Worst treatment! Walked in to exchange makeup I had purchased the week before since the shade was too light. Told manager who took the tube away and held it at register. I chose a different shade, got back in line to exchange. Manager insinuated I stole it (even though I had receipt) and then told me he wouldnt be able to put it back out to sell because I had tested the shade...even though the one I had exchanged had smears on it, like it had been tested. Manager was so rude!! This manager has the worst customer service and bad attitude. I was so shocked I left. read more

I would have given zero stars if i could! This is the worst pharmacy that i have been so far! After waiting for 45 minutes in the pharmacy line, i turned my fathers prescription in. I told them that my father is in pain and they told me that my prescription will be ready in 5 minutes. It took another 30 minutes and I'm still waiting in the line. I will not recommend this pharmacy to anybody ever! Just stay away from it! read more

The store section of this particular CVS is very nice. The staff and managers are very customer service oriented, but it has the worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist and her helpers (Ortila and Joyce) are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They are extremely rude and condescending, overall just nasty people. I always have them double count my mom's medications as she has received less pills than indicated numerous times in the past. Make sure you have them double count your medication right then and there because if you go back to have them fix the shortage, they'll make you feel like a criminal for their mistake. My own doctor's office is fed up with them and have recommended I switch pharmacies. I am tired of this place and will be changing pharmacies very soon. read more

The Ladyfriend and I visited this location as she needed to pick up her nieces' prescription. Although the line was bit long, the process was orderly and efficient. I am not sure why the low ratings in other reviews, but all in all a great experience. Also, they carry the Cherry Vanilla Pepsi here in bottles. That is good to know as well. read more

Wow. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and it was obvious she didn't care one bit about the customers. I have never been treated quite that badly by any business...ever. While the store may be nice, our family is moving all our prescriptions somewhere else. I'd advise finding another CVS pharmacy location or going to Rite Aid or Walgreens. While CVS is CVS and heaven knows I have spent many layers of shoe leather and hours in line there across the country, I have been happy with the staff at this store more often than not. Yesterday I was in the CVS on my way home from work, probably a little zoned out and looking for a list of items. Gina O was incredibly helpful and she knew how to answer my questions about the items I needed. I had just stumbled into an aisle where she was replacing items and she automatically offered a helping hand. A friendly nod to everyone she meets and I heard her give her all to the others after me too. The aisles are pretty nice and big in this store too. It is a good place to stop en route home as the parking lot is huge and it is next to a bunch of places for the old errand routine.. you know how that goes.. Being a person who has taught customer service in my lifetime I love seeing it in action and Gina and the man at the register were super helpful. read more

What a joke!! Fourteen people waiting in line at 10am on a weekday. After almost 40 minutes make it up to the front to find out my daughters prescription wasnt even filled despite the fact it was called in the day before. Was told I would have to wait and go to the end of the line for their mistake. Needless to say won't be coming back here ever again. This pharmacy is pathetic, I have been trying to connect via telephone for more than an hour. The phone rings for more than three minutes , somebody finally picks up and immediately disconnects the call. Kudos to this store for super customer service. Went there to purchase some coffee k-cups on sale (from their weekly flyer in the LA Times). Cashier told me that store doesn't carry the brand I wanted. But...she said if I would like to go next door to Ralphs Grocery, buy it there, bring her the receipt, she would refund the difference! So I did. And she did. Her name was Gina Ocha and she deserves recognition for exceptional customer service. read more

CVS, please hire enough staff to cover the customer demand for your pharmacy locations! Your staff does a great job when I can finally get to the front of the line or reach them by phone. I've just spent 18, 15 & 11 minutes on hold at 3 locations trying to locate stock of a medication because inventory for all stores isn't visible from one. I'm trying my luck at other pharmacys now. read more

