But as soon as I got home, my phone started turning on and off constantly--I couldn't even unlock it. Later, I found out the motherboard had been damaged during the repair. What made it worse was learning this was their first time attempting a back glass repair. They clearly weren't experienced, and the parts they used weren't Apple-certified (confirmed by an Apple technician I spoke with). And this isn't the first time this repair shop has broken another peoples phone. Because the phone was stuck in a boot loop, I couldn't recover anything from it and had no choice but to replace it entirely. After a lot of back-and-forth, the owner did eventually give me a full refund--but that doesn't make up for losing my phone and data. I will NOT be returning to iRepair Crack Mobile, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are not Apple-certified, and from my experience, they lack the proper qualifications for repairs like this.

Will definitely understands the importance of great customer service! I dropped my phone in water and didn't want to spend $600+ on a new phone. I called about 10 local repair shops and this place was by far the most helpful and would look at the phone for free. He opened it up and showed me the damaged and fried parts that were not repairable but gave me a great deal on a refurbished phone with a warranty. His prices are better then Craigslist and he stands behind his products and service. Don't waist your time going anywhere else. Wow! Great service, pricing, and honesty. I came from AT&T and I was told I had gone past my Apple Care and have no insurance. $650 was my only choice! At Custom iPhone, they diagnosed the problem and replace the battery in 15 minutes for $39. Sweet! My daughters iPhone 6S has a cracked screen and rear camera. She is coming in this week. Will and Lorne took care of me again. I had a battery problem and a camera spot. It was done in one hour along with a screen protector. They are the best resource in the South Bay by far. Came in to Custom Iphones & Repairs and got my iphone5 repaired at very reasonable price. It only took 20 mins wow! went next door to the burger place and when I came back he was done. I went here to get my black iPod 4th Generation fixed because I had dropped it in the morning when I was heading to work today. The WHOLE screen was cracked and messed up! I decided to go with a white one, just to change things up. It took about 20 minutes to get it changed. My "Home" button was also fixed. I was completely satisfied! They are super quick and reliable! I've done screens, battery replacements and screen protectors (they get it straight every time!)! Prices are better than anywhere else that I've checked (don't go the one in Del Amo mall by the food court--their prices reflect the cost of having a kiosk in a mall!)! The store was closed, but Clayton, the owner opened his doors to fix my broken iPhone6 phone. He went out of his way to not only service myself, but three other customers.
