Every time we've ever taken a phone in, it has been repaired that same day. But my most recent experience is what prompts me to review. My phone was shattered last week, I took it in and they had it fixed within a day. But a few days later, my screen went black and I couldn't revive it. My iPhone screen shattered last night, so I walked in without an appointment today expecting for them to say it will take a couple of hours to repair or that I would have to leave overnight, but they had it repaired for me in 15 minutes! The two owners working there are so friendly and enjoyable to be around. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with a broken phone! Cracked my screen just hours of going out of state on vacation. Owner super friendly and helpful. He hooked me up within 45 minutes, as he was super busy. I broke my phone this morning getting into my truck after surfing! My screen was completely cracked in every direction. Great, now I have to spend hundreds to get the screen fixed. Well, on my way home I noticed the shop and I see that they've just opened. I decide to stop by and see if they could help me out with my phone. They had tons of screen and back piece colors to choose from for my iphone 4s. I got an awesome blue screen and decided to throw a green back piece on. They also have a very good selection of protective cases. In less than 30 minutes my phone was repaired and I now have a brand new iphone that I customized to my liking! It was over $50 cheaper than what I was expecting to pay so that made this experience that much better. I will definitely be back to get a case for myself and my mother. My daughter dropped her 1 month old iphone 5s and shattered the screen. We had insurance on it but it costs $199 to have it repaired through ATT. I checked yelp and saw all the positive reviews and low cost, so I sent her to Custom iphone. They fixed her phone at a great price and within an hour and she was good to go. Two days later her phone cracked straight across the middle. Turns out the frame of the phone was bent from the drop causing it to crack.. We returned to Custom, who told us it would probably crack again if they replaced it since it is bent. And then they returned the cost of the glass to us! So I guess it's off to ATT again to have the phone replaced. But I just wanted to say AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME customer service from Custom iphone & repair! I am critical and rarely write reviews...so take this review accordingly. My iPhone 5 speaker stopped working. I called ahead, spoke to Loren, who quotes me the same price listed on Yelp. Few places list pricing online. I immediately drive over and receive a confirmed analysis of the problem...replace speaker. I cracked my iPhone for the first time about a year ago. Then I found Custom iPhones and Repairs just around the corner from my house. So I went over to see if my phone was fixable. I met the owner and another worker there. They both were very nice and helpful and gave me great service. I was surprised when I saw the wide variety of colors and styles of iPhone front screens. I was able to pick my favorite color and get it replaced within the hour. They were also nice enough to put on a screen protector on my cell phone for me. And all this for an affordable price! So now everytime my phone is having problems I know exactly where to go. Since the first time I broke my phone, they have fixed my screen multiple times, fixed a problem I was having with my battery dying quickly, replacing the back of my phone, and I buy great quality headphones and phone cases for cheap. These guys are fantastic! Nice clean shop. Brought a Galaxy S6 which had a brief bubble bath - not charging/turning on. They honestly said that odds are not great but they`ll look at it and were upfront with what are potential extra charges might be. Called me ext day and said that the phone is working and I need to come over and make sure that that is the case. Didn`t charge anything extra except for a very reasonable labor fee for disassembling/assembling the phone (which is a tedious work) Honestly said that it might give in in future due to the nature of the damage. I felt really bad walking in at 5:30PM when they close at 6 PM, however I figured it was worth trying, considering my phone is an extension of my arm. I had dropped my phone and needed a new screen. We took my sons iphone 5S for repair of the glass. We were greeted by a young man who looked to be between 15-18 yrs old. He immediatly took the phone and said it would be ready in 30 mins. The store itself had several items for sale such as cases, cords, etc. but the variety was lacking. Once we returned for the phone it looked as good as new! This place does not look like the kind of place that would provide quick, professional service at a price that beats any major chain, but that's exactly what it is. It looks like a nondescript joint in a small strip mall that might be a mafia front. There was only a kid behind the counter who looks 14 years old, and his dirt bike is parked behind him. Even though he told me to come back in 45 minutes and when I came back he hadn't yet begun my iPhone, when he began, it only took him 15 minutes. Presto like new! These guys went above and beyond. I had cracked my screen on a work trip to the point glass was coming off on my face. When I finally called for a repair I couldn't get to their store before close and I was flying out again the next morning. Jason tried to make it to me that evening but ended up having too many other clients so he offered to come to my house at 5am to fix it before I left to the airport!!! He arrived promptly, did great work, totally fair price of 85 for screen and housecall, my precious iPhone looks like New again and he was even nice enough to give me a ride to lax when my taxi didn't come right away! Dropped my iphone 6 and cracked the entire screen. Thankfully the main button still worked, the screen still worked, and I could still see everything underneath. It cost $89 to repair the screen and only 15 minutes to repair! Note: the 10% off doesn't work for iphone 6 or 6+. I ended up buying a screen protector for an additional $10 ($20 without a repair). This is in comparison to iCracked, which quoted me $150 to come to my house/work to repair my phone. I would recommend calling ahead to see how busy they are before you come in, but they are fast regardless! read more

This place is great! My iphone 5 had a bad charging port, and I had been frustrated with how difficult it was to charge, at times I had to hold the plug in the port just to get a charge. Finally got fed up and called around for a repair estimate and found Lorne! what a huge relief it is to now just plug my phone in and hear the little beep, that it's charging. Lorne fixed it in 15 minutes and it's just like new, plus another place I had called wanted over $50 bucks to fix it, and Lorne did it for just under $40.
