I cracked my iPhone 6 screen during a glacier hike in Alaska. The home button was literally hanging and flopping around. I brought my phone in when I got back to Redondo Beach around 5:45pm and I just left the store at 6:15pm. Pretty nice quick install less than 1hr n the glass screen is a must get!! The screen is clean n has warranty as well! The place is in the corner with plenty of space too park also a liquor store too get something for the wait, the screen replacement itself was 1 hour long I added the glass screen protector which was given for $10 that's a steal the glass screen protector is like a added screen and it barely feels like it's on your iphone I'm most def coming back when I get my iphone 6! read more

I did a lot of shopping around for a great repair shop that specializes in iPhones. What I found were a bunch of places that had little selection, jacked up prices, and "know it all" technicians who were disrespectful to the average customer. Thank god for CI&R! This is the place to go for iPhone, iPad, iPod, and other device repairs. They specialize in apple devices so they have an amazing selection of colors, patterns, and different ways to customize your iDevice. Their prices are very competitively priced as well. I was quoted $120 to fix my phone at other repair shops so I was amazed to hear what this place was charging. I went in to have my vibrate switch fixed and the owner, Lorne quoted me a price that was considerably lower than other shops. He also did the repair in front of me so I knew there was no funny business. He realized that it was a simple repair and gave me a discount on the already low price! Most places would still charge the normal price after doin the repair in a back office and pretending it was just another normal 1 hour repair. I was in and out within 15 minutes, but I didn't want to leave! I ended up checking out a lot of their cases and accessories and was surprised to see that a lo of items were cheaper than thigs I've found on eBay and amazon! Lorne spoke to me like a normal person which I loved. He seems to have been in the business for a while and rely knows what he is doing. This place has the best price in town. And they're really good. My screen had cracks all over my iPhone 6 screen. Other places were charging over $100 and it wasn't going to be worth it because my carrier was charging me about the same to change my phone. They fixed my phone within 40 minutes as they stated. Looked at it for free. Luckily only the button was stuck and they fixed it for $39 plus $10 off for showing them the yelp offer. I've only had my phone fixed one other place in Orange and was very unsatisfied with THAT place. This place had nice kids. Completely satisfied. I think most cell phone repair places are less than reputable so I think a five is justified here. Plus was able to get a foot massage next door while I waited, also with a yelp deal :p read more

I wish I had before and after pictures for this review. My iPhone 6s was about as bad as it gets. Completely shattered screen, pieces missing, bent in the middle and the screen looked like ink exploded inside. I genuinely didn't think this phone was fixable. I met the owner, Will who assured me that my phone was fixable. So I took my phone to him with apprehension thinking that he didn't know how bad It was when he assured me it was fixable. But sure enough, not only was It fixable, he fixed it in 45 minutes and it looks like a brand new phone.
