This is for the minute clinic. While they have been somewhat helpful in a pinch in the past this visit was awful. I was in a lot of pain due to an ongoing issue so just getting here was rough but my doctor was not free until a future date and was hoping for some help. So I pushed through, usually my wife is with me to help but she had to work. There was as usual just one person on, so I was seen sometime well after my appointment time then they literally did nothing. They didn't or couldn't prescribe anything more, they didn't look at anything or test anything. The last time she at least probed and looked for pain. They suggested seeing a doctor which I already had scheduled, they wouldn't know that but still. Seems they can't prescribe anything strong for pain relief and so I paid and traveled in pain for nothing to be done. It was the worst experience and to pay for nothing, not even advice beyond see someone else which I already figured out and had planned is really really frustrating. It seems almost like insurance fraud for the part my insurance paid since nothing was done. Unless I have NO other choice I will not be back here again. read more

Lady at minute clinic today 5/29 came out after we've been waiting for 30+ minutes to tell us she's actually only going to take the people ahead of us and we can try again tomorrow. Mind you this is at 12pm. She said she needs to close for lunch.. but couldn't break away and let anyone know that before we drove over here and waited? Absolutely no customer service. I don't know where to begin with this store, but it is the worst CVS ever. We were forced to transfer our prescriptions here after they closed our regular CVS on Cypress Creek / Bell Blvd. Ever since we were forced to change, we have had issue after issue with this pharmacy: wrong prescriptions, invalid charges, rude pharmacists, incredibly long wait times to get service, drive-through service that closes arbitrarily, and more. I can not recommend this store. The horrible service and the life-threatening mistakes that they make should be enough to have someone step in and shut them down. We are now moving to yet another CVS. I wish my healthcare plan would allow me to go to Walgreens or HEB. read more

Minute Clinic- I was trying to prevent the condition of inner ear "vertigo" symptoms from getting worse. When I was a swimmer (40 years younger), they were frequent. The last one was 9 years ago-(snorkeling), this one-from showers. $140 visit for no prescription-I guess I'm too old school. I'm out of town on contract work and wanted to make sure I got quick care so it didn't get worse- I should have googled it and tried it myself. Stupid me- They started with-"I have sent people to ER and ear nose and throat specialist with the symptoms you have." I should have left on that note- But it continued with-it "could be menageries disease"- This was the first episode in 10 years- Why would you tell a client all the things it could be? It's a first visit in 9 years....one single occurrence. I like my physician to be confident- If your going to google-do it without me being present. If your under pressure to get well soon a This may not be the option with the most confidence. We can learn a few things on both sides of this experience - The best to all of you! Don't schedule a Covid test at this location! Even though the online system allows you to schedule, they are no longer performing Covid tests here. Not only will the turn you away, they will also tell you there is nothing they can do about the online system or to help you get a new appointment at a different location. No customer service, no accountability, no help here. They told me they closed their drive-thru indefinitely due to staffing shortages. So, no efficiency either. read more

I love the staff at this CVS, super friendly (haven't checked the clinic yet though). But how is CVS open with no water running? I tried to use the bathroom and it was closed for this reason but the branch is otherwise open. How can the store function, do COVID-19 testing, dispense medication, and there's no running water? What happened to hygiene and a safe environment for customers? People go to CVS to get better, not to recklessly be exposed to germs. read more

I am sorry but if you're in the medical field and you a disgusted w your patients then maybe you should find another profession. Went in today and the NP refused to close the door in my appt but she closed it for all of her other patients. Her demeanor completely changed when I walked into the room. Didn't even introduce herself just asked why I was there. Her odd behavior as she clung to the opposite from me gowning up as if I was a diseased alien. At this point she cut me off from talking I didn't even get an opportunity to explain the reason for my visit. She refused to see me I refused a nasal swab. Maybe you should listen to your patients explain the reason for their visit you wouldn't have to act like I was a diseased disputing human and realize maybe I wasn't there for Covid. read more

