In Fast Food, this location is in a league of their own. The staff are friendly, cheery, and helpful and the food is delicious. The custard is the highest-quality in the area. I knew I was going to fall off the diet wagon when I saw the Culver's sign! My daughter got a Ruben with a cookies and cream milkshake, my grandson got a grilled cheese with a vanilla milkshake and I got a patty melt with a coffee milkshake. No sharing here not this day! The fries were fresh and hot I couldn't believe I had two hamburger patties on my patty melt. I gave one of the burgers to my three-year-old grandson who was devouring his grilled cheese sandwich. We absolutely LOVE the Fuquay Varina Culver's restaurant. We have visited a dozen or so times since they opened....and can say without equivocation that we have never had a bad meal there. Their fish dinners (cod) is wonderful with three large pieces of fish.....cooked after ordered with sides (2) and a dinner roll. For only $12.99......you cannot find a better fish meal anywhere! Visited the Fuquay Varina Culvers with friends on Friday July 23rd. I ordered the Pot Roast sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy and my wife ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich with a side salad. The pot roast sandwich was delicious paired with the mashed potatoes. the potatoes seemed to be "instant" but they were still quite good. My wife's spicy chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked and her side salad.....although pretty small....was made with fresh fixings and really well constructed. The service at the Fuquay-Varina Culver's has been wonderful every time we have visited (well done management and staff). The only negative to the Culver's experience might be how difficult it can leaving the parking lot as the vehicles parked along sides of the adjacent road make it difficult seeing oncoming traffic in both directions as you attempt to access the side road. We fully believe that Culvers is a nice addition to the Fuquay dining options. read more

i had never heard of Culver's until I moved to FV. I was told it was a guilty pleasure. I went to the drive thru before a snow storm. The lot was emply so I drove around thinking it was closed. I saw an employee at the pick up window and said 'so your closed, huh?' He told me they were open and when I said I'd drive around to place my order he kindly said he could take my order at the pick up window. Very helpful and talked me through the menu. The burger was delish. The mozzerella cheese curds/fries were very good and I even liked the crinkle fries which aren't my favorite. Visiting from San Antonio. Our Culver's in San Antonio is TOO FAR AWAY! We gone to Culver's in Fuquay-Varina twice and the food has been excellent. The first time I had the Culver's Deluxe Butterburger and today I had the Sourdough Melt. I prefer rye bread for the contrast in flavors but the sourdough was fine. No complaints. THEE BEST burger I have had in a long time. I live in Fayetteville and we ate at the Fuquay-Varina location. I ordered the double bacon cheese butterburger with fries and the fries were extra crispy and hot. My husband ordered the same but with cheese curds. The cheese curds were disappointing as he assumed it would be a sharp cheddar inside. Overall the customer service was great, the food was very fresh and fast, and the ice cream was tasty! When this location. First opened the customer service was great. The last few times I've been it has NOT been the greatest. I placed an online order for curbside to pick up on my lunch break. When I arrived I parked in the curbside and checked in. I waited 5 minutes and received a call stating my order wasn't processed. When I was asked to go through the drive thru the teenagers were too busy at flirting with each other to pay attention. I placed my order at the window and waited an additional 5 minutes. I placed an inquiry online and was told I would be contacted about this visit. It's been over a week and no response from anyone. This place isn't just a restaurant, it is an experience. I had a sourdough melt butter burger add mushrooms. I really wanted to try something where the burger would have a chance to shine. It did just that. The burger was great. I also had some cheese curds and chili cheese fries. The curds were standard cheese curds. Not anything special except the fact that somewhere in nc actually had cheese curds. The chili on the fries was top shelf. And the one thing even if the food was sub par that would make me give this place 5 stars is how I was treated in this restaurant. My friend and I are handicapped and have trouble doing things like getting refills or even getting around some restaurants but here the staff was so incredibly polite and helpful. We were served RAW hamburgers and had a horrible curbside experience. We ordered online and received a confirmation email. My husband went to pick up our order, and at first, they told him they didn't have our order. He then showed them the order confirmation email. He also called while waiting and told them our order again. Then, a lady came out with our order, told him it was in fact paid for, and he brought it home with the receipt. After he got home, we realized 2 of the burgers were raw. Then, a different lady called my husband and told him the order didn't go through. She had no clue he had picked up the order. He informed her of this and the receipt. She then kept insisting we had to come back and pay again. I spoke with her and informed her of the pending charge on my bank account for the order AND of the fact that we had been given raw food. She then told me to monitor the pending status, which I did and called the bank and it went through. Seriously, the worst customer service. We shouldn't have even had to pay for RAW food, but we are done with Culver's for a while after this experience.
