Fabian can promptly at 3pm and looked at my system and showed me what was wrong - I had a blown surge protector and that was why my HVAC wasnt blowing cold air. Absolut Airflow had quoted me the day before and their technician told me I needed a brand new furnace AND air conditioning unit!!!!! Fabian was honest and very knowledgeable and he saved me $20,000!!!! He is the best!!! If you want an honest technician, request for Fabian from Southwest HVAC!!!!

He went the extra mile to make sure I was very well taken care of. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the details of the car shampoo the spray on wax, the clay sponge window cleaner, and a microfiber cloths . it was very helpful and helping me pick out the top-of-the-line products that they carry. I was very impressed of all the foot traffic coming and going specially from auto detailers who are filling up their tanks to a few people coming in to purchase products off the shelf definitely gonna be trying out the new products today. The first call was disconnected by the person who answered. A subsequent call was not answered, and I ultimately reached the store from another number and was told the item was in stock. When I arrived, a different employee assisted me and completed the sale. During checkout, the employee opened the product box without my request while responding to a product-related question. The question could have been answered without opening the packaging. The item was not needed and remained unused. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that the store does not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase and is not stated on the receipt. Under California consumer expectations, material terms such as a no-return policy should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase so customers can make informed decisions...especially when packaging is opened by store staff. Posting this so other customers are aware of the store's policies before purchasing. Alberto evaluated our current unit and intake vent and provided a proposal that was very competitive. We really appreciated his no-pressure approach. He clearly explained everything that was going to happen and didn't try to upsell us or push any gimmicks (unlike some other people we spoke with). Communication was excellent. He was always quick to respond to our questions and kept us in the loop about our order status and installation date. Before he left, he went over the maintenance requirements so we know how to keep everything running smoothly. Everything is working great so far. We've used Downey before for plumbing problems and have always been pleased. This is our first time using them for HVAC as well and we're very happy with the experience.
