Other times it's more legitimate concerns, often they're not helpful or their minimum wage.And it's just a job to get by. But not these two guys this morning. Fourth of july , i've got a flat tire , and it's simple enough to be plugged. I know they can't actually help me and touch my car liability issues and all that, but I'll be darned if these guys didn't help me me more than most aaa tow truck drivers. Yeah , they didn't change my tire , but they helped me with everything I needed to get it done quickly and checked up on me while I was doing it. It sucks to work holidays , but these guys were in a great mood and made everyone coming in that store smile and laugh. Also a clear bulb from the socket that the orange bulb replaced. The orange bulb didn't seem to fit. Found the item in question. An customer service rep. was present. She went to the storage room to get me package #7440A with clear bulbs within. 2 different bulbs just for brakes...the clear bulbs were 50% more. Not surprising it wasn't stocked in front. The clear bulb fitted perfectly. For whatever reason, the left turn signal kept flashing quickly... At least the bulb was a right fit.

I had to swap out the battery on my wife's Toyota Camry over the weekend and had an extremely…read moredifficult time as I lacked a rachet set at home. While most cars, including my Lexus, has bolts that are easily removed with simply a wrench, Toyota decided they needed to put two different sized bolts to secure the battery in place (a 10mm for the terminal, and a 12mm for the battery frame). And to top it off, the battery frame does not have crossbars that are easily accessible. Instead, you have to finagle a socket extender in between an incredibly small, tight space that only a small child's hand would ever be able to wiggle through. Needless to say, without the proper tools, I could not do this job myself. I called AutoZone and asked if they would be able to assist me despite the fact that I purchased the battery elsewhere, and the person on the phone stated that it would not be a problem. Although this turned out to NOT be the case per their policy when I arrived, Douglas still volunteered to replace the battery for me when I discovered their tools that they lend to customers lacked a socket extender of the proper size. Although the total job took about 20mins due to the poor design employed by Toyota engineers, Douglas still generously assisted with this replacement without any complaints. I really appreciate this outstanding level of service and will definitely go out of my way to this AutoZone for all my auto parts needs!

I called in and he said, "oh yeah. It'll be in I'll give you a call once it gets here." I followed up again a few days later and they still didn't have it.
