My first trip to a Culver's location so I don't have a great deal of experience with the chain. I ordered a Deluxe Double, onion rings, and a soft drink. Total $9.23. Burger meat was tasty and nicely cooked, bun was toasted. Good start. Ordered extra onions; order entered as no onions. Lettuce, sauce, pickle, all much to bland. Onion rings seem to be made in-house, the batter was light and quite good. Onions had no flavor. All in all, just another OK place for a burger. read more

Culver's was a wonderful treat after a morning of errands. They have a wide variety on their menu with something for just about any taste! They will gently up sell you to the double, which is what is down on the menu board, and NOT really a down side at all!!! The quality of their products is excellent, so make sure to order a combo (basket) and just wait for the goodness to be delivered. Rather standard counter ordering, then prep your drink and find a place to sit. When the weather is agreeable, hit the patio... Unless it is bee season! (Nothing they can do about Mother Nature!) Place your number flag down and sit back. They have an attentive staff that will deliver your order promptly... Fries still hot (not just heat lamp hot). The staff checks back regularly but not obnoxiously! I'm sorry to say I didn't try the smoothies, but I've heard nothing but good things about them. They put this butter stuff on the bun even though I asked them not to. It is a dairy product that at room temperature (it's melted and brushed on) begins to grow bacteria w/o refrigeration in about 20 min. and of course they keep using it. After about 45 min. it's loaded with bacteria and for those of us with a sensitive stomach and there are many your stomach will be upset for hours. If U have a cast iron stomach you can tolerate it but it's not good for you. Why??? Ruins a perfectly good burger , probably good reason why no one else does that. Then they gave me free some custard stuff that tasted full of artificial ingredients , it was awful only ate 3 bites. Guess they never heard of Ice Cream. I was nauseated for about 5 hours. On my very first drive thru experience I was impressed. Everything correct in the order and food tasted great! I will definitely be back. Excellent, fast service. Delicious food everytime. The restaurant is always clean. Employees are very polite and helpful. And, of course, the frozen custard is the best part! Culver's is always fast and the customer service is always over the top. The restaurant is clean and the food is just delicious! I recommend this restaurant for all your different desires. The frozen custard is divine! I recommend the fish dinner. I ordered the two piece dinner and when it arrived to my table, I was told they had given me a three piece dinner instead. This IS ONE OF THE BEST fast food/dine in restaurants. Their custards is SO GOOD! I wish that they added the strawberry ice cream to the daily ice cream. They have an amazing staff- they are so kind and friendly. The only bad thing that I don't like about Culver's is that they got rid of their strawberry soda. It would be amazing if they got it back at the soda fountain! Their restaurant is also prefect if you want a fast food or if it is just a family outing. Had the pleasure of a first-time visit recently. The burger was good, but not amazing, but the ice cream was the standout here. If you do the online survey you get a free sundae next visit. The counter staff was patient and helpful. The employees were very clean and well-groomed. The prep areas were spotless. The dining areas were very clean considering it was dinner hour. I've been here quite a few times and had people of all ages help me, teenagers all the way to people in their 70s. Today was the first day that I had called ahead of time and had ordered my food. Everything that I had ordered was there. I had asked for extra limojs for the fish and was surprised to see that there was 6 lemons. I thought I would get about for and that's it. I can't, for the life of me, understand the hype for this place. If you like extremely thin, extremely greasy burgers with zero seasoning, this is the place I'd recommend. Every burger I've tried here is just bland and dripping with grease. I love a good greasy burger as much as the next guy, but only if it actually tastes like something worth eating. 1 star for the custard, which is actually pretty good, and 1 star for the service, which is friendlier than most here in SV. Culver's is one of those places that is ALWAYS busy, but that being said I have never had a negative experience, their staff is extremely welcoming and do their best even when they are under a lot of pressure from having a lot of customers. I go by there pretty frequently to get the flavor of the day and have always had a pleasant, fast experience both in the drive through and going in to the counter. I primarily am giving five stars for their incredibly kind and driven staff members! If it weren't for their staff this would likely still be a four star review, because who doesn't love their custard?! read more

I was not disappointed with the taste. We did a carry out and it seemed as hectic inside as it was at the drive thru. The burgers were good, the crinkle cut fries tasty as well as the cheese curds.
