So happy Dr. Fishman has started her own practice, even if it's slightly more expensive out of network. The office staff at Advanced Dermatology were the only downside when I had appointments previously, and my experience today at her new location was fantastic. I've visited Dr. Fishman for everything from weird rashes to annual skin cancer screenings to a cosmetic consult to Botox and I've found her to be very thorough and prepared. On the cosmetic front, she's excellent at what she does, and takes a "less is more" approach to make sure patients look natural. She has a policy that a consultation costs $$$, but that fee can then be applied to any future cosmetic procedures done within a 3 month timeframe. I thought this was very fair [note: this was the practice when she was with AD - I'm not sure if it's totally the same now]. On the non-cosmetic front, she's efficient and knowledgeable. I have a family history of sensitive skin and skin cancer, and I've always felt heard and appropriately assessed when I visit with a specific concern or for my annual skin check. read more

Referred by my PCP, I made an appointment via their online portal. Dr Fishman doesn't have alot of availability, fyi, so be prepared to schedule something 6 - 8 weeks out. I found the staff very efficient, everything was done via tablet/online, like the patient intake forms and authorizations. Dr. Fishman herself was very thorough if not hurried through my examination. Granted, it was a routine check and I have no prior or family history of skin cancer. She did answer all my questions but I would've appreciated it more if her hand wasn't on the doorknob while she was speaking to me. read more

My General doctor recommended to get a skin screening done so I called my insurance who gave me this recommendation. I called and got an appointment the next day. All patients forms were sent to me ahead of time and I sent every thing back prior to my appt. that made things easy, because I waited a minute and was in and out in less than 30 min! Getting an annual skin screening sounds like a very 'adult' thing to do, which is probably why I waited until my late(ish) 20s to start, but skincare is no joke people! That's why I decided to find a dermatologist in a convenient location for me so I have no excuse to bail. I called the office and made an appointment with Dr. Lily Clark and filled out all of the necessary forms on line. 2 weeks later, I was at the office for my first appointment and the process was seamless. I was greeted by the friendly woman at the front desk and almost immediately taken to a room where a nurse asked me some questions. I had a 12:30pm appointment and the doctor was already in the room and seeing me by 12:40 which I can appreciate since I had to go back to work. Dr. Clark was friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. I've already recommended her to 2 of my coworkers and I'll be back next year for my next screening. read more

I had a very upsetting experience here. I had a rash on my eye and my regular dermatologist had a 1 month wait so I saw the PA in this office since she had availability the next day. While I was in I figured it was the responsible thing to do to also get a skin cancer screening. When she started she let me know she would be taking photos which I wasn't expecting because my skin exams at other offices in the past didn't involve photos. Because I was naked I told her to let me know before she takes any photos. She was really dismissive of that request, she said that nobody would see the pictures aside from us. There really are several situations where someone may need to look at my chart (internal/external audits, health insurance request, training etc) so I didn't feel like the request was silly. Something I really wish they did differently is she waited until I was undressed before letting me know she would be taking pictures, there's no way I would have removed my bra if I knew I was going to be photographed.  Anyway during the exam she informed me that she was taking a picture of a particular mole under my collarbone and another on my arm. I asked her if they were going to be up close pictures. I wanted her to explain what she was photographing and make sure she wasn't photographing my whole body (i.e. the whole point of me telling her I wanted her to let me know before she takes my pictures at the beginning of the exam). Instead of explaining what she was photographing she just said "sure" and quickly took a few pictures of me while I was lying on the exam table. It was a little uncomfortable but I didn't say anything because I thought she was just taking close ups of the moles she pointed out. When I viewed my note after our appointment I could see that she had actually photographed my entire body, completely uncovered. I contacted her to let her know I was really really upset about it and I nicely asked her to delete them. She originally told me they were deleted but I followed up a few days later because they were still in my portal. I think she maybe didn't realize I can see the full note (this might explain why she thought it was okay to take them in the first place? because what I don't know won't hurt me?). She then told me it's malpractice to amend a note and I consented to being photographed so there's nothing I can do.  I'm just SO upset about this. If I even had the chance to cover myself with my hands she could have still photographed the moles she wanted but in a way that would have made me a lot more comfortable. Its as if taking the time to explain what she was photographing or to let me cover what I didn't want in the photo would have consumed too much of her time.  I see medical documents get passed around so much at work that it makes me really uncomfortable and anxious to know these pictures exist and I don't really control how they are being used or who sees them. Sure they are protected with HIPPA but HIPPA still allows for medical documents to be viewed/used in a variety of scenarios.  I'm really private about my body and now this string of derm offices essentially owns these pictures of me and its been really hard for me to cope with.  My skin exams in the past with other providers have always felt super comfortable so I didn't think it was a big deal to just ask for one while I was in for the rash but I learned a major lesson about choosing doctors wisely and not just booking someone because they had the soonest availability. read more

