I've only been to a Culver's once before and it was pretty good last time but I guess it depends on the location. We got the mushroom swiss burger with an extra patty and the cod filet sandwich. Both as meals. The food was a disappointment, especially compared to last time. The burger was slightly overcooked and mostly tasted of oil and grease. There were barely any mushrooms on it. The fish was so soggy that it kept falling apart. We didn't receive the dipping sauce I asked for and it wasn't a big deal but it was a bit annoying. Unfortunately the fries were the best part, and that's saying something. We passed by a lot of other places to eat on the way here and I don't know if I'd go to another Culver's. read more

Fresh and delicious burgers! Very consistent taste. I love the homemade root beer! My only critique- the previous time I went, they accidentally gave a burger from a different person's order. 5 minutes later, an employee came to my table and took the burger to go give it to the correct customer. Anyone who has worked in the food service industry knows that once a food item goes to a customer, you don't take it back and give it to another customer, regardless if the order is incorrect. Cheese curds Delicious custard and the best Root beer in town Culver's checks all the boxes. It's truly a treat anytime I'm able to stop by a Culver's for lunch/dinner. The restaurant has a comfortable vibe and the staff is always welcoming. The butter burgers are tasty but I usually end up ordering a spicy chicken value basket. The chicken is always juicy and flavorful. Crinkle fries aren't my favorite cut but they hit the sport when I'm here. And no meal is complete without a root beer. I used to work here so here is my life hack: When dining in, GET THE KIDS MEAL! The kids butter burger with cheese is the same size patty as a regular adult combo. I pay .20¢ extra to add "everything" which entails Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickle, Ketchup, Mustard, and Mayo. (Deluxe conds is lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayo, while the Works are ketchup pickle mustard and onion). I upgrade my small kids meal fries to a size large ($2.00 up charge) and my meal came out to $9.95. I got the same size burger, a large fry, a small drink (but if you're dining in, it doesn't MATTER the size of the drink cause you get free unlimited refills) AND a free scoop of custard with your choice of topping. I ordered a banana split with NO nuts. First the attendant had to ask what I ordered, I repeated a banana split with no nuts. I got my order and it had nuts. What if I had a nut allergy issue and I ate one of the nuts and then I get sick due to a nut allergy. Who is responsible? I did say no nuts twice. Not only that, it was the worse of all of the banana splits that I have ordered from this place. The banana looked weird and it tasted really bad. Am I going to there again? I think Culver's is a franchise with independent ownership, not a group chain under one ownership umbrella, so the consistency and experiences might vary. The staff here were welcoming and friendly. Culvers is the best I'm a Wisconsin girl so having culvers here reminds me of a Friday night in Milwaukee with my family. The butterburgers are my favorite. The onion rings, fries and cheese curds are delicious. Anything custard is a must. Even just eating it plain is so goooood. I just took my friend here and she was impressed for "fast food." I don't eat fast food because it does horrific things to my stomach but culvers is the gourmet exception (haha!). Food was really good, Our family enjoyed the food and service. The Ambience was nice as well. No lie it was a pleasant surprise.

I had read an article regarding ranked fish sandwiches at fast food locations and this had one of the better ones. So, i was in the area and decided to try them out. While the ordering process was easy, it was hard to understand the lady that initially greeted me (not due to language) but the audio system. Nonetheless, I placed my ordered and it only took about 5-7 minutes have my order delivered to my car. By the time i had returned home, it was in fairly good condition as for the crispiness. However, the way they put together the sandwich was a little to be desired. Most of the lettuce and sauce was pushed to one side and the shredded cheese was minimal (personally a slice would have been better, IMO). They did included an extra container of tartar sauce which was really good, it saved me from forgetting to ask for extra sauce. But overall it was a much better offering than others I have tried. read more

I do want to say thank you to the friendly staff and especially Adan who took time to chat with my Mother and for being understanding and enjoying the Seniors who asked for French Dressing (Adan was not aware of this dressing). It's so surprising to me that I see all these 5 star reviews because I have yet to have a 5 star experience. Eating out these days ain't cheap! I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford the luxury of eating out on the weekends because I slave over a hot stove at least two times a day, 5 days a week otherwise. The weekends are my break from cooking at least one or two meals. Every time I order curbside at this particular Culver's my order is missing all the toppings and condiments. EVERY time! Now it's not like Culver's is my go to for a burger but we just happen to be gluten free and they just happen to be one of the only places with a decent gluten free bun. I don't always want to order a protein style double-double at In-N-Out. It's messy and I miss having a bun. The fries at Culver's are much better too. I don't usually leave reviews on fast food establishments because typically the experiences are pretty much always lackluster. It's nothing special. Its food. It's a place you go when you need to eat and it's not like you recommend it over anything else in town. Places like this are where you go when you are out and about and the kids won't shut up about being hungry and you want something a step above McDonalds. I'm leaving this review simply to say you are probably better off going in and getting your food than you are ordering curb side. Otherwise the food isn't bad, i just have to use my own lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard to enjoy it. The root beer is good! At the end of the day i would have been better off making my own burgers at home considering I still had to pull out a cutting board and what's another 10 minutes at to cook a couple of burger patties at that point. read more

