It your average traditional pizza. We have always enjoyed trying something different and we can usually find something there.

The waitress greeted us promptly. She asked us where wanted to sit. We chose outside. She brought our drinks, asked about appetizers then helped us make the choice. We chose the French fries with queso and Bacon and scallions!!!! FABULOUS. We chose the pizza with all the meats on it. Yummo. Service was beyond fabulous! That gal was sweet and prompt. Would recommend this place to all. It was Friday night we were in town for a high school football game. We got there early enough that we missed what looked like a dinner time crowd. read more

The food is good however they do delivery thru door dash, when door dash messed up order they have nothing to do with it. I have been going back and forth all night. Neither will make it right. Neither will do anything except refer to each other. When manager of crust and craft referred me, I asked you don't care the kind of service they provide? Oh we do and after numerous complaints they may do something but really don't care. This is a review of the NEW Crust and Craft location in Sharpsburg, GA which recently opened. Their claim is to "....redefine how Georgians enjoy pizza...." And in a sense, they succeeded- the new definition is, one cannot enjoy edible pizza in this part of Georgia. Tonight's selection (ordered takeout) was the Pepperoni Purist- described as "mozzarella, pepperoni, and more pepperoni". To this we added bell peppers ( $3 additional) and requested "light sauce". We'll take this item by item: Size: the pizza comes in one size, about 12-13", cut in 6 slices- just about right for 2 people. Crust: very peculiar. The entire center of the pizza was very underdone, soft and whitish- one half of the edge was a 3/4" rim of undercooked dough, the other half had no defined crust and ended in a scorched edge. Cheese- good, such as it was- there wasn't a lot of it. "Light sauce"- more like "almost entirely nonexistent"; only bits of two slices showed any pink at all, and very little. Pepperoni and more pepperoni- no. The pepperoni was very tasty, such as there was, although a little fatty- but no more of it than we usually see on other local products- which we have reviewed as "cheap"- CERTAINLY not "pepperoni and more pepoeroni" by any stretch of advertising license. Bell peppers- reasonable amounts of tasty peppers in the center 5" or so only- none outside that area. In short- NO, this does NOT redefine how these Georgians enjoy pizza- it further confirms that between inflation, greed, utterly uncaring employees and general lack of service or enthusiasm, there ISNT any enjoyment of pizza for Georgians hereabouts. Crust and Craft very much needs to learn how to make, top, and cook pizza from scratch. One star is generous- mostly due to actual green peppers being present (rather than the tiny shavings offered by other businesses) and the fact that what pepperoni there was, had good flavor. read more

We visited Crust & Craft in McDonough for the first time on January 31. We were promptly greeted and seated by the hostess. Our waitress, Vanessa, welcomed us and took our drink orders. She was very pleasant and rendered a welcoming smile. We ordered the mussels as an appetizer, and it was delicious with a marinara-type sauce and warm bread. Our entrees, vegetarian pizza, and chicken salad were tasty and served quickly. Vanessa checked on us multiple times and kindly took a picture of us. We spoke with her manager, Joy, who also was very hospitable, to share our complimentary impressions of our dining experience. We look forward to our next visit to Crust & Craft. read more

We were strolling downtown on Sunday checking out the scarecrows in the square when we saw this new spot. The fact that it was open to the outdoors caught my attention. Very chic spot for downtown. We need more like it. Great ambiance, bartender was awesome & attentive (can't recall his name). Drinks were great. Looking forward to returning to try the food. read more

I'm honestly just so excited to see such a great spot in MCDonough. The ambience is fantastic with great drink selections. Service is excellent and quick (Thanks Tobias)! Now for the food, we tried a good bit of items on the menu out of curiosity, the food is solid with a welcomed twist here and there. They think outside the box and the portions are HUGE! Can't wait for them to be open later so we can have a great late night weekend hangout in the square. read more

We stopped here for dinner on our way to Florida from Indiana. The host and waitress were so friendly and attentive. Our waitress was Mackenzie. Got wings, pizza, and a couple cocktails. They were all so delicious! The building had a beautiful rustic look to it. The music was great. All around great place! read more