Don't make an appointment unless you are prepared to fill out a form with your complete credit card information, including security code. I did not feel comfortable and offered to pay in advance, but was told the doctor would not see any patient without their credit card information on file. I have had three prior appointments and always paid in full at the end of each appointment. I asked if they could make an exception this one time, seeing as how the doctor was away on a 3-week vacation and I had waited almost 3 months for this appointment and I repeated again that I would be more than happy to pay upfront and the office manager just keep repeating the script that the doctor will not see anyone without their credit card on file. Twice I asked if he could ask the doctor if she'd make an exception as I had waited so long and again he repeated the script. I do not recall this ever happening before with any doctor. Is this standard procedure at a doctor's office? Why would they insist on a credit card rather than accept full payment upfront? read more

The doctor may be knowledgeable but the customer service here is terrible. There are many people who do this in NYC, I suggest you find one that will respect you as a customer. These folks will not. They'll think and act like they're the only ones the in skincare game. I wish I read some customer service reviews that are below before I went to them (see below). Beware using this Dermatology office! Utterly disgusted with both Dr. Cybele Fishman's Office & Advance Dermatology. This practice is not in network with United Heathcare. I discovered this after my latest annual check up. I have been a patient of Dr. Cybele Fishman since April of 2018 at which time they were in Network. Since April of 2018, I have received zero communication, by any means, including when I recently went in for my much needed checkup, that they were no longer in Network & that I would have to pay more than my usual copay & in network fees. I have of course received multiple emails asking me to come in, to make appointments for check ups & various other costly treatments. I called the office 3 times asking to speak with either Dr. Fishman or the office Manager. I have received no call back & the office receptionist told me neither person had an email through which I could contact them, which I found exceedingly amusing but that they would absolutely call me back... To top it off, today 5/14/22, I received a collection letter requesting payment for my outstanding bill. I have received no invoice from either Dr. Cybele Fishman's Office nor Advanced Dermatology the group to which she now belongs either digitally or via regular mail. I did of course continue to get many weekly requests via both email & regular mail to come in for cosmetic work... I have called Advanced Dermatology & they have advised me that they have no record of an invoice for me... That they know people are getting letters from collection agencies for bills that they have never received from Cybele Fishman's Practice. That all I can do is call the Collection Agency. That they cannot help despite being the name on the top of the collection letter... Since receiving the collection letter, I have found it impossible to get hold of Cybele Fishman's Office on the phone & they no longer give out their direct phone number. You are simply routed to the Advance Dermatology call center. The Collection Agency said they had no copy of the bill & that I JUST OWED THE MONEY... I have now discovered that Cybele Fishman's office never sent out a bill, so therefore never processed a claim with my insurance & simply just bumped the cost to a collection agency because it probably was too much trouble to deal with while they got bought out by Advanced Dermatology. This is how this practice treats their patients! If you are an existing patient, I suggest you ask before every appointment that you make, whether their insurance has changed.... Because they aren't going to volunteer this information & will deceptively take your money unknown to you. Or, alternatively they will never send you a bill & just send a collection agency after you! They brought in all new administration who are incredibly disrespectful and ill mannered. After canceling my third scheduled appointment without any communication to me, I was unable to get my prescription refilled and I ended up going to a new dermatologist. I've been a patient of Dr Fishman for over 12yrs and loved her. However, the past few interactions with her office team and manager have been so frustrating and rude to get past. After several interactions where I've left feeling bad, I've sadly decided to switch dermatologists. For example- I scheduled a virtual visit this week with Dr Fishman via the link on her homepage. Both Zocdoc.com and the subsequent confirmation email said the visit would be with Dr Fishman. When the office called to confirm the nature of my visit, they named a Dr I hadn't heard of. As I was surprise to learn the televisit was with a Physician Assistant, I shared the feedback "FYI your systems are telling patients otherwise. (I would want to know if I was a doc)". Their response was extremely rude. They told me I was wrong and that it definitely says in the "fine print" on the website that all televisits are with a PA. Then the office manager got on the phone and continued with this "we gotcha with the fine print" tone. For what reason? Other than to be rude to me for offering constructive feedback on confusion happening on the patient's end when booking. I then asked if I could first ask the dr a few quick q's to determine if I need to drive back 3hrs into the city to be seen in person (during a pandemic), he rudely insisted - "She never talks to patients on the phone". Again, surprising policy given the pandemic, but ultimately insensitive and rude handling of the situation. I had a similar experience 1.5yrs ago. I was late for my appointment and they cancelled after I arrived. I understand this policy and respect the need for it, but I was never made aware of the change when scheduling. Again, it was poorly handled by the office team. When I arrived- they said "it's a new policy and the change is stated right here on this sign" Obviously a sign in the waiting room does not give patients a heads up of a policy change before arriving. The worst summation of these experiences is that I've tried so hard to share feedback directly to Dr Fishman. Mainly bc I think she is great and can't help but wonder if she is aware this experience is happening with her patients. But, the very same office team won't offer a way to get in touch with her. read more

