So my daughter cracks her phone at least once a year....usually we spend $$ on replacing it. I am so glad I found this place. They fixed her cracked iphone in 20 min over the weekend. Broken Apple Watch that I'm going to get repaired. Called to see if they could fix it and Lorne the owner answered right away and was very helpful and accommodating. Lorne also had a pleasant attitude which is so refreshing these days. So far so good! 2 screen replacements for our family and one battery replacement (all for iPhone 6S). Fast, friendly and one of the best deals going around. My only minor complaint is that the screen replacements seem much darker, especially when wearing polarised sunglasses. Will keep coming back when needed. I first came to Custom iPhones & Repairs because my friend dropped my iPhone 6 on his drive away cement. It was expected that the screen shattered, I had no case on. So I went to Custom iPhones & Repair to get it fix for $85. The fix itself was fast, about ~20 minutes. My phone came out fine, with a little bit of a yellowish tint/hue on the phone screen. I didn't question too much about the quality of the replacement screen for the price was decent. 2 weeks later, I dropped my phone -- with a case -- at my gym's floor and the screen shattered again. With the original iPhone quality screen, the screen wouldn't have shattered at a soft floor. I question the quality of the material at Custom iPhones & Repair. I was told at the AT&T store not to pry it open because I could damage it further but they otherwise didn't know what the problem was. So I had issues with my home button and vibration, I checked with 4 guys, one quoted me on 79, second on 59, third said they don't offer this service, and this amazing guy quoted me on 39$ to replace the vibration motor if it's broken. Read a lot of great reviews here, so I decided to come in. Honestly disappointed with my repair. I don't really write bad reviews unless it was pretty bad so here goes. The repair guy is pretty nice and repairing my phone took about 10 minutes without an appointment, which was great. But.. The repair of the phone itself, I couldn't really agree with. The iPhone 6 has a blueish tint now (I compared it with another iPhone 6 with an original screen). He said the glass was original, but I can't really agree because the colors are a lot more cooler. My phone is also a lot less responsive now, compared to before (but that may be due to dropping it). I can't really type as well as before, because sometimes letters don't respond to my touch unless I press them several times. For example, when I enter something as simple and routine as my pin, sometimes the third or second number doesn't register, and I have to go back and type it again. Also there's a weird gap in my iphone on the side where the glass is supposed to fit in (you can see the backlight shining through the gap), which definitely was not there before. Paid $95+tax for my iPhone 6 repair, but regret coming here. I wanted to save a bit of money, and I wouldn't care too much about originality if the iPhone worked as well as before and looked similar. If you want your iPhone to look original as possible, be responsive, and have the beautiful colors we all know and love, just pay up and go to an Apple Store. If I could go back, I'd definitely pay more just to get my screen back. read more

So, after reading some reviews on the company, I bought the Groupon and took my phone in. I was really impressed! The price was super reasonable (even if I didn't have a Groupon, the price was good), compared to other local stores that wanted $150 to fix my cracked screen.
