THEN that's when CNX sent me a text saying they had to cancel my trip. Not one message or peep from them until I am at the car and my trip is about to start. After inspecting the Hummer it was obvious it was not a sudden issue. SUV was covered in pollen and dirt and owners personal belongings, gum, water bottles and keys were in plain site. It's obvious he lied to Turo that it was a mechanical issue in order to cancel it. Wasted my time and uber to and from the vehicle when he could have given me much more notice. It's obvious they have done this sort of cancellation before and know that Turo won't allow the customer to leave a bad review because the trip never happened. Precisely why they have a 4.9 on Turo and much worse on here. Stay clear of this shady company.

Total scam. These guys are open seven days a week with normal business hours and you can drop it off anytime. Super friendly and easy to work with. My car was definitely used and it wasn't the newest model of anything but you know what? It worked just fine.
