Went to Culver's for dinner with my family. Normally we go through the drive thru and today we ate in the dining area. It was easy to place our food order at the counter and the food was brought out to our table when prepared. The dining area was clean and was busy on a Friday night. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger with a pretzel bun. The burger is made with fresh, never frozen beef, seared on a grill topped with white button mushrooms sautéed in butter, salt, pepper, parsley and a touch of garlic. Then topped with real Wisconsin Swiss cheese and serve on a lightly buttered, toasted bun. My meat and bead might have been a bit overcooked because it was tough. I created a value basket by adding cheese curds with marinara sauce and a soft drink. The cheese curds were made using the freshest, un-aged yellow and white Wisconsin cheddar cheese, deep-fried golden brown for a warm buttery crunch. Finished the meal with a one scoop turtle sundae. Prepared with roasted Southern pecans plus hot fudge and savory caramel drizzled over vanilla frozen custard, topped with a maraschino cherry. Overall a filling and enjoyable meal from a fast food establishment.

Rings, peanut butter shake, chocolate malt.

I had never been to Culver's before and I can say I wasn't disappointed at all after our first visit. To be fair, we didn't order much but that's ok because it was still good. The onion rings were cooked just right and not soggy or too crispy. The shakes were so super good. Frozen custard is always the best way to go for a proper shake.

I paid $16 for a Wisconsin Patty Melt supposed to be on sourdough bread. very disappointed

$16 for a patty melt that came burnt and used the wrong bread. They tried cutting it in half so I wouldn't notice the fact that the bread wasn't sourdough . Very disappointed.

Old skool place to get your midwest frozen custard fix on and cheese curds. Came here on a HOT June afternoon for a chocolate frozen cone and a snack of fried cheese curds. Friendly and efficient service. We also had to try the burger once we saw them arrive at other tables. This place was busy for a Sunday afternoon. You can go though the drive through (all burgers are made to order) You can get it to go or eat inside the restaurant (reminds me of a Dennys inside). A regular told us the kids meal is the best deal. Same size burger as the regular, you can get the cheese curds and add on a small custard for 6ish dollars. I think it may even come with a drink? We decided to a la carte it. 6/10 for the burger. Its not greasy, tastes "close to" sort of an In-N-out (that is still our fav burger) hands down. 7/10 fried cheese curds. White and Orange/Yellow cheese served piping hot 8/10 single chocolate custard. Creamy and dreamy. It was a double scoop size if you compare it to other ice cream places. For once my daughter could NOT finish it. Try dipping your fried cheese curds in the frozen custard.. pretty good. HOT, cold, salty, sweetness.

Everyone should try the double cheeseburger at least once! Culver's is now our go to burger place when we are craving fast food.

Stick with the custard. The food there is more miss than hit, which is disappointing because the menu has some pretty interesting items.

FREE Chocolate Chip Cookie - The cookies are definitely great--no crazy standout, but they had a distinct oat flavor. I can imagine sea salt would enhance the flavor even more. I love chocolate chip, though... and FREE is the best seasoning. Mushroom Truffle - We agreed to split these burgers 50/50, and bro zoned out while eating; I got like 1/4 of it. Hopefully that emphasizes how much he enjoyed this burger. The first thing I noticed was that the patty wasn't as thick. I do like their burgers and how they're medium-rare, but this one was much more packed with mushrooms, per the burger style. If it had the B&B patty, this would've been my favorite. Hold up--I did not know this was an Impossible patty. Not bad, but it does explain the difference in flavor. Still, it paired exceptionally well with the mushrooms. Black & Blue - Very deep flavors. I didn't like it as much as the Mushroom Truffle. In fact, I felt like this was way too saucy. The blue cheese didn't hold the show as much as the rest of the burger, and I'm a sucker for blue cheese. Like, inject Penicillin straight into my soul; obsessed. Anyways, it was just okay. My BFF and I agreed that these burgers are TENDER. Like, "didn't have to chew; it was a soft slush in my mouth" tender. Anyways, the sauce on both of these was on point--the first bite was a very obvious banger of flavors. Okay. I lied; these are ALL Impossible patties. Instantly changed the game because these were very well executed. On the way out, one of the workers (perhaps the owner) asked for our feedback. Apparently, many of these burgers are new menu items, and we got to hear a bit of their backstory (and got another FREE cookie). Some of the loveliest people I've met. I really love what they're doing here, and I'm glad they moved just 15 minutes away from our location. Wishing them the best!

The food is incredible, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff truly make this place special. Huge shoutout to amazing team members Ariel and Emily for being so warm and kind. The chef even made our pup Zoloft a pup cup today, which was such a sweet gesture. The lovely woman who helped us during our last visit also gave Zoloft a pup cup, so they've consistently shown kindness to our little family. They even gave complimentary vegan cookies to guests when we arrived (not sure if it was a special promotion, but such a thoughtful touch!). And the ice cream... WOW. Made with lentils, and honestly some of the best ice cream we've ever had--rich, creamy, and unforgettable. Friendly staff, delicious food, thoughtful service, and creative plant-based treats. Mission Burger is a gem in Austin, and we'll absolutely be back again whenever we return to Austin

My husband and I are on keto diets and our options are limited. He had heard that Mighty Fine offers smash burgers as salad bowls, along with their more traditional offerings. As part of a weeknight date, we had dinner at this Mighty Fine location on the way to a few other destinations. We both ordered triple smash burger bowls, because the employee we talked to explained that the smash patties are about 2oz each. We both added cheese, avocado, pickles, and mustard. He got raw onions and I got grilled onions. My first impression of the burger was that the onions looked stewed or steamed more than grilled. Onions are usually almost too strong of a flavor for me, but these were bland. The blandness continued through to all the ingredients, but especially the burger patties. A few months ago I made a better smash burger at home on my first try. We were starving, and ate it all up and enjoyed it, but it wasn't as good as we had hoped. The interior is quaint and I like the community style seating, and ended up talking to a lonely older man who clearly welcomed someone to talk to. Mighty Fine was part of a fun evening out, but it wasn't the highlight.

The restaurant was pretty busy due to the popularity but everything seemed to be moving like a well oiled machine. She took my order accurately, repeated it back to me before placing it. The restaurant was clean the atmosphere seen vintage but yet relaxed. You could definitely tell that they have been around serving food for years. I got my order within about five minutes of waiting and upon taking it out the bag, I can see the juices dripping outside of the paper. That gave me the sign at this burger was perfectly cooked and also gave me that old school type nostalgic hamburger feel. I ordered curly fries from my side and they came out hot and fresh as well.
