The storefront is nice, and there's a decorative tree where you can hang notes with your wishes, which is a fun touch. They also had a random pop-up press-on nail setup inside, which was unexpected but interesting. We ordered the special boba milk tea and the jasmine boba milk tea, both with golden boba. I usually order light ice and 50-75% sugar. The special boba milk tea was sweet and tasty, and the boba itself was semi-sweet, but the tea didn't taste especially fresh. The jasmine milk tea, on the other hand, was more subtle in sweetness and tasted noticeably fresher and cleaner. One thing I did notice was inconsistency in the boba texture--some pearls were quite firm while others were very soft--which made it feel like there may have been a mix of freshness levels. Overall, pretty good tea, but a bit of a mixed experience when it comes to ingredient freshness and consistency.

Overall, I found their drinks to be on the sweeter side, so I would definitely recommend adjusting the sweetness level to your preference when ordering. The Passion Fruit Super Fruit Cup was my favorite, it was refreshing, flavorful, and perfect for a warm day. The Black Milk Tea was decent, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Personally, I prefer a stronger tea flavor, and I felt that the tea notes were a bit too mild compared to the sweetness. The boba had a good texture, though, and the drink was still enjoyable. I would definitely come back, especially to explore more of their fruit tea options. If you enjoy refreshing and fruity drinks, this is a great spot to check out.

These folks are innovating out on the bleeding edge of using those ingredients you've never heard of to make a drink that you'll never forget. And to top it all off, we had some of the best, most friendly and informative service I've ever had at a speakeasy. This place rocks.

We made a reservation and although we arrived on time, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. I agree with some of the other commenters when they say that the revolving fireplace needs some love. It has the look and feel of needing to be updated. Also, for it to be a "speakeasy" vibe, you could hear the loudness of the bar through the walls. It just kind of ruins the facade a little bit. Regardless, we enjoyed the novelty of being slowly admitted to the speakeasy on the opposite side. We were given seats and upon first glance it was a dark lit space with an old fashioned aesthetic. I was surprised to see how casual everyone was dressed- I assumed there was a dress code, but I guess flip flops made the cut ‍. It took a few minutes for our server to attend to us, and when he did you could tell he was slammed. We just didn't get the table side manner one was hoping for an establishment like this. Peeking at their drink menu, I found myself disappointed that much of their options had a lot of sweet or fruit juice ingredients. So, I went for their old fashioned. For the price, it was just okay. Another disappointing moment. In all, it wasn't terrible, but it just isn't worth the hype. Overpriced and mediocre drinks and a seemingly overworked staff didn't make for a memorable experience and ended up not being for us. Glad to have tried it...but look elsewhere if you've actually been to a speakeasy. This just doesn't live up to what it's trying to sell you.

TLDR: It's good ramen at a respectable price. I think they understand what people want in ramen,…read morethe items outside of ramen, and what they're willing to pay for. Tantanmen: As a person who isn't a big tantanmen fan, I was shocked that I enjoyed this. The spice level was tolerable, and the saltiness level was okay, until you get to the bottom 3rd of the bowl. You get good portions and meat to noodle ratio, so it's worth it. Tonkotsu Ajitama: Creamy with a touch of saltiness. I love a good tonkotsu ramen, and I think this is a good introduction to tonkotsu. I'm glad that they have a bunch of options so people can customize how they want their tonkotsu ramen. Pork Paiko: It's not a katsu, but it gives that vibe. I think this is a good thing to pair with the ramen. I think the vibe is different enough from the chashu, where it's worth ordering. Chicken Paiko: it's chicken katsu with a different vibe. The batter has more body and is a different vibe compared to their fried chicken (karaage). Although I think the pork paiko is better, people who prefer chicken can rest easy knowing this is good as well. Fried Gyoza: I don't know what to say. It's a fried dumpling. It's not remarkable enough to be considered amazing, but it wasn't bad either. The good kind of average in general. Fried Chicken: It's a decent fried chicken at a good size. I just hope they can maintain the size, since many establishments have a hard time maintaining chicken quality after a while. Service: You pay first before being seated, and most of the stuff is self-service, so the interaction is really just when ordering and when they drop off the food. Ambiance: Classic ramen shop. Well lit, smells good, and located in an upscale mall.

You do pay for parking but there's lots to do at the Mall. Today I had the spicy miso ramen and the okonomiyaki fries. Everything was good. Ramen is spicy but not overly. Great place to meet up with friends. There's plenty of seating inside & out. Came on a Saturday afternoon and surprisingly we got a seat inside. Lots of options for appetizers and noodles. Prices are pretty reasonable. Also Bonus, Costco has the gift cards for sale. Enjoy!
