Todays flavor of the day was creamy lemon crumble. Tomorrow's flavor is Oreo cookie cheesecake. The website has a calendar of all the flavors. This location, Culver's of Lincolnshire, won the 2021 Culver's Crew Challenge/ National Championship! Nice and friendly staff here.

Very good service friendly. Food, no long wait, served to the table despite being fast food, delicious burgers, vanilla fresh frozen custard very good Definitely have to go back and eat again....

Cold cheese on a cold burger. Terrible!

I am an avid Culver's consumer. Every city I go to - I have to get to their Culver's. All great, until I got to Lincolnshire Culver's. I e cold burger with cold cheese set on it and a hard bun. I simply asked them to warm it up and the manager came out to tell me...it's not our process to service it hot with melted cheese. If you want that, that was a special order you should've asked for. OMG...never heard of something so ridiculous. Young male manager. Avoid this Culver's if you want warm food. Absolutely crazy. See pic for cheese.

I have only been here once and that too just to get their frozen custard concretes because I had a buy one regular size concrete, get one free deal. I got good service and my concrete tasted pretty good. The two kinds of concrete I got were made with their Flavor of the Day on the day I visited and it was Butter Pecan. For one concrete, I got peaches and marshmallow cream as the mix-ins and for the second one, I got pumpkin sauce and salted caramel as the mix-ins. Both turned out to be tasty. My favorite was the pumpkin sauce and salted caramel one. Note: this place charged extra to get the pumpkin sauce as a mix-in. The Mundelein location did not do that when I got a concrete there with the pumpkin sauce. I was charged extra for something else too without being informed but after talking to the manager, they reimbursed me that other extra charge because per the manager, that shouldn't have happened. Anyway, overall, I had a good experience and I would go back here.

It has exactly been 2 years since we went to the Yelp Community Experience at Drop the Bop. We…read morewere so happy to have this small business introduced to us! Since then, we have happily added Drop the Bop to our takeout rotation list. What is so amazing is, both our daughter and myself are not into salads or veggies, and each time we pick Drop the Bop is like a small miracle. There has never been a bowl of fast food made of fresh veggies and meats and rice that tastes so great, and make us feel so good after eating it, but Drop the Bop does it! My husband and daughter picked the All-In bowls from the Yelp experience, and I had the build-a-bowl. Since then, we have been purchasing the All-In bowls every time. All the different ingredients are so fresh and delicious, they contribute to make a complex tapestry of tastes and textures, but all work together harmoniously. We always pick the black rice that has similar texture to sushi rice, that tastes fantastically and holds everything well together. Hubby and Daughter like the carpaccio sauce the best, that is light and not overpowering, while I favor the Yum Yum sauce as it is just yummy! We all like the seaweed soup that is delicious and not too salty. Drop the Bop is a hidden gem in Lincolnshire. Phillip, the young owner, always works so hard and is very resourceful. He teamed up with Yelp to introduce the small business to us Yelpers was a great idea. If you collect AA miles, Drop the Bop also helps you add more miles each time you purchase with your designated credit card. He even comes up with buy 10 get 1 free to encourage you to keep coming back. For us, just their bowls are good enough to make us keep returning. I hope they will keep doing well and growing forever.

Sat, Nov 8 at 12:54 AM…read more "EAT CLEAN. STAY FIT AND HAVE A BIBIMBOP TO STAY SANE." This is the slogan of Drop the Bop on their website, how accurate is that! Since we were introduced to Drop the Bop two years ago via a Yelp Community Experience, we have been returning from time to time to get their bowls. Each bowl contains bop (rice) with your choices of veggies and meats similar to Korean bibimbap! What makes DTB stands out from other businesses is that their ingredients are consistently very fresh, the bowls are delicious with generous portions. They offer the most healthy and delicious fast food that our family love! We love their All-In bowls that contain every veggie and meat that you can think of, and we choose black rice instead of white rice as the yummy base. I usually pick the Carpaccio sauce (out of 8 different sauces) on the side, which provides a "fresh citrus taste combined with olive oil and a hint of jalapeño and black pepper" that has a nice kick to the bowl. I always pick the seaweed soup over miso soup as well. Phillip, who is the very friendly owner of DTB, seems to be always working there. I saw him every time I went to pick up our orders. Funny thing was that he gave me a punch card that offered buy 10 bowls get one for free. I have misplaced several of those cards. Phillip said that I could combine several of those cards to get a free bowl once the total slots punched add to 10. It would be OK with me that I never find all my cards to get that offer. To me, the bowls at DTB is worth every penny, and I don't mind paying full price for each one of them.

It was a busy day and the hostess offered us a table that wasn't ideal, but said if we'd like to wait longer we could have a better table. The food was also good, but the people are what make me loyal to a restaurant, and this was one of the best experiences I've had with service, so we will be back.

I really had some high hopes that may be over the years that had grown and learned and gotten better. Unfortunately, it really hasn't during a very slow weekday afternoon. I walked in and there was absolutely no staff at the front to greet you in any way shape or form. I also consider this very poor deterrent for crime and also very poor for security in general. Well, service was decent. It wasn't great. It wasn't quick. The food did come out quickly though. The food was good, not great. And although I did take home my Carnitas pork fajita bowl and looking forward to warming it up the next day, when I opened it up from the plastic container, they gave me the entire bottom was full of oil. It is really rather disgusting and while I do understand that they had to fry up the tortilla shell I would have assumed it would have been drained properly and did not contain this much oil. Also, I feel like the margaritas got significantly smaller. If you look at the picture on the menu, they have a completely different large glass being displayed versus the Glasses. They actually gave us with margaritas. So I really feel like the portions got smaller on the margarita while the price stayed the same, which frankly now makes it overpriced. There are better places to eat that have Tex-Mex than this