I have been fortunate enough to be not visiting doctors frequently and even more fortunate to find a gem of a Dr like Dr. Fishman whenever I have to. I have suffered from adult acne for a while and before moving to US, I was taking some treatment however the zits started flaring up back again as a result of incomplete course. I was very sceptical to visit a dermatologist primarily because I haven't had great success with them in terms of acne and secondly I didn't had a medical insurance that covered dermatologist visits. Inspite of that after having read good reviews and wanting to get rid of zits decided to visit Dr. Fishman and boy it has been some of the few good decisions I have made. Dr. Fishman would give a very detailed examination and never rush giving thy ear to all your concerns and all the previous treatments you have taken/undergone. With acne she put me in ease and provided me with options and suggested the best one however never pushed for it and took into consideration my comfort zone. My every next visit to Dr . My primary care physician referred me to this office. I was unable to schedule an appointment with the doctor I was initially referred to so I scheduled with a different person who works in the office. On the Friday before my Monday appointment, I received a terse voicemail demanding I return intake forms or my appointment would be cancelled. I found the intake forms in my spam inbox in an email that just said "Intake Forms" with no identifying information and unidentified attachments. Anyway, I sent the form back. The morning of the appointment, I got an email that said they needed a picture of my insurance card before I arrived in office or else they would cancel the appointment. I was in class and due to arrive at their office a few hours later so I emailed them that I wouldn't be able to take a picture before I got there but I could obviously present my insurance card upon arrival. The office manager, a different person than the person I'd initially corresponded with, emailed me to say they absolutely CANNOT (his choice of capitalization) see people in office unless I give them a photograph of my insurance card before I arrive. It was so weird I cancelled the appointment and had my physician refer me to someone else. read more

I saw Dr. Fishman's Physician Assistant Sydney Karp through Telehealth a few weeks ago and I have never been happier. She made me feel extremely comfortable during the visit. I was looking for help treating some acne that had flared up from wearing masks. I also was looking for a skin regimen to do for the morning and night to help give my skin more of a glow. Sydney walked me through an entire morning and night time regimen and gave me different options for products that were within my price range. I cannot say enough amazing things about this visit. I would recommend Sydney to anyone looking for help with their dermatology needs! read more

I would give negative stars if possible. I made an appointment looking at ZocDoc reviews, but soon discovered you are only treated as a cash cow here. The doctors office reached out to me to ask my concerns, and said the doctor will only see you for 15 mins and can only address two concerns, if you have more than two, goto the emergency room instead! such absolute rude and disgusting behaviour from the office staff. And I was assured that this is a directive from the doctor herself. I requested multiple people on the staff to speak with the doctor directly but they refused that answer the doctor has the same direction, she has a very strict 15 minutes per patient timeline only. So no matter if the patient needs a couple more minutes on each to talk through some of the issues, this doctor will only take you for 15 minutes because then she wants to make money on the next patient or make extra money on a recent visit from you. Such doctors surely have their licences revoked, This callous behaviour puts a patient's health in jeopardy and it's clear that his doctor does not care about patient care at all, only about making the maximum amount of money in a particular day. Would never recommend to anyone, stay away from this practice and go see someone who actually gives You the time and attention that you need. read more

