They were good and paired with their fresh hot fries the meal was a winner. The dining area is always clean and the staff is always very friendly. I'm going to assume, which I hate to do, this is a franchise location. Whoever owns this location needs to fire their management and everyone in there. I have been to this location multiple times over the last year or so, and the service and the quality of food has been terrible. Tonight I went in because my wife wanted Culver's. Not my first but my last choice. The person that took my order, a young guy, seemed preoccupied with something else. After taking my order, he handed me my order number placard, and went to the area where they process the orders. All good. Him and the guys in the back start talking smack to each other that was inappropriate. I'm all about staff talking smack to each other, but not in front of customers. There were a couple of exchanges that included racism, sexual orientation, and work ethic. This is not ok. I was not offended, but some people may be. The issue I have is during these exchanges, my food sat there for 5 minutes! He finally put my order on the counter and turned away. No thank you, sorry for the wait, or have a good night. NOTHING! For Corporate or the Franchisee, my order number was AAATQMQWAEC3. Do with it what you want, but I will not go to this location again! The fries are always so good, some of the best in the fast food business. The wait time was okay even with many cars ahead of me. The cashier and food runner were polite and friendly. I really like how they make sure to remind you what's on the sandwiches you order and ask if you'd like to take something off before you forget. I was working in North Carolina in 2018 , and ate at Culver's for the first time. I was happy when they opened a location in my and right across the street from Costco! I have visited on 4 occasions now and this last time was the worst. I ordered a single deluxe with no cheese. My dissatisfaction is with the meat which was very dry and possibly served well outside the window. The bottom bun was very cold, almost felt somewhat frozen to the touch. Culver's is always a wait, and not a problem when there's hot food on the other side of that wait. I'm not the type to drive back around or go into the store to speak to a manager. So for our second visit we stuck to their name sake - butter burgers. So much better than our first time where we tried some other items. The Swiss mushroom burger in particular very good - well cooked, lots of flavor, double patty, good cheese and melt. Mushrooms perfectly cooked and flavorful. First time going to Culver's in Jax Florida. I requested no tomatoes on my grilled chicken sandwich. To my surprise, I was charged .30cents. Ridiculous!! I can understand if I ordered extra tomatoes. First time eating at a Culver's. It was hubby's BD and he had signed up to get a free BD sundae. Then he noticed that for signing up you get BOGO of one of their basket specials. The staff were so friendly and helpful serving us. They took our order and gave us a number to put on our table. It didn't take too long for our food to be brought to us. We ended up getting a bacon delux burger with fries and a butter burger with cheese and onion rings. The burgers were fantastic. Nice thin flavorful patties stacked on top of each other on a very fresh bun that was topped with a pickle. You get to choose what toppings you want for your burger. We both loved the crispy onion rings and the crinkle cut fries. Drinks are self serve. Seating was spaced apart and all the staff were all wearing masks. Tables were quickly wiped down as they became available. There were so many delicious flavors of frozen custard to choose from. Hubby chose a caramel sundae topped with cashews. It was the highlight of our lunch. He shared! LOL There is a drive thru and plenty of parking. The bathrooms were spotless. Can't wait to return. Lemon Crumble Custard is so delicious. Man, I had to indulge even though I am trying to do good. Since this location is new and the first official one in Jax, it was busy. Not crazy busy, but plan for a wait. Its all good though. I have been to Culvers twice before (different locations) and never tried their burgers or the custard. So this time I went ahead and got them both. The Deluxe burger was just okay. There were a lot of pickles and not very much lettuce. It also did not stay warm on the less than 10 minute drive home. The fries and cheese sauce were okay. The large order of Cheese Curds does not include the marinara sauce ( you pay extra though they don't tell you that up front.) It ended up being a bit more pricey than other fast good burgers nearby. ($25 before tax for 2 of us.) My son tried the Spicy Chicken and Chili Cheese fries this time (he always got the burger in the past.) He was happy with all of it. So, its nice to have a new spot locally but the area is a massive headache in terms of traffic. read more

I did not have the pleasure of coming here, sitting at the drive thru and ordering but I was on the phone with my wife when she did and there seems to be a lot going on. Options when it came to food and I think you had to pull into a spot and wait for your order to be brought out? I can speak on the food. I had a double cheeseburger w/o condiments with fries and cheese sauce, plus a sweet tea. My wife ordered a single with condiments and they gave her a double w/o condiments. I guess it evens out. We also got cheese curds and a corn dog for the little man. The ONLY thing that was decent was the cheese curds. I've had much better burgers at other chain restaurants but I won't post it here because you will laugh. The fries were basic as hell and the sweet tea was enough to put someone in a diabetic shock. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER! I made an order on 6/27/2024 at your location at 7923 Parramore Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32244. I ordered a DOUBLE bacon Cheeseburger Deluxe with everything but mushrooms. I also ordered a medium order of onion rings and a malt with double peaches. When I got home, I was extremely upset. The burger only had 1 patty, no pickles, no grilled onions, no BACON, no lettuce, no tomatoes.l went back to the store and asked for the manager. The young lady said that she was the manager. she said her name was Ola. I explained the situation and showed her the mess they called a burger. I asked for a refund. She turned to the lady working behind her as if she was actually the manager, and she was told that they could not give refunds for online orders, but they could remake it. I did not want a remake, but I did not want to cause a scene. I told her that I used to love Culver's, but they are as bad as Burger King and McDonald's. When I looked at the remake, it had 1 pickle, 1 piece of tomato,no raw onions, and some wilted lettuce, but I did not complain, but I will never order from Culver's again. I will go to Whataburger. Chili is a little salty but the tenders, onion rings, and thick cut fries are amazing. Shakes and sundaes are an addon no one can complaint. Well as new residents of this area we decided to try Culver's for their shakes. He went alone and ordered three,. Not only did they not offer lids for them, they did not give us what we ordered. When an order is a large a small and a mini concrete you would have concern over putting them in a four cup carrier for just one person in the car! Hand them the large and ask if they would like lids for the other two. End result was the large spilled all over the front seat. The flavor of the day small was a Reese's rally shake. What I got was a liquid chocolate mess with a spoon! No custard, no peanut butter cups or flavor. Should have been in a shake cup with a lid and a straw. The Heathbar crunch mini was okay but also watery no concrete consistency. We live a mile from your location so the lack of frozen thickness was on your team. We paid a lot for not custard,unflavored mess. Not sure if this is what you are famous for... poor product, uncaring packing, overpriced chocolate milk. The burger was exactly like the picture. Tastes like steak. Perfect ratio of lettuce, tomato, cheese, meet, and perfectly toasted bun. But better than that, there is a guy who works there who makes this place great. He is an older gentleman, I suppose he still has the work ethic most Americans used to have. He walked from table to table checking on customers, ensuring they had everything they need. It felt like my grandpa was asking me if my food was ok. He seemed to genuinely care. I love Culver's! The Swiss Mushroom Burger wasn't very seasoned, but it's still pretty good, I just prefer a bit more flavor personally. I also never thought I'd try cheese curds but they were the kids burger is huge and my little brother got full, put it up, and then ate off of it again when we got home so you're definitely getting some bang for your buck lol. I think I might like every custard flavor, but the pint is a great value if you're on the way home! It will melt so I don't recommend getting it if you've still got some stops to make. read more
