I'll claim "user error" for not finding the info I needed. Plus, there were people waiting patiently behind me, so the perceived "rush" was my own.) I had a Crumbl cookie once before (different place), but it was more of a bakery experience, choosing from well-described fresh-baked cookies on display. Everything is always stale or made sloppily, the service sucks, and the owners need to take a long hard look at this location to bring it to standards. The cookies are never iced fully. They quite literally could care less about their customers and the quality. It's disappointing paying for crumble and always getting bad quality. At least they're consistent with bad quality. So, you do not get what you pay for. The staff are a skeleton crew who pays no attention whatsoever to the customers in the lobby. Came here last Friday. Place was an absolute joke. They have 6 full size cookie options and they were out of 3 of the 6. No tres leches, no Oreo and no biscoff. They had the minis but half of the ones they offered in large they didn't have in the mini! No lemon, no tres leches, no biscoff. I counted 9 employees behind the counter, half of them doing nothing. There was about a dozen people in line infront of me waiting to order on the kiosk (all teenagers) not one employee was hospitable, jumped in to take orders, said hello, goodbye or thank you. They didn't even open the box of cookies I got as is customary to ask if they were correct. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Went all the way across town to try the new flavors that we had already ordered online and said they were available. When we arrived they told us that they ran out of the flavor we ordered, immediately we were very irritated since we drove all the way across town. But, the lady at the front was very very nice and apologetic and they gave us three mini cookies for our inconvenience and they were amazing!!! Tried to order a nice "thank you" gift for my staff. It was 16 boxes of the mini 3-pack of cookies. I called and was told they couldn't take a phone order. So, I went in and they couldn't figure out how to do the order in-store and was told to just do it online. So, I went back to work and ordered online for pickup at 9:30am the following day. I arrived at the selected time and nothing was ready. One staff member was sitting ON THE FLOOR on their phone, stood up, put on gloves (did not wash hands after being on the floor), and started putting together the boxes I ordered. I did not have time to wait for them to make (and gift wrap) 16 boxes, nor did I want an unsanitary worker touching the food I ordered so I asked for a refund instead. The staff member who processed the refund didn't say anything to me - no apology, not a single word. Handed me the receipt and walked away. It's quite obvious the staff who work here are miserable and not at all interested in actually doing the job they should be doing. I was VERY disappointed in my experience. read more

When I showed up at 2 I was told my order was not going to be available because they sold out of the items I wanted. There was no manager on shift. No owner nothing but I'm sorry and a refund.
