I don't eat here very often but when I do I enjoy the food. The problem is out of the 4 times I've used the drive through I have had to come back and get the rest of my order that wasn't placed in the bag. Now me personally I love Culver's. I have been eating here since I was very young. The food is fantastically amazingly good. BUT, my GRANDPA, says that the hamburger patty's look like they've been run over by a truck going at a high rate of speed. He also says that you can read a newspaper through the patty's, they're so thin. And the order took like 20 minutes to come out and his burger and fries were cold. Also there were no napkins. Other than that I had a great time. I would rate it 5 stars but my grandpa wanted me to rate it -3 stars, yes negative 3. The place is super chill too, really calm and quiet. Literally went through the drive thru and orders 4 chicken tenders and a large unsweetened tea, it was quite packed but i got to the window and my tenders were not done. i was waiting by the window for my tenders to be done and i seen a group of three boys talking and having sm fun instead of making my damn chicken tenders AND there was also a group of three girls talking doing the same. literally everyone on the clock doing everything but their job, completely unbelievable. its 11/30/24 at 6:23pm the only guy who was working was a poc latino guy who looked in his teens who was bringing out the food. my chicken tenders arent even hot i hate you culvers. read more

Sorry, no pics because I was hungry!! My husband and I both got the double butter cheeseburger with bacon. We also ordered fries and cheese curds. I shared my burger with my daughter and it was enough for the both of us. Burgers are big and filling! Everything was fresh and made to order. Drive-thru was busy but moved quickly. Food is always freshly made and delivered quickly. Restaurant is clean and nicely stocked with all the essentials.

Food is consistently good. Service is as well. Restrooms however need some improvement. Tonight the ladies room was dirty but it could of just been bad timing, i understand that happens. If i could suggest one major improvement it would be to offer toilet seat covers. They're inexpensive and provides protection for the young and old. read more

First of all I want to think Andrew Zimmerman for recommending this place. I live in Arizona for A little over a year now. I'll always drive by the place and thought what is it is it good is it bad but just kept driving. But then I saw Andrew on hot wings and he said it's the best you've got to try it and I was in in and out fan. Any thrash them. Went on a Friday evening and the drive up window was backed up to the main driveway. It was our first time to Culver's and we were planning on going in anyway. There were 6 people in front of us the order taker did a very good job of expediting everyone through. We found a table and saw many people were all eating the same thing...Walleye fish and chips. We had ordered one grilled chicken meal and one spicy chicken meal. My wife always drinks plain tea - unsweetened. They were out, the counter person got her tea from the back. The two down sides were the wait and the tea supply. The food was hot and well prepared, but fairly normal for a fast food place. We did get the idea we wanted to come back and try the Walleye. We did the next week. Went inside because of another long drive up line, ordered immediately after entering the shop and waited while we watched the expediter at the window. He was spot on moving the food out and communicating with the servers. Double checking and requesting items to complete orders. He was impressive. Our walleye was still nicely hot when we arrived home the fries got a bit moist but all in all some of the best fish and chips we've ever had! read more

We go to Culver's on Ocotillo regularly. Really like their hamburgers and shakes. There has always been plenty of very friendly help which considering the are predominantly teenagers is unusual. I paid nearly $10 for this crap. I'm so disappointed with what I got. It was a super tiny piece of fish along with the cheese curds. Sure the cheese curds were alright, but not special enough or given enough to makeup for the price I paid. No sauce was given to me other than a lemon and malt vinegar. I was angry that I was told it came with tarter sauce and nothing showed up in the box I ordered or the box I ordered for my coworker. I also asked for ketchup and didn't receive that. Didn't even know there was a cheese sauce or whatever sauce comes with the cheese curds. The lady lied to me saying all the sauces I asked for was in the bag. I like Culvers however today my service wasn't great. It started out with me ordering my dinner and a sundae for dessert. I told the employee that I wanted my sundae after my dinner. I paid my bill and asked her if I just bring the receipt up for my sundae when I was ready. She responded that she canceled it because she didn't think I wanted it. I haven't a clue where she got that idea. After I ate I decided to sign up for their club. The app told me if I complete my profile I'd get a free scoop of custard. Finished the profile and guess what? That's right! No coupon for the custard. Nice way to get all my info for advertising. Finally, one thing I absolutely cannot stand is listening to employees trash talking a customer. The one employee was going on and on about a customer. I don't care if the customer asked the employee to stand on her head and spin. You simply don't talk trash about a customer in front of other customers. Completely inappropriate! I will think twice before returning. **Update: An hour after giving Culver's my info, I received an email with a BOGO coupon for a value basket. Still no free scoop of custard. Buyer beware!!! All of the staff here are SO FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT ITS CRAZY. I thought it was just a fluke but we've been back SIX times and they're ALL just as friendly and efficient every single time. The problem with this is that once you've been to this Culver's, you're going to expect OTHER restaurants to run just as well... and they don't! Not bad. Its a fast food place so what can I say. Prices for their combo meals aren't much different that going to any other fast food chain, so that's not an issue. Pro: Fries are really good, thick crinkle cut. I've had really good fish there also, not dried out like some have suggested. The Ice Cream is great. Cons: The burgers themselves are OK but really really greasy and the cheese slices on them tastes more like the old Govt cheese (back in the day). :( What stands out for me is the cleanliness of the place and friendly staff. The atmosphere is a lot nicer that say, sitting in Jack in the Crack. The owner (Chad) even walked up and chatted and was very friendly also. We decided to try this place out instead of making dinner tonight, we should have stayed home. After waiting 15 minutes for our order, when we finally get it, half the food was missing. When I went to the counter to tell them the issue, the cashier asked me to show her the food I received. As if I was lying about not getting my full order. I proceeded to pull each item out and open everything to show her I was telling the truth. After that, I obviously requested she now remake everything so we can all have a hot meal to eat when we get home. 15 minutes later........ food was still not ready! I approached the counter and asked for a full refund of my order so I can leave. (Wife and kids were already in the car waiting long enough). Then the manager has the nerve to try and stiff me for $10.00 of my $37.98 meal. He said we already received the milkshakes and sodas and he was going to charge me for those still. WHAT! I handed him my soda and told him I will go to the car and take to milkshakes from my children and return them as well. I would think as a manager, the correct thing to do would be to refund the money and comp the meal for the :30 minute inconvenience at a FAST food restaurant. I never asked him to do that, but maybe that would entice us to come back again and give them our business. This place was not even that busy when we went there on 7/1/18 at 5:45pm. Sounds like the management needs an upgrade or a class on customer service. I Guess this is one place my family, and anyone I can convince, will never visit again. What could have been a simple resolution turned into a great disappointment. Make sure you double check your order if you go through the drive through. I made that mistake and didn't find out I was missing items until I was home and sitting down for some well needed down time with my wife. Discovered the missing items and drove back to the restaurant to fix the problem and was met with resistance from the shift manager. He could have easily resolved the problem but instead insisted there was nothing he could do since I didn't bring the food with me as proof (as if that would actually prove anything). Ended up going home and eating cold fish and cold cheese curds with my wife an hour after getting the food. ...such a disappointing experience. read more
