The hash browns were very greasy, even the kids commented on it. And I'm not sure what was going on with the coffee, but it was pretty bad. I should've asked they make a fresh pot. Came here on a Sunday morning while waiting for the sun to come out before heading to the beach. Only had to wait about 10 minutes for 6 people which was great!! Overall I think this is your typical family owned diner with good homemade food. Nothing over the top, but better than your chain like Denny's or IHOP. My wife and I had already ate breakfast at home, but others in our group were hungry so we opted to split C's Classic Breakfast. The waitress offered without us even asking to split it on two plates for us right when ordered, which was nice! We thought the food was really good with the hashbrowns being my favorite thing. Others thought the waffles were really good along with the omelets. Service was quick and friendly, they stopped by frequently to refill waters and coffees, and food was brought out quickly and hot. I think the 6 of us got out of there for about $40 as the food is priced really cheap compared to other comparable places. We have patronized C's Waffle's in Titusville Florida for a few years and found the food and service quite good, enough for us to always leave tips in the 20 t0 25% range. This all changed this last Sunday Oct 09, 2022. We arrived for brunch as I had just had surgery and just wanted to relax with my wife. As we stepped in most tables were either occupied or not cleared, one of the waitresses told us to sit anywhere so we sat down at the nearest table near the door. One very heavy set waiter came up and picked the receipt that was left on the table, said nothing and left. This same waitress kept serving other tables, there were some other families that came in after us and they were attended promptly. After we sat and waited for about 25 minutes with no one coming over we decided to move to another area which had a table where service seemed to be available. Right away a very pleasant young man came up, wiped off the table clean, I told him we had moved because the fat waitress had ignored us and provided no service. Tha young man then sent another waitress and we ordered coffee, eggs benedict, waffles, eggs and bacon. The lady served us the coffee and while we were waiting for utensils and cream, the fat waitress came to our table and demanded I tell her what I had said to the guy that cleaned out table in a very nasty and aggressive manner. I told her exactly what I said "that the fat waiter over there was a horrible waitress and had ignored us for nearly half an hour so we moved", This poor excuse for a employee then stated berating us that we had sat at a table that was not ready, (even after we were told to just sit anywhere). I got up to complain to management and she got in my face after I asked to speak to management and started she yelling that she was one of the managers and that we would not be served, at that point I had had enough and told her she was a piece of crap and to go to hell. She then told us to leave, like it was necessary, as we had already made up our mind that we would not spend our money there anymore. The C's Waffle's in Titusville will never see our business again, ever! And I will make my best effort to let all my friends in the area and at the Kennedy Space Center where I am a design engineer about it. Who doesn't love a big fluffy Belgian waffle?! C's Waffles is now my go to spot when I have that waffle crave! Their waffles are huge, fluffy, golden with the perfect crisp on the outside and that soft warm cozy fluffy on the inside. Mmm I'm in love! I of course ordered the Chicken and Waffles. And not with just plain fried chicken, no sir, they gave the option of having the chicken plain, honey barbecue or buffalo. I decided to go with the buffalo premium chicken tenders atop my waffle. Coated with powdered sugar as well. I got the best of it all on my plate: sweet, savory and spicy! That first bite was the best thing to happen to my mouth in 2017. Paired with there delicious brewed coffee and friendly service with a smile. The inside is small but tables range from 2 to 4 tops and there is a bar with about 5-6 high top chairs to have a view of the kitchen and the crew as they bust out some of their amazing food. A television shows some of their featured menu items and some adverts. Tables are topped with assortments of jelly, whipped butter, syrup, ketchup, salt/pepper and creamer. They offer outdoor seating and I think are dog friendly for outdoor seating as I did notice a few water bowls around. I couldn't have asked more for a tasty breakfast to start 2017 right. (02/21/2013) Cute little place for breakfast and lunch in the Ocean Village Square shopping center next to Sea Woods on the beachside, off A1A. Got the Southern Mess (hash browns topped with cheese, sausage gravy, bacon strips, and 2 eggs with a biscuit), and messy it was; over easy eggs were perfectly runny (as expected), sausage gravy was flavorful and thick. Hash browns (could've been browner) were buttery; ratio of topping to potatoes was very high (mostly stuff, not so much potatoes). If you like gooey and savory, this is your plate. Have suspicions about the "fresh" squeezed OJ (possibly commercial juiced up with a fresh one or two), but the price is OK for a 16 oz. glass ($2). Coffee was deemed "good". The Hungry Jack breakfast was a substantial 3 large pancakes (well-risen, flavorful - vanilla, nutmeg? - oddly chewy, and we're not sure that's good), 3 strips of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, hash browns and toast for about $8. That's a pretty good deal, and it was overall pretty tasty. The dining room has surprisingly 3 6-tops for a little storefront with 2 and 4-tops lining the walls and a bar/counter at the open kitchen window for singletons. Place was pretty bustling for a weekday, had a significant early bird lunch crowd. Sufficient and efficient waitstaff; the main man, Richard Cotelesse, was at the grill with a helper. Waffles seem to be the family business for the Cotelesses, a previous family restaurant in New Castle, PA would explain the presence of the Terrible Towel so far outside it's usual domain. Overall, well-priced, friendly, decent food. Nice family place to patronize. read more

Thank the waffle gods for great signage! I had no idea this place was here until they put up a new sign. Be prepared to wait during peak times and weekends. Saturday was over an hour for indoor seating. Outdoor seating was wide open so we opted to enjoy the oppressive humidity with our breakfast the first time. We smartened up up the second time and sat inside but we also didn't come during peak time. The waffles! Oh, the waffles. They are perfect. The apple/cinnamon ones and chocolate chip ones... DE-LICIOUS . The hashbrowns with cheese and onions, WHAT?! The gravy could use more pepper but still very good. This place is on my last meal list. I love that they make half sizes for the kids. My son couldn't keep his fingers off the waffle long enough for me to cut it up. All these praises, why the 4 stars? Service. We have ordered items and they weren't brought to the table, drinks were never refilled. There were 2 very nice gentleman that did walk around who had personalities larger than life which we loved. C's Waffles is a great little diner tucked away into the corner of a quiet strip mall. At the time of this review, they don't even have signage! (They're in the corner of the Dollar General Market plaza) It's worth tracking them down. The waitresses are prompt, attentive, hyperactive (in a good way!), and VERY nice. Our waitress was Beth and she was the best. The owner was friendly as well, taking a moment to come out of the kitchen and say hello. Very nice environment! In my opinion, breakfast is hard to screw up, but many restaurants are just okay. This was fantastic. Their waffles are appropriately delicious, the bacon was properly cooked, eggs are done ANY way you want. Coffee isn't too bad for the typically "diner coffee." Service was almost non existent here. We eat regularly at C's in DeLand and the service there is amazing but this location's wait staff is really terrible. It wasn't busy at all when we got here and we literally waited 15 minutes to get some coffee. Then after asking for some tobasco sauce we eventually had to get up and get it ourself after waiting 10 mins. The food is great as usual but the servers here need to take lessons from the staff in DeLand. Definitely avoid this place if you're looking for good service as there were 4 waitresses to cover 15 tables and they failed miserably. read more

C's is one of our family favorites when visiting NSB but today was disappointing. My daughter ordered the kids meal with pancakes and I ordered the Eggs Benedict Florentine. When the food was served my eggs were hard and my daughters pancakes had no chips. The waitress had my eggs redone and they were perfect and then had the put chips on top of my daughters pancakes. She hated them and ate a quarter piece of assuage and drank chocolate milk for $6. I brought it to the waitresses attention that she did not eat her meal because she had never been served pancakes this way but no adjustments were made to our bill. My daughter wanted to come there today but Nama!s cheap and easy homemade pancakes were far superior! I will say my hash browns were excellent. We are here for a month but will likely not come back. This is an awesome restaurant. Fair warning, if you are a Steeler's fan, you are good to go. If you are a Patriots fan you may want to eat outside or choose another restaurant since there is lots of Steeler's gear on the walls. The Patriot gear is hung upside-down. The waitresses wear black outfits with yellow lettering. So, go with a good sense of humor and a good appetite. It is in a shopping center right off the main road. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant is in the center (corner) of the shopping center. There are tables outside and inside. We chose to eat inside. It is seat yourself and the waitress will come to your table. The waitress was super. This was our first time to the restaurant and she gave us recommendations for lunch. It is a waffle place so, even though it was lunch, we both ordered waffles. We got and order of waffles with strawberries and an order of a bacon waffle (awesome!) with chicken and spicy syrup. The serving size was enough for 2 meals. I am new to the whole chicken waffle thing. The waffles and chicken were excellent. On top of that our waitress, Lily, was wonderful. I am a regular. Most would walk in and say it is a hole in the wall as it's small but food and service is A+. The grits are the best I have ever eaten. The owner let's just say she is all about her customers and went so far as to deliver my food to my house when DoorDash canceled my order because they had no driver.
