I also thought that the turkey breast was a good item to neutralize the strong taste that came from some of the meat, such as the pork belly burnt ends, which were both sweet and salty. The sausage pieces were also great in providing a layer of flavor distinct from the other kinds of meat. The pork spare ribs were generous in size, although I thought the sauce could be a bit less sweet. Overall, very solid barbeque meat and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone that visits the Phoenix area.

Our server did a magnificent job tending to our drinks, appetizer, and food orders -- despite being very busy (the place was packed! -- and seemed like she was in constant motion.
