Culver's is a very family-friendly place. It is very warm and welcoming. The people there can be so nice and enthusiastic. It brightens up my day how well I am treated there. When you walk in you are greeted with," Hi, welcome!" Everyone has a smile on there face and seem happy to be there. The staff is friendly to the guest and very well mannered. Whenever something goes wrong or there a mishap, the staff always goes above and beyond to fix the problem and make it better. The staff also makes sure to check on you to see if you need anything to make your experience better and tries to converse with you. They don't really do that anywhere else. The workers at culver's try to accommodate a person's need to make their time there enjoyable. As you leave there's at least one person there to wish you a good day or night. Sometimes if they're not busy they will open the doors for you as you leave or enter. Culver's is very clean and well kept. Their bathrooms are always nice and tidy and never a mess. Throughout the day you see the employes going in there to make sure it's clean. Whenever you are done with your food sometimes there will be a team member there ready to throw your trash away for you so you don't have to. That's very polite because they don't have to. I always see someone cleaning the tables and chairs as people leave. Whenever a team member sees trash it gets picked up and they make sure to help you clean up your mess. There are moments were there dining gets dirty but someone always shows up to make it clean again. One thing that culver's doesn't have but other places like Chick-fil-a have is a special sauce. People ask about it all the time. But the burgers at Culver's are exceptional. One thing that sets them apart from other places is there fresh.There not seasoned to much and you can put whatever you like on them. They're always fully cooked and never anything wrong with them. The cheese curds are superb and I would recommend everyone try them. The food at Culver's is marvelous Culver's is a very clean and friendly place with the best burgers. I always enjoy my time there, I would recommend it to everyone. I think they have better service than chick fil a in my opinion. The hospitality there is extraordinary and on a whole other level. I don't know when this particular Culver's opened but it's been in place for months now, at the Burlington Creek shopping mall on 64th Street. This is a great family restaurant/fast food joint. I love how friendly they are, how hard they try to make you happy, get your order right, etc. They have great customer service! Friendly, friendly, friendly! I can't say enough good things about them. And, the food is great. I love how they make your Butter Burger to your specifications. And, the burger tastes like how a burger should taste. The butter part is that they butter the bun and put it on the grill, too, so your bun doesn't get soggy and stick to your burger. For those who want something else, they have a Reuben, fish, chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches, and a fried chicken meal. Have a look at their menu because they have a lot more than I can even mention. One thing I really like is that they have healthy options to their crinkle cut french fries. I used to love going here...But now they only get my order right 50% of the time. Hamburgers do not have cheese, that would be a cheeseburger! The last straw was having cheese on my burger, again, and it was as cold as my fries. I go to Freddie's now, burgers are better and worth the extra drive time. read more

Alright so I'm not one to normally leave reviews, but I had to comment on this place, The Culver's here on Tom Watson Parkway is wonderful every experience I've had here was warming and I very much enjoyed the friendliness and excellent service provided by the staff, both times I've been here they have been attentive, fast and genuinely helpful throughout the time inside the restaurant. (Although I have yet to go through the drive-thru, I would assume that the case would be the same) read more

I've gotten take out here several times now. I have had their burgers before at other locations but can't speak for this one but (and I found this hard to believe) they have really good chicken! A burger place with really good chicken! Wow! Who'd have thunk it. That being said, I've ordered four piece dinners here twice and gotten home with two pieces while paying for four. I'd have done four stars but for that. They've always taken good care of me when they've done it, but I advise you to count. Unlike most places in the area they have the friendliest staff I've ever seen in a fast food place. It would be nice to be treated this way everywhere you go. Kind of makes up for not being able to count I guess. At least I keep going back. Wish I could have done four stars. :^( read more
