I wouldn't buy in this store, I bought a bed and when I went to pick it up they just gave me a part of the bed and they told me it was all what I bought, I had my receive, and show it to them and still told me it was all, and a week after they called and asked me why I didn't take all the bed when they didn't want to give to me, honestly the service is really bad , they made made the mistake and they didn't want to delivery it, when I went to the store the manager were really rude and didn't help me he just gave me a number to call if I want to return everything and he wanted I take everything to the store and I had already paid picked it up and now I have to paid for return, they think I have time and money to waste.... read more

I went for the first time and purchased a mattress, when we received the mattress 2 WEEKS LATER the mattress was NOT what we felt at the store. the material was SUPER HOT and we literally sank in the mattress, I'm calling now to just exchange for another one and I'm being told I have to pay 159$ just to exchange. this is ridiculous. we had an easy time finding a fridge for our needs that was not the issue. what was the issue was a worker named Reyna Portillo. we had a lovely worker named Veronica helping us but Reyna kept butting in and interrupting Veronica. we had denied the warranty on our fridge but Reyna yet again interrupted and insisted on us getting warranty in a very downgrading way. we again denied. the worst part was my niece was watching my son in his stroller, as my husband was purchasing the fridge at the desk, Reyna walked over to the stroller to say how cute of a baby we had. no problem, a few minutes later as my niece takes him out the stroller she comes over and grabs the baby from my niece. we don't let strangers touch or hold our baby so as my husband is at the desk, he says "no" but she continues to get him. my niece is innocent and didn't know not to hand him off but the lady was already grabbing him before she could get a chance to look over and see us saying no. to me thats extremely unprofessional. just because you see a cute baby doesn't mean you're going to grab him and pick him up. I took him immediately from her and she walked away. she needs to understand boundaries. probably not going to go there again. read more

I love the curacao... Pros they have so much to offer and you will have a hard time to say no to something. They have a full staff that works around all your needs. So regardless of which department you are in you will have an associate who is trained in that department to assist you. Their are so many helpful and friendly people ready to help you find what you need. Cons well their had to be one and it's not that bad but the parking is crazy always packed but why wouldn't it be when you have a great big huge store like this one with two floors of everything. I don't really mind knowing the parking is bad it's worth it. Out of all the the curacao that I have been too this by far is the best location in south gate it's bigger then most with lots of helpful staff. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS HERE!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! After purchasing a laptop at this specific location, I started having malfunctioning issues with it. I reached to the manufacturer (HP) and they were able to fix it, yet the computer still had more manufacture issues after I got it back. I requested a refund and it was approved by HP Customer Service Management. However, CURACAO's customer service is the worse. Many customer service representatives hung up on me. I was finally able to get a hold of CURACAO's management and they requested proof of the approval from HP and I provided it. After getting this two approvals, I went to the Curacao store located in South Gate and the manager (Isaura Garcia) said I needed to contact the warranty. I did so and I got the approval from their side too. I contact back the store manager and she told me that now it was up to CURACAO's corporate (Who I had already talked to), but she still redirected me to the warranty for them to "have records". The warranty customer service said this had nothing to do with themand there was no reason for me to contact them, but the right thing to do was to provided a refund. I'm a store manager at another company and this shouldn't be the way management handles customer specially when a defective product has been sold by the store. After this whole chaos, they told me I needed to wait 3 days, it's been more than 6 days and I haven't gotten any response but excuses. I MADE THIS SAME COMMENT ON THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE AND THEY DELETED IT. read more

I have been nothing but patient and have been hung up on a million times and tried to work with everyone I spoke with. Not only have I not received an answer but I cannot get a manager on the phone. I tracked my package and at first it said my package was lost and then it said it was damaged. All I want is a refund at this point but it is impossible. I got a laptop at this store. The laptop was about $1200 + tax. When I was about to pay for the cpu. The guy that was helping me out told me that there was an extra cost of 120 to get windows to run on the laptop. That He needs to put a CD and a few cods to make the computer run. I told him really? I never heard of such a thing . He insisted that if I don't pay the 120 and I take the computer home that it was going to show blank screen. And at every store you buy computer now you have to pay 120 to get the program installed correctly. I told him why are you trying to rip people off! could you imagine how many people you have Ripped off with lies.
