I had stains on my kitchen granite counter top that needed that extra expertise to fix prior to cleaning and sealing/polishing. Has been on my "to do" list when saw a groupon for CSI. David and Harvey came yesterday and did a great job....personable, organized and efficient. They told me they would arrive at @12 noon and when they were to be 30 minutes late, they called well in advance to notify me. Website gives you complete information, they sent email 2 -3 days prior with detail including names of the workman (photos on web site) so every step of the way, I was well informed. Bought a groupon for 50 square feet of stone/marble/granite sealing & polishing. I have three separate granite slabs in the kitchen, plus a slab in two bathrooms that this covered. The guy was very professional, took his time, paid attention to detail, had booties to cover his shoes, gave good advice, did a great job, got out stains that have been there for years, and even did the calking. This company is great! Their follow-up is wonderful with calling to confirm their appointment and let you know when they are on their way. The 2 guys that came were very polite and did a thorough job. They even stopped along the way to have me check their work. I was very concerned about the carpets all being dry as I had a bad previous experience with another company that left our rugs wet! They made sure I was happy and the rugs were all dry. We just had all of our marble and granite restored and sealed by CSI-Absolute. Andre and Angel were here to do all of the cleaning. Our marble kitchen countertop had many etches. With the restoration and sealing it looked like the new counter we had installed 7 years ago. Same results with the granite. We have small glass tile back splash along the sink and stove. They steamed cleaned the tiles. All looks great. We also had them clean and seal the marble floor in the shower of the master bath along with the marble sink counter tops. Again all of the stone looks clean and new. These guys did a great job. Highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend him to as a request, but I assume that CSI provides the same type of service through all their employees. I originally requested a clean, and they stated two weeks out, and got back to me that same week and even adjusted it from 1 pm to 9 am. Very accommodating, and wish my moving service was like them. These guys are great!! Zach and Harvey worked on my kitchen floor. I've been in my place for 17 years. My kitchen floor went from yellow and sort of beige to beige and cream marble. The shine is so wonderful the floor glows and looked wet. I went with the shiniest polishing but during the process I checked and the lower shine was just as beautiful, so it's just a matter of preference. I checked with other companies. These guys were the most forthright and professional from the initial visit and quote with Cesar to the work done by Harvey and Zach. The price was fair compared to the other quotes. Service is superb, from the estimator to the floor polisher. I asked that they sand, seal and polish my Limestone kitchen floor, using a low shine. Instead it turned out to be a high shine, which I didn't want. They did come back, ensuring that they would do what's necessary to ensure that I was pleased. As it turned out, I decided in the end to keep the shine but asked that they polish it more. The polisher came back and did whatever I wanted, not completing the project until I was satisfied, which I thought was great service. read more

Saul at CSI Absolute clean was hired to steam clean our shower stall, the grout being a bit old and dirty. He had to remove and replace the old silicon caulking where dirt and mold had accumulated. Second step was to clean the floor tile. He worked thoroughly, and was able to remove most of the black/grey stains (1 or 2 minor areas were difficult to clean, as we were informed it would be) on the floor and in the shower. He replaced all caulking, and the shower now looks like new. Saul also cleaned an area rug, and here again, he worked thoroughly, our rug looks beautiful and fresh again. Saul and Cesar (the sales person) were both very polite and nice, Saul was thorough and worked a bit overtime to make sure his work was well done. We (my wife and I) had CSI out for two projects in our master bath: clean and restore grout in the walk-in shower, and restore the 11 year old finish on the marble floor in the bathroom. They did fantastic work on both jobs. We were even asked to inspect and comment on the work prior to finishing up. The work was reasonable priced, and the tech was a clean as could be. We expected to have to clean up after the work was completed. The tech left things maybe even cleaner than when he started. They were very professional and precise. The confirmation, scheduling and organization were stellar and their communications very informative. However, be very thorough in defining what you want done and having it put in the work order because otherwise, it won't happen. I had a small misunderstanding that they resolved to my satisfaction but it took a number of phone calls and a drop in visit from Cesar who gave me the initial estimate. Anything extra you come up with will be charged, as I expected, but at a rate that is independent from the other work. i.e., does not take into account that the workers and equipment are already in the apartment. We have a lot of stone in our house and my wife was thinking it was time to have someone come out and give us an estimate or an opinion on what needed to be done to keep it looking good. I read the reviews and chose CSI Absolute Clean for an estimate. Customer service was great and Cesar came on time and looked at everything. The kitchen's white ceramic tile floor and grout were dark and the carpet in other rooms had stains that seemed impossible to remove. We were tempted to replace both but decided to give CSI-Absolute Clean a try. The floors look so much better and the deep carpet stains haven't come back after almost two months of washing and vacuuming. We received amazing service from CSI! We had some staining on our natural stone countertop. CSI came out free of charge to assess the situation. Instead of trying to sell us pricey fixes that had little chance of success, the technician very honestly explained that it wouldn't be worth us paying to fix it through CSI. Instead, he steered us towards an inexpensive product we could get at Home Depot. In addition, the technician very patiently answered all our questions and directed us to videos to help us with the self-fix (and even followed up with an email with the link). If we are able to fix the stain ourselves, they mentioned that then they could come out to do the sealant. I can't recommend this company enough. They were on time, polite, honest, patient, and clear experts. If I get the stains out of my countertop, I will 100% be using them to seal my counters. Thanks again, CSI! read more

Great experience from start to finish. Extremely professional and very good service at a great price. I bought a deal on Angie's List for tile and grout cleaning. They set up the appointment within 2 hours of buying the deal on the Internet. They were extremely punctual and were done within 2 hours as promised. We have a limestone bathroom floor that no matter what we tried to clean it the dirt would just sink into the surface. After they were done the bathroom looks brand new even when the tile was installed over 10 years ago. I never thought it was possible. They were very informational on how to care for the floor going forward. They didn't push anything more than I needed. I was so excited I am going to schedule my other bathrooms down the road.
