This is the absolute best iPhone repair shop out there. Don't waste your time with the Apple Store. These guys know their stuff. They are reasonably priced, trustworthy, and very efficient with their time! I have had both my LED screen and glass repaired here, multiple times. For example, I just dropped my phone off for a screen repair and picked it up about 2 hours ago. Well getting out of the car on the way home, I of course dropped it again before I had a chance to put a case on it. So I will be back probably tomorrow. Saturday afternoon my iPhone 6 decided to dive face first onto my husband's barbell, bounce off and land on the concrete floor of our garage. You can guess why I am now writing this review. After the initial wave of horror and sadness upon picking my phone up off the floor, I resigned myself to having to live with a spiderwebbed screen of shattered glass for the foreseeable future. Thankfully, my resourceful brother stepped in with a quick search on Yelp and found this shop nearby. With high ratings and a detailed listing of services and prices, I decided to give Custom a try on my way to run errands that same afternoon. I walked in the door and was greeted by a friendly technician who looked like he was knee deep in various stages of repair on phones and tablets. He took one look at my phone and gave me an estimate of about 30 minutes for a screen replacement - $65 for an original Apple screen and $55 for an aftermarket brand. I left the phone in his care and set off for the grocery store. By the time I returned, the phone was good as new and the screen in pristine condition. The seams looked perfect. I had literally cracked my phone screen and gotten it fixed, all within the span of little more than 2 hours. With the Yelp 10% off check-in offer, this was a very reasonable price to pay for such prompt and professional service. The guy there was grumpy and said it will take 2 hours, and even added that he can't say for sure it will be ready. So then I stopped by this other place bc it was near but that guy wasn't even there - just gone - will be back in an hour he said on the phone. So, then I went with my original choice, THIS PLACE, even though it was a little farther. The shop owner was very responsive on Yelp to my questions and offered competitive pricing. My iPhone 4 has been dropped countless times over the past ~4 years, but never shattered. Two days ago my daughter dropped it and the screen shattered. It had loose glass shards, but still worked. Honest, trustworthy guys over here. Loren and Will know their shit. I dropped off my iPhone because it was glitchy and the screen was acting weird. Right away Loren knew it was the screen that was faulty. I grabbed lunch next door while he worked on it. He came and got me when he was done and explained that he put 2 brand new screens on the phone and it was still acting weird. Explaining that it was probably the mother board and that I needed a new phone. I asked him how much for what he had done, his time. He said he wasn't going to charge me. I gave him $10 anyways (all I had in me wallet) I left bummed that I would have to purchase a new phone. A few hours later Loren calls and tells me that apple has a known issue with their phones and is replacing them for free and advised that I take it in and see if my issue is the same and covered. Lifesavers! My iPhone got wet and would not charge and the good folks at the Genius Bar said the charge port was corroded and that it couldn't be repaired. Rather than pay $300 for a new phone, I called Custom iPhone. Not only could it be repaired, they had the part in stock and would need about an hour to fix it. 55 minutes later, my phone was good as new at a fraction of the cost. I got there about 20 minutes till closing & asked the very nice Technician if it could be fixed today & he said would do it before closing. He was polite as well as professional & knew what he was doing. He started working on it right away & within 15 minutes I got my phone back & he had a few minutes to spare before he needed to close the store. Thank you for resetting my iPhone 7+ today. I had dropped it and it quit working despite the fact that the screen/glass didn't break. I tried resetting it myself, even had my 17 year old son try to get it working again, no go.. Apparently I was using the iPhone 6 method of resetting, oops! I didn't catch the employee's name at the counter but he was very polite to a customer who walked in asking loudly if his phone was fix yet. I came to this shop after I had dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen. When they opened the phone to change the screen, they found that the battery was also warped and advised me to change the battery. All parts used were original manufacturer parts and because I had multiple repairs done at the same time, they were able to give us a good deal on the repair. Once I brought the phone home, I realized there was a defect with the screen (it appeared black when I looked at it with polarized sunglasses) so I brought the phone back and they were able to confirm the issue and fix the screen at no cost in about 30 mins!