Truly have yet to have a good experience at this CVS...the poor people working here are almost always understaffed and honestly rude. Lines are through the door and they are poor communicators. Frequently the drive through is closed for no reason, which is terrible for differently abled folks. avoid if you can! read more

These folks just don't have enough people working here. I have to use CVS, so I switched to a different one farther away from me (7300 hwy 620) and enrolled in their CarePass program. Came to CVS to pick up a prescription for my mother-in-law sat in the drive-through line for 30 minutes with three cars in front of me. Only to be told that the prescription was not ready and to come back in 15 minutes and would be ready to go. Came back 30 minutes later prescription had not been filled and they did not have the medication that was on the prescription. They offered to send the prescription to another location and the closest location being 620 and 2222. I'm glad I get my prescriptions through HEB, don't have to worry about this nonsense. read more

The phone service is absolutely terrible. I spent 10 minutes dealing with automated robots on the phone to see if a covid test is free or not free. The robot hung up on me twice and did not answer my question. There is no way to speak to a human that works at CVS. The phone keeps you from being able to get to a person, who would be able to answer in less than ten minutes the question: is your pharmacy's covid test free, or is it not??? read more

The worst CVS pharmacy. I have done business with many due to moving and never had issues, but it's like this location doesn't know how to fill prescriptions on time or at least close to on time. They also rarely answer the pharmacy phone, I have been on hold for 45 minutes twice and still no one picked up. And the only reason I was calling was to get an update on my prescription (that was late). I have prescriptions that NEED to be taken ON TIME and the only way I get this location to fill them is when I'm upset with them on the phone or at the drive thru telling them I needed to take it YESTERDAY. They lie on the phone saying it should be ready in 20 minutes and then the pharmacy closes 3 hours later (it still wasn't ready anyways), then the next day almost 24 hours later at the drive thru they tell me it should be ready in 20 minutes. Pretty sure that's just a line they use to get you off the phone with them or out of the drive thru. Edit: And yes, I did give them several chances and months of business to see if it got better. No change still frustrating since they resumed COVID testing in the only "pick up" drivethrough lane. 3 cars ahead of me got here early & still sitting for more than 30 min in drive-through at 90 degrees... I am planning to transfer my MANY RX to a different pharmacy that keeps the drive through lanes for prescriptions. Also, in an effort to bypass this issue... I've been going to this CVS for over five years and they handle all my Rx. I've seen so many improvements over those five years, including with their customer service. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but I realize not everything in life is instantaneous, or sometimes I'm there right when everyone else seems to be there. I have been swearing for YEARS that I was going to leave a bad review for this CVS location. I just hung up with the pharmacy and couldn't wait a minute more... The pharmacy staff is ALWAYS RUDE. NEVER helpful. Just now I called to ask a few questions about a Rx and the woman on the other line acted as if I was a moron and a huge inconvenience to her and then hung up on me. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me and she is NOT the only one that has acted this way towards me (since they have been open). Going to the drive-thru? Be ready to wait and be treated rudely there as well. Going inside? You may walk in on the pharmacy staff talking about how stupid another customer was. If you walk away, they may start talking smack about you. They make no qualms about hiding their disdain for the customers. Think talking to a manager will help? NOPE! In fact, one of the staff YELLED at me in front of the manager and she just stood there and did nothing. I don't often get emotional or become speechless but this one time (being yelled at by a highly rude pharmacy tech about why my life saving meds weren't ready and why I wasn't notified of this before closing time when my Rx had been called in EARLY that morning) was one time when I almost came to tears, started shaking and had no idea what to do or say. To have the manager standing there, doing and saying NOTHING made things even worse. Other customers were around as well - all horrified. I did my best to try and find another pharmacy to take my prescriptions to, but my plan isn't covered anywhere else close-by. I will drive miles out of my way to avoid this place. Unless you like getting an emotional beat down by miserable people who love gossiping about customers, purposely messing with your health, making you wait (for no reason) and simply being rude 24/7, then by all means - visit this place. This is the worst imaginable CVS Pharmacy. They are RUDE whenever possible. Most of the pharmacy staff should not be in customer service, or in any environment where human contact is involved. When you call in and ask them about specific prescriptions, don't expect them to all be ready, even if they tell you they are ready for pickup. They will leave off one or two and make you wait in the store for a second time behind a half dozen other people. read more

