We love our Culver's here in SV. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Restaurant is always clean. Prices are reasonable and they have coupons available too. Food is so good! We especially love the burgers, the cod, and, of course, the frozen custard is outstanding!! We are regulars at our Culver's and highly recommend it. read more

I don't know what it is about Culver's but it feels like a fast food place that wants to be a restaurant, or the other way around. To me, at least, this is just odd. The food is average - on par with the rest of the fast food joints. But, it looks a little less like a joint with an eating area separate from the order area. And, they bring your food out to you, as I recall. Maybe after I get used to it, I will like it better. When I went with a group, the place was crawling with kids, and its was loud of course. And, it seemed cramped, small. They push the ice cream, which in my book was kind of disappointing. Dairy Queen has better. I'd go 2.5 stars if this app would allow it. I would go back, but not unless someone else wanted to go as their choice. read more

I love Culver's. In my opinion they excel at customer service, cleanliness, and quality of food. My wife is addicted to the frozen custard, but my vice is the cheese curds and burgers. Everything is made fresh, so I have no problem waiting the less than 5 minutes it ever takes them. I only wish they were a tad easier on the wallet. read more

What a pleasant experience it is to go to Culvers in Sierra Vista AZ. Food is excellent. But the service is what I want to review. We thanked two different young employees for service and both answered "It's my pleasure" rather than the tiresome "No problem." Undoubtedly they had been trained and what a positive, rather than negative, response and they will take that good training with them into their future. Culvers is our favorite place to eat in Sierra Vista. Try the tenderloin sandwich. We're Iowa natives and the tenderloin is exactly what we were looking for. read more

I went to Culver's and their food was awful... the hamburger had no tasted like nothing . Also the ice cream didn't taste like ice cream no flavor at all... unless you had toppings... like fudge, Carmel and what not... we have not been back... husband wants to try it again I say go ahead but I'm not ordering anything..... read more

Best burgers in the county really. Friendliest staff anywhere. Best ice cream anywhere. The low score reviews boggled me.

Cheese curds are great. We love taking the dog for a walk to Culver's. They have been really friendly every time and give the pups a little doggie treat/custard. Highly recommend, it's nice these days to go to a place where every one is smiling and friendly. read more

I ate here recently and ordered chopped steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Also ordered a small thing of custard. My first complaint is that custard is made of eggs, and this tastes just like normal ice cream, no special properties. Secondly, the menu was so complicated I had to ask the cashier for help and she barely knew either. She also wasn't exactly friendly but I'll let that go. Also, the chopped steak is just ground beef smushed down to form a patty and covered in gravy and mushrooms. Perhaps that's what chopped STEAK is to them but I hoped for more. Lastly, the mashed potatoes were chewy. They were gross. I wouldn't eat them. Customer service would be better at Wendy's , as well as the food. read more

I feel its always hard to rate a single chain based restaurant, because they supposed to be the same everywhere and mostly they are. This culvers diner is clean, makes the food you expect and meets the quality of the chain requirements. If you ask me to rate the culvers chain I would say somewhere 4 and 5 stars, because they are a notch above every other national chain. read more

I am SO annoyed. I HATE this Culver's. I live all the way on base and my husband and I normally go through the drive through then bring our food home. EVERYTIME they got my order wrong. 3 times in a row. I am allergic to tomatoes so I specifically ask for no and they ALWAYS put it on and other food that I don't ask for like onions and pickles. I'm never going back - not like I expect much from a fast food chain but you can't seriously get my order right 1 time? read more

We've been going to this Culver's since it opened however I have waited to write my review to see if they stayed consistent is their excellent service & delicious food. We've enjoyed Culver's at various times ie: early lunch, dinner time, treat ourselves to dessert later in the evening. Each time, the staff was VERY nice, took our order without errors & brought our food promptly. The parking lot, drive thru, patio & inside restaurant are clean. The condiment & soda areas are stocked & clean. To date, I have been under impressed by every Sierra Vista restaurant or business except for Culver's. Other restaurants & stores in SV could all take a lesson in service & quality from them. Culver's is doing it right. Thank you :) read more

Always friendly. Frozen custard is amazing. Butter burgers are a bit greasy if you have a sensitive stomach. Chicken strips were ok. I'll stick to dessert. read more