Patients beware!! Dr. Fishman was recommended to me by someone whom was treated by her. This individual whom suggested her suffers from acne and is still struggling. However, anyone suffering with acne will tell you the toll it takes on your self esteem. You are desperate to find a solution. My experience: All I will say is whatever she recommends do your own research. Do not blindly take her advice. She recommended I use Accutane for mild acne. This was our first visit and this drug has been voluntarily taken off the market. We spoke for less than 10 minutes and she did not ask to see photos or for me to remove my makeup. The side effects are so adverse they will have negative long term side effects on your liver, kidney, mental state and fertility!! Can you picture a medicine you put on your face having adverse effects on your fertility? To make matters even worse after further research this would not work to heal acne like the Dr. stated. After further research and visiting other medical professionals this does not work for hormonal acne. Worst advice EVER!! So glad I am wise enough to do my own research and get a second opinion. This office is all about money! They request your full credit card number to be listed. In the hands of strangers. Along with your social and other sensitive information. The treatment she suggested requires multiple in person visits requiring lab work and monthly co pays. It ensures you are coming back to her office for at least 6 months. Dr. Fishman, Dr. Karp, James the office manager and everyone else is outstanding. I have been to other dermatologists where it just feels like you are always being sold something to improve your skin. I have never had a bad experience here and their treatments are conservative and appropriate to reach your skin goals. I agree they could be a little more compassionate on the phone, but once you get there they are the most genuine, amazing and kind people. I go for my annual skin checks and recently had cancerous cells on my face. It was a rough experience but when I called because I was concerned they took me right away. I needed a dermatologist after coming to New York. And I looked them up online and used them because of the other reviews. First of all the woman who answers the phone is wonderful and lovely. They were very accommodating and sweet. I saw the other dermatologist on staff and she was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable even though we were burning small things off my body:). After over 10 years of visiting dermatologists for my skin troubles, I feel that I've really hit gold with finding Dr. Fishman. She is truly the best dermatologist I've ever been to. I lean towards holistic and natural alternatives to health whenever possible in addition to going to regular medical doctors. For example, I enjoy going to acupuncture when I can and I believe that eating right can heal most problems. After finding zero success with a few popular dermatologists on Yelp in Manhattan who insisted on using harsh products and prescriptions on my skin despite my feedback on how painful it was to use them, I decided to do my research on another dermatologist I could go to. I really liked Dr. Fishman's approach, because in addition to conventional prescriptions, she is open to complimentary holistic solutions as well. My first appointment with her, I described some of my skin issues (on again off again acne, some really bad eczema) and problems I ran into with my last dermatologist and the prescriptions I was using. She had a great bedside manner, and it was almost like I was talking to a friend. I never felt rushed, and she gave me a brand new routine to follow which was much more simple. She recommended new and safe products to use that I could purchase mostly over the counter in tandem with a prescription that was more gentle to my skin. Because I was open to it (which everyone should be if they are serious about curing their skin problems), she also suggested a probiotic and a fish oil supplement as well as cutting out dairy as much as possible. My skin in just a few appointments did a 180. In fact, I can't believe my skin looks this great these days. The problems I had dealt with for years are almost gone. She gives great insight no matter what my concerns with skin are - opinions on sunscreen, opinions on different skin care routines and whether it is overkill or not, opinions on facials and spas, opinions on starting anti-aging routines. She answers all of my concerns very honestly and with great care. Her staff is equally as amazing. They are all so friendly and cheerful, which is so un-like New York City. I've had to contact them sometimes to request paperwork for FSA documentation, and they are always quick to respond either by email or on the phone. It took a few months for me to book my first appointment with Dr. Fishman, but afterwards, it was easier to book subsequent follow up appointments with two week or one month follow ups. If you're in your research stage on finding a good dermatologist, her website is pretty great with various videos and articles of her speaking towards skin health. She offers a lot of skin health advice in various media outlets. Once I was randomly reading an article in Cosmo and I geeked out seeing Dr. Fishman's name in the article! I don't know where the 1-star reviews are coming from because my experiences are the complete opposite. I highly recommend Dr. Fishman and I'm happy that she's my go to person on all things relating to my skin. :) read more

If you are looking for an unprofessional and RUDE staff then this is the office for you. This was an absolutely terrible experience especially, James, the office manager. I was referred by my primary care physician to see Dr. Lily Clark. Dr. Clark was excellent however I will never return. Prior to the appointment, I gave all my insurance information over the phone. They stated they took our insurance therefore, my husband and I both had appointments. Had the office requested a photo of my card I would have sent it. Upon arrival, please keep in mind my husband took the day off from work, we are told they do not take our insurance. My husband calls Aetna and Aetna states to have the office manager fill out a form and they will reimburse us. Receptionist agress that can be done. After the receptionist takes our payment of about $500.00 and we are seen by the doctor, James -the office manager gives me a blank insurance form and says all I have to do is staple my receipt to the form and insurance will reimburse me. James absolutely refused to fill this form out because he stated "that's not his job", "insurance is wasting his time". Then WHY would you let me pay you and see the doctor if all you were going to do is give my a BLANK form?? This went on for a week and I gave up. Never have I had this experience with a doctor's office in all my years. This office is beyond unprofessional and extremely RUDE!! read more

