Although they have the mom and pop touch, this location couldn't complete any of my requests. I received a "unable, can't do, no," for all simple requests. They don't have any Fry Sauce--- either the girl who took my order is new or they discontinued it. When they offered me a Southwest Chipotle Ranch sauce and Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Sauce. I took it, but after swiping my card, they then told me the sauces costed 75. Cents each? This made me have to swipe my card again. That's bull--- Are you crazy?!!! I also requested a Bonfire S'mores Sundae and saw on their screen that they have a Georgia Peach Sundae as their daily special. But the other Culver's Location in Westminster never denied to make me this Sundae. Why the hell does it have to be Georgia Peach? If they're enforcing this, why not just delete and forget all the other flavors they ever invented??? Why show all these flavors on their websites and deny making me a Sundae? The cheddar butter burger was perfect. It was juicy and the bun was toasted and soft! The butter burger kids meal was the perfect t size for our picky eater. The chicken salad was plain but fresh! I've changed my stance on this place YET AGAIN! This time because of poor management and service. I always try to be understanding of people in the fast food industry and the stress it puts on people, but the issue is, the food always (and I mean always) comes out wrong or cold! These issues and ongoing and I believe it's a result of management. Every manager except for Craig is rude and does not accommodate the customer! For example: I went through the drive-through and ordered a bowl of the broccoli cheese soup, now normally the issue I have with the soup is they don't fill it up enough, this time however, the soup was warm, but the broccoli was ice cold and the soup was really runny. I called the store to complain about this issue to a manager working at the time, Aaron. Aaron had explained to me that if I were to come back to the restaurant he would make sure that the next soup was fresh. My mother and I went back again and received this supposedly fresh soup from another crew member, NOT the manager. Does this manager care about customer service issues? Well, no. Let me continue: my mother tried the "fresh" soup and not to our surprise, it was exactly the same as the first, runny and cold. We had asked the crew member if we could please speak to the manager. Aaron then came to the front, we told him the issue and he was understanding at first, until we had claimed the soup was watery. He then all of a sudden became very defensive, saying that he made that soup fresh himself and that there's video evidence that he can show us to prove they don't put water in their soup. We weren't necessarily accusing them of watering down their soup, just thought it was runny. I then tried to explain to the manager that we had been asked by managers in the past to give them another chance, and that issues just keep arising (cold food, burnt food, or a half filled soup bowl, yep that happened once). He then replied to me in a very sarcastic tone, saying "well I'm sorry I can't meet YOUR expectations!" As we were about to leave, we told him we'd be contacting Craig, the store manager. He then replied with more attitude "You go ahead and do that!" We also told him he wasn't manager material, and that's when Aaron took it upon himself to call 911 and report us for trespassing! All because we complained about our food and he didn't do his duty as a manager? Yep pretty much. Moral of the story, avoid this Culver's location! I was here for lunch and the food was good and the staff was pleasant. The place was very busy that day, but they moved the line along really well. Also, they kept the table bussed and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, we had a good experience here and will most definitely be back in I am in this area of town. read more

Oh, geez. I had the mushroom Swiss burger....and haven't stopped thinking about it since! It was WONDERFUL. It was juicy, flavorful, had plenty of toppings and, to me, was a perfect burger. I'm in love! However, had the cheese curds, too and was very disappointed. The breading was too heavy and made the bread to cheese ratio really off. The cheese certainly was not the star of the dish. And, I'm not a huge ice cream/frozen custard fan but tasted that, too. Good but too pricey for me. I will be back to try another burger but will pass on the cheese curds and custard. read more

Just don't. If you don't go for the 1,200 calorie meals, don't go for the small portions for $8. If you don't go for that reason, don't go because you probably won't get your fries and then when you ask why not the 12 year old bringing out all the orders will demonstrate the "deer in headlights" look that's all the rage with any young person who is asked to be accountable. Let me preface this by saying that I don't eat fast food often. But I've been in enough to know it isn't rocket science - and Culver's makes it hard. The service here is courteous, but quite slow. The food here is of decent quality, but often not prepared to order. In my three visits, two of the orders have been wrong. I will say that the custard is excellent, and the fries are good. But the overall lack of value in the wafer-thin burgers that are misprepared more often than not push the rating down considerably. Jury's still out. Just opened so packed on a Sunday at 12:30pm. Got lucky on the last parking space in the lot. Chicken fingers for my son and a single deluxe for me (sandwich only). We shared his basket soft drink (Pepsi products) and spent a dollar more to upgrade to cheese curds. We also split a salted caramel cookie dough concrete. $16.60 tab. We got lucky again to find a table though I saw an employee who appeared to be on break taking up one? Food came to our table though missing our concrete. Manager apologized and delivered. My son liked the curds though I thought they reminded me of frozen cheese sticks. Not tangy or squeaky. I like A&W's better. Very excited to have Culver's move into the Parker area, but they are going to have to get their act together or I won't be going back. It took 40 minutes to get through the order line (indoors) and get our food. They appeared to be well staffed, so I can only assume they are just not operating efficiently. I am a burger lover, so I had a burger and fries. The onion rings are better than the fries. The burger is good, but not good enough to wait 40 minutes for. The dining room tables were not being bussed and wiped down, so even though there were tables available, limited ones I would sit at! I would have given the experience 1 or 2 stars only if the burger wasn't good and hot. Otherwise, not good, folks. read more