I ordered photo prints online. My order was ready to be picked up at 12:30. I go to their location and as I am getting ready to pay the total is off from what I had seen online. I asked the associate to allow me to see the photos to make sure they were mine because my total was much higher than what she was charging me. Instead of allowing me to see the photos she continued to ring me up and put them in the package and sealed it off. I grabbed the package, opened it up and just as I figured those were not my photos. I let her know and turns out my pictures had not even been printed yet. Apparently the person in charge of the photo department just decided to take off for lunch without processing my order and did not let any one know about it. I had to spend half of MY lunch break waiting for my photos to be processed. While waiting several drivers arrived to drop off deliveries and the associated on the register would rudely tell them no one was around to help unload their deliveries. When the other lady who was on break was returning, the only helping everyone asked her to help a milk delivery man. Her response out loud " I need to clock in first" she walked up to the delivery man and he started speaking to her and she rudely told him "I need to clock in first" and just walked right over him. No excuse me or give me a few minutes or anything. After about 20 minutes of standing around waiting I finally got my photos. I am not happy with my experience or the customer service or lack of towards the rest of the people in that store. We all have ups and downs and if they are having a bad day they need to suck it up and be professional at work. Aside from my experience the photo quality is terrible. I will not be ordering any more photos from this place. read more

Don't bother even buying something here. The workers don't even know where anything is and they are rude when you try to ask a question. I recently bought a very expensive eye creme and noticed it went on sale 1 day later. I came to this cvs to get back my credit and they wouldn't let me since I had already opened it. I know the cvs by my house would have done the credit as a customer service since I spent more than $100 on just that one visit! Thanks for nothing rude workers at cvs! read more

Probably the slowest place to come to drop off prescriptions. I've been using this CVS because it was local, and they're so inefficient. Always so slow! Today is particularly annoying. One person cannot complete a task, and I have been waiting in line for almost 10 minutes for a drop off. In fact, one person is in front of me disputing what their charge should be. Unbelievably disturbing to wait so long for the person ahead of me to be dismissed after 12 minutes because of some primary insurance issues. They didn't even fill their prescription! For sure not coming back nor do I recommend. There is a significant reason why this place is only 2 stars. Probably should be only 1 ! read more

Rude beyond belief. Asked a "helper" behind the Pharmacy counter a simple question about a product I hoped they carried. He told me he was new and that I needed to ask one of the other more experienced Pharmacists. One Pharmacist was helping a customer, the other one, "Sareen" was on the phone. She was incredibly rude to the person on the phone while I waited to ask her my question. She then hung up, looked right at me, ignored me completely, and pressed a button on the phone to take the next call, then glanced up and glared at me. Just a big FU basically. I know I'm saying what basically everyone else is saying. But if you have other choices, go somewhere else, you will leave here angrier than when you arrived. I know I did. read more

Really bad customer service by Jim the (assistant manager). I normally go to my cvs but this one was close by. My son had fever and I was going to get medicine it was 2 minutes to closing as soon as I walked to the door he locked the door and left. There were a lot of people inside and when he let someone out I had told him he closed early he was rude and said he was closed. Definitely not customer service driven won't be coming back to this CVS for sure. read more

Had to get a prescription filled yesterday and had the doctors office call it in for me. When I got to CVS I went to pick it up and after 15 minutes in line and told me I had to start from the beginning with giving them my prescription. Then had to wait another 40 minutes for them to fill it. It doesn't seem like they really care about customer service. read more

Jim should be fired. I set down a case of water on the floor in front of an endcap. Admittedly not the smartest thing to do because I created a tripping hazard. In my defense, I set it down because I was in line for 5 minutes with 3 people in front of me and 1 clerk working SLOWLY to accommodate. Water is heavy. Jim picked up the water and started to walk away and I told him that I was going to buy it, and he said it was a tripping hazard and walked away with it and put it in a cart the opposite direction of the register. I walked over, picked it up and brought it back and set it on the floor next to my feet while in line. He came back and picked it up and gave me HUGE attitude. I told him there would not be this problem if he would skip on back behind the counter and ring up customers and alleviate the line. He then gave me nothing but attitude and would not let me complete a sentence. I then told him to shh. He almost lost his mind. I asked him for his last name, as Jim is a common name, and he refused. I asked him for his supervisors name and he would only gave me the first name. I then called a couple minutes later to get the hours of his supervisor and he refused to give them to me. When I told him that I would not let his actions go and that I will definitely call his supervisor and his supervisor's supervisor until he gets diciplined, he told me that he will not be "threatened". This man lacks all social skills and conventions and should not work in a customer contact capacity. Fire this man. read more