Best Dermatologist. I was referred to Dr. Fishman by multiple friends of mine that are her clients. They all swore by Dr. Fishman & her skills in curing adult acne (ugh). I'm hooked- I've been with Dr.Fishman for over 4 years-my skin looks (mostly) clear. I would not let anyone touch my skin but her. Best bedside manor (like seeing a friend), always on time and listens to my concerns and gives me sound advice. I recently needed an cortisone injection for a cystic breakout but it didn't go away so I returned 3 weeks later to see Dr. Fishman for a 2nd injection- she did Not Charge for 2nd injection or visit. Anytime I need Dr.Fishman, I email her directly & she responds the same day! Love the friendly down to earth staff and immaculate office. Its always easy to get an appointment. read more

DR Fishman is a great dermatologist. She never tries to push products on you,you don't want or need which was my biggest pet peeve at other dermatologists office. Dr. Fishman is amazing! While I'm no longer in The area, I still order product and vitamins from her which are always promptly delivered. I followed her from another practice and can't help but to sing her praises. She takes her time and is very interested in knowing more about diet and lifestyle as so not to over prescribe harsh medicines. She is easy to talk to and genuinely caring about your whole body, an approach that is not often taken in health care or even in dermatology. I like Dr Fishman, and her new nurse(?)/assistant(?). I went in a year ago about a few cherry angiomas and other spots around my eyes I wanted to get check out. She let me know I didn't need to be concerned, both issues were normal and neither was harmful to my health. Since they were a cosmetic issue not a health issue my insurance wouldn't cover removal of any of them. Dr. Fishman told me her price for removal, which was lower then I had been quoted elsewhere (a previous dermatologist told me they would have to be lasered off, for $1000). I went back and had Dr. Fishman do the procedure, meant to write a positive yelp review, then went back recently to have another spot off. I like that Dr. Fishman helps me toe the line of feeling very natural but also like it's not wrong to want a spot I don't like gone. She carries the EltaMD skincare line (I was already in love with their SPF41 tinted face lotion before I started to see her) and her own line. I like that her retinol products include hylaronic(sp?) acid. They do run on a strict time table. which means you shouldn't be late getting there, but also you'll get out quickly. Dr. Fishman is truly a gem of a doctor. Even though she moved into her own practice and I started seeing another dermatologist, I still go back to her for second opinions and advice. She is highly competent, professional and passionate about her patients. She takes the time to talk to you about your condition and even offers alternative treatments that other doctors have scoffed at. She told me to start taking fish oil for my eczema and it worked wonders. She truly is holistic and not just symptom treater. She looks at the whole body picture and offers you advice on how to treat the condition long term instead of just using acute care medications. Truly in the highest eschelon of doctors! I will be recommending her to friends and will continue to see her as long and I (and she) are in the NYC area. read more

I could not disagree more with the reviews below. As a person Dr. Fishman is lovely, but I would not recommend her services for a few reasons: 1) I talked to her about a few red spots that she assured me were quick fixes with a few zaps of the laser. The laser removed the red spots, but left scabs behind which were much worse. Had I known, I never would have done it. Wish she had informed me better. 2) No contact with the doctor unless you make an appointment - thus a co-pay. I was never able to get on the phone with Dr. Fishman - even to leave a voicemail. All calls are fielded through the office first. 3) I was told by Dr. Fishman's office to re-order an expensive prescription, but when I got to my appointment the office manager told me I was NOT going to be treated because they changed policy - they no longer accepted my insurance so if I wanted the treatment I would have to "JUST pay out of pocket". Dr. Fishman never even came in to see me. Very politely, I told them I found it unfair to change policy mid-treatment. The office manager was so uncooperative, rude, and very catty. It seemed like he was irritated that I wasn't wealthy enough to "just pay out of pocket". He even complained about how hard his job was filing claims with insurance. I offered to help him and asked if there was anyway I could assist with the insurance claims. He said there was nothing I could do. Basically, the expensive prescription that THEY told me to order was now useless unless I paid them a fortune out of pocket. To make matters worse, my friend had the exact same situation and the office manager accepted her insurance, but told her next time she would have to pay out of pocket. I don't think thats very fair to pick and choose which patients were pardoned. I even asked him about the situation (mentioning my friend by name) and he said he didnt know what I was talking about. I waited three months to see Dr. Fishman because from the research I did she seemed like an amazing dermatologist. Three months is a long time to wait when you have acne breakouts scaring your skin. When I got to see her she examined me for 30 seconds, rushed through two drugs and one vitamin cocktail I could take and sped out the door. She was gone before I could discuss any of my concerns or ask any questions. I saw her for under 10 minutes and it cost me $300. read more

