I go here almost every two weeks to get my nails done by Tammy, I always get the gel and it ALWAYS looks amazing. I have been coming to this nail salon for ever and I wont go anywhere else unless I am away... Jenny does my toes and I adore her! Shes super nice and does a GREAT job! I always tell everyone to come here.. They can get a little busy during the weekends so I make sure I almost always call before I come. I like this salon but I definitely do not love this salon. I've been here more than half a dozen times and most times they do a really good job while other times they just do alright. I've never made an appointment but I have always been seated for my pedicure right away. This could be because I typically come on weekdays just before lunch time. The people who work here are always polite and they usually take their time with my pedicure. I have only felt really rushed once when one of the owners did my pedicure. Usually the other people who work on my feet spend a lot of time on the massage which I GREATLY appreciate! My color always comes out well and the design is usually very well done. The decor and atmosphere is overall kind of blah but the place itself is pretty clean. They ALWAYS scrub the pedicure tubs as soon as they are done with a pedicure. I appreciate seeing them do that so I know my toes are going into a nice and clean bath. Their prices are reasonable. So while I will continue to go here for MOST of my nail needs this place is not truly special nor is anything to steer clear of. read more

They have a small staff and are frequently busy so it's best to call first if you don't have time to wait. But let me tell you they are SO worth the wait. Yes, I'm a boy, so I'm typically not sitting in the chair (usually near one, waiting for the wife). Not to say I've never sat in the chairs for a pedi, and while I lack a strong baseline, I've no complaints. They also suffered through my antics of getting the then-super little one's toes painted (yeah, no charge for silliness, hurrah!). Fabulous hours, strong customer service skills, the works... only wonder when they get the quiet family time being here serving the rest of us seemingly all the time -- not complaining at all, just curious. read more

This place is clean, and their pedicures are pretty good. The massages alone make it worth it all. But after a couple of months of getting my acrylics done there, I found that it's not worth the money. I like my nails short because I use my fingers a lot, and they could never get it short enough. They do have a great selection of gel polish though. So I definitely say go for the pedicures. Oh, and big FYI: even though they say they are ok with walk ins, they're not really. I definitely suggest calling ahead. The owner will appreciate it. read more

This is a business run by a husband and wife Tammy & Minh I had been getting my nails done here for a over a year by Minh monthly. He's fast , friendly and always has my nails looking great. A couple months back I called Tammy picked up the phone and told Me that Minh was at home with allergies , I asked her when He was going to return and She said she wasn't sure so I called back the following day and she stated the same thing, this happened for about 3 days before finally I got him on the phone directly & booked the appointment. While he was doing my nails I asked him if he was OK because he was at home for the last couple days with allergies his face completely changed he asked me who told him that ? I let him know that his wife Tammy the one that always picks up the phone told me that he was at home with allergies and I have been calling for a couple days now! He told me that that was a lie and that she gets upset with some of his clients mind you I'm married with kids and I've been nothing but respectful with him ,he also told me that she talks bad about some of his clients to her clients and that she's made women not come back because how she is towards them. Umm I was completely in shock because this is just strictly business! I continue to get my nails done with him because he was fast and efficient I would just book the appointment directly with him when I would leave. I've had my nails off for about two months now to let them air out I just called and his wife Tammy told me that he no longer works there I don't believe this because it's a family business so now I have to go drive down there across town to see if he's really working or not I would advise you to get your nails done somewhere else that respects you & gives you great customer service not these childish games that Tammy plays ! read more

2 stars 2nd star only for the massage on my feet. First of all the girl turned the water on didn't feel it and it was too hot then she switched it and it was too cold she didn't even talk to me. She then started cutting my toe nails and she cut one too short. I had to tell her to dig a little harder because she wasn't really doing it. I also had to tell her to cut the sides extremely dissatisfied. She cut my nails wayyyyyy to dam short I might as well have paid to have my dam skin painted wtf?! read more

If I could give a NEGATIVE star I would. Horrible experience just walking in to this nail salon. I had a RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, DISRESPECTFUL salon manager treat me when inquiring in person to pre-pay for services. My daughter's friend invited her for a manicure. Since I wasn't taking them, I wanted to pre-pay + tips, so she had enough. When I questioned their prices and services, (manicure w/ just painted holographic nail polish) He REFUSED to "just paint her nails". Said "it will chip in 2 days, you complain, I must redo, Gel only, you pay $30". I told him that I didn't want her to have a gel manicure, that a regular manicure with polish with okay with me. I know the risks with regular polish. We weren't going to complain. He still refused, and again said NO and gel-only. I told him it won't be his manicures people will be complaining about, it will be his NON EXISTENCE of customer service and compassion. Absolute fail of an owner. SHAME ON YOU...perhaps you should be more grateful and learn to have riches within your soul not your pocket book!! read more

We went here for the first time today and it was one of the best experiences. My pedicure almost put me to sleep it was that good! Tammy was absolutely amazing. She did my full set and eye brow waxing. We talked almost as if we were friends for years. It was really nice to have that great of an experience and I love my nails. I've been going to B&B Nails for 2+ years. I stumbled into Tammy's shop because my office was walking distance to the Starbucks that's right next door. I LOVE their work. Tammy is awesome! She has a great sense of customer satisfaction and how that ties into her as a person. She is truly a great person. I no longer work around the corner, in fact in Pleasanton now. But I make my trip, every two weeks, to back to B&B Nails. Once a month I bring my daughter, and we have a girls Mani-Petti day and they are great to my daughter, giving her all the flowers and crazy every nail color she dreams up. They are very nice and ask you what you like and how you would like your nails. I got a glitter full set and the man did an amazing job. They called me by my name which shows that they care about there clients. After my nails were done he checked them to make sure there weren't any bubbles in the gel coat. My friend has been going to B&B Nails for some time, and kindly made an appointment for the two of us the same day for 2:30. We were greeted warmly and taken care of promptly.