We came here today for some custard, the flavor of the day to be exact. I think the flavor a vanilla and chocolate custard with toffee and caramel. We got cookie dough as the topping. This location made us happy with a surprise portion that exceeded expectations. The custard was creamy and the virtual appeal made our eyes grow large. The service was also speedy and with a smile and professionalism. We will be back for sure. I don't usually review fast food. It's exactly that! Culvers on CC/Baseline has received good reviews, from me in the past. But recently the experience has not been deserving of my past reviews. I've been away for almost 2 months because they were preparing it the way they want, and not how I ordered. So today, after raving about how good Freddy's steak burgers have been, I tried Culver's. Well , ordered double butter burger with cheese, mayo and onions. Also fries. It came with no mayo, no cheese, no onions. But it had hot tomato, hot ugly bad looking lettuce. And cold fries and now after cleaning all that stuff I didn't want off the burger I'm feeling ill to my stomach. How fast thier quality has fallen!! I've noticed they don't have long lines in the drive thru anymore. Apparently I'm not the only one noticing a drop in the quality of their food. Sorry to see you go, I once enjoyed you. I have been to this place several times. The food is always great! But we stopped in the other day. Someone screwed up! They literally forgot to make my order! My wife got her food right away. A group ate at Culver's Friday night 09/13/2024 6:38 PM. 4 had the fish (which was good). I'm the only one who had the dinner and ate coleslaw. I thought the dressing was different, but after a few bit I couldn't eat the rest. Back at the hotel about 30-40 minutes after eating I started vomiting. I had food poisoning and I vomited up ALL night. I mean all night long, no sleep. It has taken me a few days to feel good again. I was the only one that had coleslaw and the only one that got sick. Oh Culver's why had I never visited you?! We decided to stop in for an early dinner, and I loved it so much that I stopped in again the next day. My first visit we actually dined in. The cashier was super friendly and helpful when I informed him it was my first time. I ordered a single butter burger meal with mayo, onions, and cheese. My friend ordered chicken tenders, and my other friend had a chicken sandwich. My burger was great and the bread was delicious. My friends chicken tenders were crispy and the chicken wasn't dry. My other friend though, didn't like her chicken sandwich and said it lacked flavor. My second visit we skipped walking in and went thru the drive thru. I opted for a mushroom burger and my friend had a double bacon burger. The guy working the window though, was far from friendly and didn't provide the same customer service as the other employees did. He told me to park and wait for our food. We waited about 10 minutes and he brought us our food out. Again though, he wasn't in the mood. The mushroom burger was juicy but it did lack some flavor and I had to put salt on it. The cord though are delicious and we also tried out the cheese curds. These little things were yummy! I checked in on yelp on both occasions and it got myself a free single scoop of custard! Yummy! Every time I visit Culver's, they always try to butter me up. When I am hungry for a heavy meal with tons of flavor and all the extra calories, this is the place to be. I love the ice cream at Culvers. They call it frozen custard and it is good! I like how smooth and creamy it usually is. It far surpasses the usual soft serve ice cream I get at other places. For the frozen custard alone they are great. I don't usually like the flavor of the day so far. I think it detracts from the smooth and creamy custard. Also sometimes how it gets scooped out might get ice crystals in it which I don't like much. I am not a huge fan of the cheese curds as I think the batter has a strong flavor that reminds me of stuffing. Maybe it is rosemary but I am not sure what that flavor is. I have also thought it would be interesting to try their cheese curds with no coating or with a different flavor in the coating. The hamburger is okay. I think it does taste fresh but doesn't have much flavor. Their French fries are delicious and tends to keep their crispy outside even when not blazing hot. The fish was not too memorable but the side of broccoli had a strong broccoli flavor. I usually see their store super busy and the drive through is also packed. read more

It prob the best chicken sandwich of the fast food drive through places. The young folks that work here are happy And smiley, the place is always packed, the food is always fresh and not too greasy, and I never feel sick and bloated after eating at Culver's.