We tried this place for the 1st time today. Pretty good selection of craft beers on tap and the bartender, Symphony, was an absolute delight. Decided to go with the BLT pizza. It was so light and delicious tasting, and the crust was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back to try the other pizza varieties. read more

Nice atmosphere but the toppings are lacking. Never had a pizza with so little marinara and small amount of meat. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, green pepper, and mushroom. I may as well have ordered a veggie pizza. There was one pepperoni per slice. Way too much cheese. I thought I accidentally ordered extra cheese. read more

We went here driving thru to get to Atlanta, cute little town square and all---and the reviews were the most promising ---luckily got here around 2 post lunch hour---the meal was fried pickles and a pizza pie with a cheesesteak theme AND fries on it- Ohmmmmmmmmm fabulous fun food. I'm only giving two stars on presentation. Today we got the chicken bacon ranch, backyard nacho, & dynamite shrimp and I have to say I was not impressed. Even if this was a brick oven pizzeria I don't think a brick oven would of saved it. Personally the ingredients just tasted cheap. I see the vision that they are going for but they lack in flavor. The chicken bacon ranch - the worst chicken bacon ranch I ever had. The backyard nacho - way two much ingredients and tasted like it came out of a can. Dynamite shrimp - needs a base sauce and the shrimp is definitely lacking in flavor. Very basic flavor These were all personal size pizza and it cost $50.**. To spend this much money and majority of it is going to waste is ridiculous. A $1 slice on Fordham RD. In the Bronx NY taste way better than all three pizzas combined. read more

Let's start with the good. The pizza is excellent. I had the Margarita pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I've had. Nice craft beer selection, and a nice selection of mixed drinks and wines (even by the bottle). The decor is rustic and very nice. Very fitting for a fancy pizza restaurant. It has a nice bistro feel to it. The prices are good as well. You won't break the bank taking a date or family there. Now the bad. The nice bistro atmosphere was ruined by the sports bar volume of music. It made it difficult for my father and I to have a conversation without having to raise our voices. The two TVs in the dining area also distract from the beauty of the restaurant. A place this nice shouldn't try to be a sports bar. Those two things alone are why this review is getting 3 stars rather than 5. Now for those not familiar with McDonough , this place is on the square, which means finding a place to park is difficult on a Friday or Saturday evening. I didn't take any stars off for this, as this isn't the restaurants fault. Just bear in mind you may circle the traffic ridden square a few times waiting for a spot to open up. read more

First time here and I did not see any staff or patrons wearing masks here. It's like the pandemic isn't STILL ongoing. No temp checks, gloves or masks on staff. No sanitation between customers either. I literally saw one of the managers clean a table with one sheet of some type of wipe and use the same one on another table. But wish they'd make effort to enforcing safety and precautions because the patrons sure aren't. Food was good and all but we won't be back to this establishment for safety reasons. read more

Sat on the porch with the family. Had the McDoDoughs as an appetizer, it was delicious! Kids had pizza, I had a Mommas Salad with chicken and husband had a French dip pizza and for dessert we had a s'mores pie; all of it was wonderful! Service was great and food was fast. Only thing that was sub par... was the extreme traffic noise from the square. Obviously out of a restaurants control but it was really obnoxious and at times, we couldn't even hold a conversation. McDonough really did that poor square a massive disservice by running traffic like that through the square, shame on them! Otherwise, wonderful restaurant, we will Be back! read more

We found Crust and Craft on a whim and decided to drop in and give it a try. Located on the square in McDonough, it was extremely rustic and charming. We were starving so after looking at the menu ordered the "Three Way" appetizer. It was a generous appetizer full of hummus, pimento dip and spinach dip. It was served with a variety of veggies and pita! We loved the pimento dip! For our main course we ordered the "Philly Fry Pie" craft pizza! It was like having a Philly cheesesteak on a pizza topped with fries. It was delicious. We also ordered a couple of drinks (wine and a margarita). I really loved the overall experience and the decor was simple and charming. I would recommend if you're in the area. read more
