It's worth a visit when passing the time away waiting for your flight. There are tables and charging stations. It has an interactive photo booth as well as a digital archive. The Max Headroom skateboard lured me in. One of the giant bottles on display weighs in at 2 tons. I think it's the one from Boliva that has Aztec carvings. I didn't get a picture of it, but I will next time. Check it out if you happen to be in Terminal D.

It's bigger than Manhattan Island. There have been a few times that my gate has changed-at the last minute of course-and I've almost lost my breath shuttling to the opposite side of the airport to board my plane in time. Now I know why! This, however, was the first time my gate was located in Terminal D. Lo and behold, there were even MORE dining options but what instantly caught my eye and held my attention was the "Coca-Cola Around the World Experience." It's a Coca-Cola MUSEUM in DFW airport. I happen to enjoy quirky installations in unexpected places, and this one showcases everything from an interactive photo booth to a curated collection of vintage Coke memorabilia and even a digital archives explorer. Check it out and "Share a Coke!"

Great stay at the Grand Hyatt DFW. If you're traveling through Dallas Fort Worth International…read moreAirport, the convenience of being directly inside Terminal D really can't be overstated. You can walk to security and connect to any terminal quickly using the DFW Skylink, which makes early flights or tight connections much easier. The rooms appear recently renovated and feel far more upscale than a typical airport hotel. Warm wood floors, modern lighting, and a well-designed layout make the space feel calm and comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight -- the freestanding soaking tub and large glass shower felt more like something you'd expect in a luxury hotel rather than an airport property. Despite being inside the airport, the room was extremely quiet. Check-in was excellent as well. Desiree at the front desk greeted us immediately with a smile and offered assistance, which made a great first impression. Traveler tip: If your flight departs from another terminal, go through security in Terminal D and use the Skylink train inside security -- it's usually faster and very easy to navigate. Overall, beautifully updated rooms, excellent service, and unbeatable convenience for anyone traveling through DFW. I would absolutely stay here again.

The corner king room was quite spacious, and the decor is genuinely beautiful. The blue and gray decor reminded me of clouds and the sky which is perfect for an airport hotel. The room had a lovely runway view, but the room was super quiet despite being next to an airport. The bathroom was spacious with a large tub, a spacious shower, and double sinks. Bottled water is complimentary for elite members. The true value of this hotel is location! An elevator from the terminal (D terminal) takes you directly to your room floor and vice versa. It's literally a few steps to the American Airlines checkin desks. I recommend this hotel for a stay at DFW!!

Meow Wolf Grapevine feels like a "greatest hits" version of the Meow Wolf universe…read more If you've been to other locations, you'll definitely notice some familiar elements and design ideas. At times it gave me a bit of a "been there, seen that" feeling, like they pulled some of the most popular concepts from past installations and reimagined them here. But even with that, I still had a really good time. The execution is so well done, and there's something fun about recognizing pieces from other locations and seeing how they've been adapted. It's still incredibly immersive, visually impressive, and just a genuinely cool experience to walk through. It may not have had the same "wow, I've never seen this before" feeling as my first visit, but it's still absolutely worth going - and I'd still give it 5 stars without hesitation!

My husband and I needed a fun activity to do together (without the kids) for our 18th wedding anniversary and I decided it looked neat enough to go to, even if it was mainly just an immersive art experience. I was 1000% wrong. It is way, way more than that. It is intense and entertaining and intriguinging and kept our attention and interest for nearly 3 hours on our extended date. We felt a bit like kids again, and there was even more of the experience that we didn't fully explore in that timeframe. It's hard to explain without giving away spoilers but it was incredibly interesting and multifaceted and immersive, but not directly as an art exhibit as much as like you are in a storyline in an Alice in Wonderland-like world with multiple dimensions and most everything is interactive. Touch everything, push the buttons, open the doors and drawers and cabinets, cause there are hidden treasures and such at every turn. The employees were wonderful. No one broke character, they were just as present as you'd want them to be (they're there in part to answer questions and help with whatever is needed), and they all were welcoming. One in particular stood out - Reinhart. I didn't know it until after we exited the experience but they're the manager at the location. That doesn't surprise me because they were a role model for how the staff there should interact with the people attending the experience. They may all do that too truly, but I can only speak directly about this manager as we crossed paths with them so many times. There was a group of elementary-aged kiddos who were clearly having the time of their lives and part of that was due to Reinhart's interactions. The kids would treat them as a customer in their game of "Restaurant", ask them to be a member of their audience as they performed on the stage for them, invite them to walk around with them throughout the different areas of the experience, etc. They stayed in character and interacted with the kids on their level, never seeming bored or inconvenienced, and always game for whatever they wanted of them. They were definitely invested in the kids having the ultimate experience that day and I'm certain they did, in large part due to the way Reinhart enhanced the experience for them throughout their time there. When we left (shortly after the group of kids) they were already at the register helping out and being readily available for the customers in the gift shop. They definitely fulfill the spirit of the place and made it even more fun for us just by being around their great interactions with the kids. Cost: Worth it. 100%. To be clear, I am a pretty cheap person, which is why I had deferred taking my 2 kiddos to it even though they were interested. I didn't want to spend that much money on what I thought was a nice but fairly straightforward art experience but now that we truly understand what it is we will DEFINITELY be bringing them back, as well as our girl scout troop. We're also gonna have my kids upcoming birthday party here too, her request. My only regret is just buying one time tickets and not buying my hubby and I the membership, as it pays for itself after only 2 visits and we will definitely want to go to this and other Meow Wolfs later this summer. They have multiple locations across the US and each one has a different experience/storyline/exhibits, so it's worth going to any of them your near as they aren't all the same. We will likely get our kids the membership when we take them soon. There is an integrated snack shack in the experience and the prices aren't bad, better than a lot of places we've gone to in the past. You can't bring outside food and drink but they do have water stations to fill up an empty bottle at, if you bring one. To summarize - 10/10, highly recommend, will go again, cheapskate approved!!!

They normally have a brisket quesadilla, but they gave me a brisket fajita salad instead and it was very good. Ruby was helping me and she was very kind and took great care of me. I had one with two queen beds, the bathroom area (with a shower/tub combo, also) was also large. -Daily housekeeping if you'd like it -Hotel is very easy to get ahold of via text - I texted asking for a late checkout and they gave me 1230pm (checkout is at 12pm normally) only because they were having a busy week -Nice conference facilities -Pool although I forgot to bring a bathing suit -Free shuttle from anywhere in the airport - I flew Delta so I was in Terminal E, and the hotel is in Terminal C technically Cons: -The rumor was only 2 elevators were working ... they encouraged us to use the service elevators too -Going "off campus" is expensive - I went out to dinner and it was a 12-min Uber ride and about $30 each way -A lot of people at my conference said it was loud at night, between the construction and the planes arriving and departing. It definitely wasn't the most quiet room I've ever stayed at, but I got a good nights sleep every night (whether or not that's because I'm sleep deprived with a baby normally, who knows, lol). -Shower got hot quickly (this is a pro) but when I tried to adjust it, it stayed hot for a while (too hot). Overall I would stay here again, especially if it was a quick 1-night stay too (I stayed 3 nights for my conference).