Well my first review is just on the frozen custard and that item only. We went to Culvers at night right after the rush to get some dessert. Huge mistake. I was not a fan of their "special of the day" "strawberry Bon Bon". Tasted like fake strawberry syrup with chocolate shavings. Could've gotten that at mcd for half the price. Very grainy and not smooth at all. Almost like they made it in advanced and decided to just put it in the freezer. Terrible. I threw it in the trash. I'm pretty sure I've never done that before. The food is just OK. Every time we have visited they only have ONE person running a register. There is always a line and it takes FOREVER! They don't seem to care because it has never improved. The employees don't seem to enjoy their job either. (Not friendly or happy) So between the mediocre food, slow and unhappy employees I would suggest : Try Freddie's right down the road, it's pretty much the same thing but the employees aren't unhappy and they're much faster. read more

Another pickup with incomplete orders. 2 Orders were both missing mashed potatoes/gravy and rolls. This Culvers location has had intermittent problems since they opened a few years. The manager Beth graciously offered me coupons to replace the dinners. She advised they were training new people for a new Castle Rock restaurant. I do not understand why corporate would choose the Parker location as they don't have it together for their own location, let alone train for new locations. Great food, but untrained personnel. This is not a new problem. It is a crapshoot when ordering through the drive thru/ pickup. If you really like "retro" burgers this place may be your jam. For me it just seemed like In N Out but not as good. The prices were decent and it seems the food is fresh made. It's in Parker and new so it was crammed with people on a Friday at 11:30. It's crazy that a place so mediocre had a 30 minute long line on a weekday, but it goes to show what a food desert the town is. The burgers are very good. I would say one of the best fast food burgers available. The other great thing is the variety of sides available. We were in the drive thru. It was a little bit of a confusing system if you had never been there before. You order your food, pay, and then pull forward with your number. Someone will then bring your food. Pretty easy to catch on. The problem that can arise though is that if you are stuck behind someone who's order is wrong or who's order is bigger and it takes longer, then you are kind of stuck. It's a little annoying but I expect it to get better as this is a very new location and I'm sure there are kinks to work out. All that being said, bottom line is if a good quality fresh burger is what you want, this is a good place to go. read more

Just had lunch here. The food was fantastic. We both head fried fish and shrimp. They substituted cheese curds instead of French fries. There cause that was very good. We only reason we gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is how filthy the restaurant was . We are greeted by a trash can that was overflowing at the front door and then we sat down at the table the floor all around us was very very filthy. DEEElightful little place. The drive-thru was packed, and the inside was packed, but it didn't stop us. From the street, you can tell this little place is a gem, so we decided to give it a shot. The wait in the drive-thru was a little longer than typical at other restaurants, but that didn't bother us as it was obvious the experience and the food would be better than the typical fast food place. EVERYthing was delicious by parent standards and kid standards. And the custard is the icing on the cake, as I'm a sucker for a good frozen custard place. I will admit, I liked Good Times frozen custard more, as what I purchased at Culver's was less of a flavored custard, and more of a mixed custard (kind of like DQ). But we'll go back and try and find their best custard again and again ;). I love that I'm seeing more of these go up around town, as they'll be more accessible to us. read more

I'd never heard of Culver's until they opened in Parker. It's one of my favorite fast food places now. I like the burgers a lot and they never have that weird, gross, tiny, tough stuff that some burgers have AND I tell the server what I do want or don't want and I get it. The drive-thru is a wait but if you know that beforehand, it's not that long of a wait. I love the Cod sandwich and crinkle fries. I ask for just the bread and fish and dump the fish on a plate with the fries and use my own malt vinegar. Best fish and chips in town and the Reuben is really good too. I'm not sure my place has the butterfly shrimp but I'm going to find out. :) If you frequent the LJS's in Parker, stop it. My daughters love the ice cream and cheese curds. First time at Culvers. Growing up in the pacific northwest this was extremely emblematic of burgerville. A local chain with friendly staff and a wide selection of food, from Burgers, to custard...to fish and chips! I ended up ordering the cod with fries and coleslaw. It's their "dinner" menu. I felt it was a bit overpriced for such a casual restaurant. The food came fast however and it was ok. Not entirely blown away but the batter was cooked right, crinkle cut fries were good and the coleslaw was average. Wouldn't go out of my way to come back but wasn't as bad as some of the reviewers are making this place out to be. read more