Wish there was a (-1) option. Horrible customer service / very rude, at the front register (Andrew) and the pharmacy wasn't much better. The pharmacist, Julia was only one working a ridiculously long line and 1 lady working the drive up window. Stood around waiting for my Rx for over 30 mins and 1 call sat on hold the entire time as a 2nd and 3rd caller were announced. No one ever responded, to any of them. If you choose CVS, go to the one in Bee Cave inside of Target - pharmacist, Brina, is phenomenal. This place sucks. read more

My husband witnessed exceptional service with 1 person, a guys doctor had done something stupid and given him a $250 prescription, the girl at the counter said she thinks his doc has screwed up, have him a 5 day prescription for free and will call his doc on Monday. I had a great experience at this CVS. I checked in online for the Minute Clinic. I had to wait about 10min after my scheduled time, but still better than my Drs office. The NP, Emily, was great! I'll definitely go back to see her for any illnesses. I checked in with the pharmacist concerning some meds and she was very pleasant and helpful. The woman at check out was very friendly and quick. I was asking questions about a prescription being filled when a different pharmacist butt into my conversation and told me there are alot of people behind me and to go somewhere else. Terrible Pharmacy. Every time I go there only 1 thing is filled, I have to ask for all the others to be filled then come back because they are always "too busy". On top of all of this...they accepted my Dr.'s electronic prescription the first time...but every time after that it has been a nightmare. Each person always tells me something different "We don't accept electronic prescriptions." Then why did you accept it before? "Well, we don't accept electronic prescriptions for THAT." Then why was it accepted before? "Well, we'll just have to Fax your Dr. and you can come back later." I email my Dr. and he says they got the fax and responded. I go back to the pharmacy the next day and there's someone else who says "You have to have a physical note for that." I tell them I'd already gone over this with the other girl and CVS sent my Dr. a Fax and they responded. The tech says CVS doesn't send Faxes out. I ask why the other tech told me she was sending a fax (I didn't request her to) and why my Dr. emailed saying he'd responded to their fax? No answer for that except "Well, we'll have to go on the other computer." then they look through a pile of papers with physical prescriptions and faxes...but can't find it because there are too many/it's not organized...and I guess it wasn't put in the computer. Tired of this BS. I asked me Dr. to switch Pharmacies. I know it can be a stressful job...but why aren't they ever organized? I never had this problem at the Walgreens I used to use...occasionally they wouldn't refill ALL of my medicines at once and I'd have to wait, but at least they weren't always telling me something different. It comes across as they are just telling people they need the paper prescription because then that person will leave and they don't have to deal with them. read more

Went to CVS pharmacy today and was shocked to see the pharmacist eating and putting some kind of finger food in his mouth while he was at the computer and filling/ labeling bags with prescriptions! Horrible horrible pharmacy. Notifies you that your prescription medicine is ready for pick up then when you arrive you find out that only one of them have been filled. They did this to me twice in a row meaning I've traveled there twice and I've only gotten two of the three medications. The last time I talked with them I told them " look, fill all of them and then call me when you are ready for me to pick up. They said they would contact me in 15 minutes that was 5 days ago. read more

I used to really like this CVS. I've used it for 3 or 4 years. But I want a drug store for its pharmacy -- not as a liquor store. And over the last two years, the pharmacy hours have gotten shorter as the beer, wine, and general merchandise section has gotten larger and shabbier. I am now looking for a new pharmacy. read more
