I visited this Cupbop today and had a pretty good experience. I planned on eating my Cupbop in the restaurant, but their air conditioning was out, so that was not happening. I ordered the Cupbop with Rock chicken and Mandoo. I chose level two for my spice. It took me about 20 minutes to get home from the restaurant and to get ready to eat the meal. Despite the journey home, the food was still somewhat warm which impressed me. It tasted great as well and was full of flavor and toppings. I can't get enough of Cupbop!

Been going here a long time, but lately things seem to have changed. Always running out of chicken and now they fill your bowls with more rice and cabbage with less chicken and noodles. And this time they even forgot the yummy sauce. They seem to be seriously shorthanded and harried as well!!!

Tried veggie cupbop with a choice of tofu and veggies. It comes with rice, noodles and their sauce. I went with their standard 7.5 heat sauce and it's the main star of the meal. Delicious sweet spicy and salty sauce. Uber Eats have BOGO which makes it even better. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Inside ambiance isn't great but it's in desert ridge mall. So you can eat outside with great lively atmosphere.

Cupbop is always so delicious. Every bowl comes with sweet potato glass noodles, cabbage, and rice. I always appreciate a place that allows you to control and pick your sweet and spicy levels, something that is definitely amazing and unique at Cupbop. Service is always ok, but the delicious meal makes for the best experience! I always get it to go, which allows me to enjoy my meal for multiple days!

Kai at the counter was such a sweetheart. So warm, friendly and helpful! It was my first time here and he let me canoe a few proteins so I could make the best choice. I ended up going with the potato noodles and love them with a side of soy sauce! For me the people truly make the experience and Kai made this a 5 star quick stop!

Service was so friendly. The only downside was that the floors were super sticky. Everything else looked pretty clean. I got the "family pack" so we could try a few different items. The fried mandoo was good. It tasted pretty similar to bibigo dumplings, but they definitely weren't terrible. The fried tofu "doochi bop" didn't have a lot of flavor, but let's be honest, fried tofu rarely has a lot of flavor, it mostly picks up whatever sauce you have with it. The Korean beef "B Bop" was definitely good, 10/10 would have that again. It was nicely seasoned and tender, as bulgogi should be. The Korean fried chicken "ugly bop" was pretty good. I didn't love the batter, but it was decent. The Korean bbq chicken "kko kko bop" had a nice flavor, it wasn't overly salty and had a good marinade. I like how the sweet potato noodles are included. I love sweet potato noods. So good. You can get different spice levels. I went with 5 since I'd never been there, except I went with a 6 on the doochi. The lady there said that she noticed a lot of people up the spice with the doochi. Would I come here again? Definitely. Just not super soon since it's not that close to me, maybe to a different location since other locations are closer.

Meh at best. Long wait for fast food. Food was bland mix of sweet and spicy. Panda Express would be a step up.

I had the brisket and pulled pork plate (I also wanted to try the ribs and sausage, but they were already sold out!). That gives you an idea of how popular they are. Great service as soon as you enter. The young staff were super nice and polite...great job by them. The indoor space (with cold AC to fight the Arizona heat) is small but clean and comfortable. They also have outdoor seating with fans and mist to cool you off. I took my order back to the hotel. Let me tell you, the food is phenomenal. That brisket was so moist and perfectly seasoned...gosh it was so good! The pulled pork was fantastic as well. The potato salad was great and definitely made on-site, not from a bag. The beans were really good too. I was really impressed with their offerings and will definitely go back on my next trip to Arizona.

Had a good score (4.7) so we decided to give it a shot Nice place inside. Decorated with veterans in mind. Has a similar setup to Rudy's where you order/pay up front and they call you up when it's ready. Was kind of worried because the place didn't smell like bbq. Ordered the turkey and jalapeno sausage with a side of bbq beans. Has a selection of six different bbq sauces at the table. I wasn't too impressed with any of them. There is a mustard sauce up by the drinks that was pretty tasty tho. The turkey was dry. The sausage had decent spices but the skin was a little tough. Neither had a bbq/smoky taste. The beans tasted like canned pork and beans with sugar and bits of brisket added. All and all I wasn't too impressed and probably won't be back. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was hoping it would be better

Such a friendly and attentive young woman. We enjoyed chatting with her. Excellent bartender with great recommendations. I took her advice, and had the Prickly Pear Mule. Good flavor, and different than the ordinary mule. My husband had Makers Mark neat & a Dos Equis with a very cold glass. We moved to a booth, and ordered the smoked wings as an appetizer. They were outstanding! Served with carrots, celery, and 3 sauces on the side...buffalo, ranch, and bbq. It was such a generous serving , but we were determined to finish them. Next, we each ordered the 2 meat platter. I had St. Louis ribs with brisket, Mac and cheese, and the bbq beans. My husband ordered the baby back ribs, brisket, bbq beans, and pecan Cole slaw. We were both served a piece of cornbread which was so good. I also had a smoked Old Fashioned. The presentation was very well done! Finally, to top it off, Audrey brought a piece of chocolate with ice cream for my husband's birthday! The food was spectacular, and made us determined to return, possibly the next day for the fried fish! It's actually a 1 1/2 hour drive to get there, but well worth it! Renny, the manager, stopped by our table twice to make sure we were happy with everything. If you're a fan of bbq, check out BobbyQ! You won't be disappointed!!

We were recently in Phoenix and I knew we decided to stop by. I was just hoping and praying that Frasher's would not disappoint this homesick girl. We were greeted warmly as soon as we came in. Andrea was our server and she was attentive, kind and answered all of our questions about the menu. Moreover, she's a St Louis native so she knew her stuff. I ordered toasted ravioli (beef), a St Louis salad, and a cheese pizza with Provel. The t-ravs were spot on and the sauce was delicious. The salad was good and the pizza was pretty darn close to Imo's style. My heart was happy. My husband ordered the brisket and burnt ends and really enjoyed them. I will definitely be returning to Frasher's when I am in Phoenix but, to be honest, this restaurant deserves a little day trip from Tucson every now and then for a taste of home. The concept is simple: order your meat by the pound, pick your sides, grab a dessert, and snag a beer, specialty soda, or fountain drink on your way to the register. The dining room is basically a redneck cafeteria, and I mean that as a compliment. Long community tables, no table service, and everything is self-serve. Honestly, I prefer it that way. I can grab as much white bread as I want, refill my own drink, never have to flag someone down for napkins, and I've had some great conversations with other patrons. The brisket is consistently good, and I always order it moist. The jalapeño cheddar sausage is another favorite, but the baked beans deserve their own mention. They're loaded with bits of shredded pork that add both texture and smoky flavor, making them one of the better barbecue sides around. Rudy's is one of those chains that doesn't feel like a chain.