I love Dr. Fishman! I've been to two dermatologists before her, and I think she's the best. I like the fact that she leans towards natural, organic products (no parabens, no phthalates) and healthy living (get enough sleep) -- and that she sees the condition of one's skin as part of a whole. She's kind and thorough. I trust her. And everyone in the office is great and easygoing. PS: Her eye cream is AMAZING. read more

She was on Dr Oz show and has good credentials but her products SUCK. Do not buy it. She has great skin and suggested her products to me to address my concerns of dull skin. Trusting the doctor's suggestion I bought the retinal treatment ($60 for a shady looking homemade bottle) and it made my face flaky and peel off and red and irritated. It was very dry and flaky for at least a month. It was horrible. I went back to her and showed her what it did to my face and she didn't own up to her shitty products and give me my money back and instead suggested that maybe I should give it to my Mom. What? It's shitty stuff so I should give it to my mom - the woman who gave birth to me and gives me the best of everything and I should push shitty skin products on her? WTH? I thought that was very strange. She didn't help me with any of the skin concerns I had and told me I had unrealistic expectations for my skin and then referred me to another doctor. I don't think she is a confident doctor who knows what she is doing or talking about. I went to her twice and then didn't go back. She seems like a very money hungry, inexperienced doctor (each visit cost me a $300-$400 for about 8 mins of her time) and it didn't produce any results. I had better experience and results with Dr Lefkovits and Dr Landau (park ave/85th) - even though it is very much out of the way for me. read more

LOVE Dr. Fishman. Can't recommend her highly enough! You do need to make appointments in advance, especially if you are a new patient - but that's because she is in demand. Because she's awesome. The office staff is also great about trying to find a time for me even on short notice, if an issue arises. She answers any questions via email, and very quickly. I've never had to wait long, she's always incredibly patient and takes the time to answer any and all questions, and I love that she takes a more holistic approach whenever it makes sense! For those complaining that her product line comes in a shady looking container?? Well...it is a homemade line, so maybe it doesn't look as slick as some products - but it is very well priced and most importantly, made without toxins and preservatives...and I have seen fantastic results from her "Must Have" cream. She seems friendly at first, but like other reviewers on here, I felt like she rushed through our appointments and wanted me out the door as quickly as possible. She made it clear that Accutane was her top recommendation, and when I had questions about other products, she just told me to buy stuff off Amazon or more over-counter-stuff (which I already know does not work on my skin). I had to tell her what I wanted a prescription for (topical benzoyl), and even then she didn't tell me how/when to use it. Overall I did not feel like she gave my skin a thorough diagnosis. I'll have to find a better derm elsewhere. read more

I just raced to a dermatogist apt that look me 8 weeks to get only to find out that they don't accept my insurance- But their office ask for the info when I made the appointment and called numerous times to remind me of their militant rules, made me scan my insurance card and fill out all the paperwork in advance. My visit today was one of the best I've ever had in the past 4 years at a derm! Over the past few years I have gone through 5 derms! Sadly, my primary derm had passed away and since then I have experienced the worst demrs ever-UNTIL NOW! None in the past were as passionate and enthusiastic as Dr. Fishman. I appreciate her sincerity and care! I have been miserable with my eczema being flared up, which I have not had for over 10 years, for the past 2 months! Just within the past month I have had 2 apts. with another derm and I would leave the office not feeling taken care of, the worst feeling ever! Not to mention I am extremely paranoid about my health and Dr. Fishman definitely made me feel comforted and constantly reassured that I would be ok. I appreciate this the most from a Dr. ! If considering booking an appointment, DO IT! You will not leave her practice the way I did over my past 5 derms! LOVE HER! Happy that I have found a new primary derm! read more

I wish i had her 3 years ago! i have been suffering from adult acne flare ups for awhile. I made an appt with her and I am so glad I did. I told her i wanted perfect skin for my wedding summer 2014 and we made a plan to make that happen! so far my skin is glowing and perfect!
