Firstly, I have an emotional support animal, hats off to the Managment for allowing my dog after the paperwork was shown, and knowing what exactly the deal is . Now on to the food. Very tasty all around, with the sauces and the proteins. However they'd have gotten 5 stars for a little more proteins . Still prices were not bad at all. Didn't read the reviews here closely enough. I love Korean food and this is not it. Granted they do give a disclaimer on their website that it's the "spirit" of Korean food, whatever that may mean. But also another warning I should have taken was that they don't have locations in LA or NYC, but instead in Idaho and Utah, of places. To get down to the food however, the main problem here is the mayo. Totally not necessary and I would love to see the chain locations here switch to gochujang! So much more delicious. The meats were good, rice can be hard to mess up and thankfully it was good. The mandoo were good but the mandoo sauce is too salty, if there's less salt it would improve! Not a fan of unfermented cabbage add on to the bowl. Something like bean sprouts would have made it more tasty. The noodles are unflavored; I thought it would've been like japchae. In an emergency, I prefer to opt for a pricier bibimbap from Sizzle next door instead! read more

I got the combo so I could try the spicy pork and spicy fried chicken. I got it at a 7.5 heat level. The pork and fried chicken were delicious. The rice was well cooked. The cabbage was good. The noodles were a little off. The noodles were a bit sweeter than I was expecting and I would have liked for them to have sesame oil on them. All in all, it was a good meal. We loved our meals! We ordered two combos (one with beef and pork and one with beef and ugly bop) and a mandoo bowl. We had 3, 5 and 7 spice levels. I had the 7 and found it had the perfect kick. I also had a side of kimchi and it really elevated the meal IMO. We will be ordering again for sure. read more

From the pictures and advertisement, the food looks really good. I went here the Saturday after their Friday grand opening. It was 6pm and it wasn't busy. I had gotten the combo bop, bulgogi beef and the Korean fried chicken. The pre-made food was sitting in food warmers and it almost seemed like they were grabbing the bottom of the barrel meats to make our bowl. The food was served lukewarm, it was okay. Me and my boyfriend thought the food tasted good (a little too much mayo tho) but we felt extremely sick around 3 hours after. we ordered the piggy bop. I'm not really sure what was wrong with it but im guessing expired ingredients because i get korean bbq all the time and i've never had a problem. the workers also had a bad attitude and seemed to make fun of customers.
