I recently had a highly disappointing experience with CVS Pharmacy, and I feel compelled to share my encounter. My ordeal began on June 22nd when I called the pharmacy to address an issue with a medication. Unfortunately, this initial conversation did not provide me with accurate information on how to obtain a new prescription, leaving me frustrated and concerned. Hoping to resolve the matter, I called again on June 27th, but regrettably, I encountered the same lack of helpfulness and was given the runaround once more. What's disheartening is that the staff failed to inform me about the correct procedure for obtaining a new prescription during these conversations. After enduring over three weeks without the necessary medication, I decided to contact CVS Pharmacy once more today. To my surprise, I was informed that my doctor should have been the one to call directly. It is disconcerting that this crucial detail was not communicated to me in my previous interactions. Throughout this frustrating experience, I interacted with two individuals, Andrea C. and pharmacist Charles Y., who displayed an alarming lack of professionalism. Both individuals exhibited rudeness, condescension, and an overall negative demeanor that left me questioning their dedication to customer service. In conclusion, my experience at CVS Pharmacy has been nothing short of disheartening. The lack of accurate information and the unprofessional behavior from Andrea C. and Charles Y. only added to my frustration. I hope that CVS Pharmacy takes note of this incident and takes appropriate steps to improve customer service and staff professionalism. read more

Horrible experience never have I ever felt so violated!! I will never recommend to ever make a stop at this cvs location!! Trei was the cashier and he was not welcoming at all he made my family and I feel very uncomfortable!! He is a racist individual that shouldn't be allowed to work at a cvs!! After I purchased some Huggies wipes I took my daughter to their disgusting restroom and he proceed to follow us and was on us like a damm hawk!! I felt very violated and disgusted by trei racist behavior! He even went to the extreme to record my family and I!! Without our consent!! Two stars because the line takes forever upfront at the register and it probably has something to do with their oxymoronic payment system. They have Apple Pay but if your card has a chip then u have to use the chip which makes Apple Pay pointless and it defeats the entire purpose. My previous two stars is now one star. This is due to the pharmacy staff. I've been going here years, but the 'for absolutely no reason' rudeness is enough for me to never come back. Even if I assumed that the pharmacist was overworked, I wouldn't be able to rationalize such a demeanor. Either CVS chooses the wrong kind of stuff or these people chose the wrong career. read more

Extremely disappointing experience at CVS Pharmacy! The pharmacy staff was slow and disorganized, taking over 30 minutes to fill a simple prescription. The store was cluttered and dirty, with shelves half-stocked and a general sense of disarray. To top it off, the cashier got my order wrong and had to be corrected multiple times. The lack of attention to detail and customer care was staggering. With so many other pharmacy options available, I won't be back to this CVS anytime soon! read more

Okay place to get your drugs. Hate that they don't sell cigarettes anymore I used to love buying a pack of smokes here I'd chain smoke about 10 cigarettes then follow it up with a bottle and a half of cough syrup with sprite.... Can anyone say a good night! None the less I stopped smoking now I'm addicted to their Nicoderm CQ patches I wear them all over my body and get a good nicotine high that way usually I wear about five patches at a time...... read more

Friendly staff, nicely remodeled store & pharmacy, reasonable prices. I like having a neighborhood store where the staff recognizes me and greets me warmly. The pharmacy makes my life easier as well with automatic reminders of my Mother's perscription refills. read more
