It needed a new camshaft and we went with a Non-OEM camshaft. As it turns out, Jabob had to do the work twice becasue the non-OEM camshaft was not manufactured correctly. You would expect that the new part would be manufactured correctly - but there were visibile differences when compared side to side. Jacob spent a lot of time before diagnosing that the replacement camshaft was bad and I was not charged anything extra.

They quoted me about $400+ including tax for a new tire/installation. They said that was the going rate for the tire I needed. I researched the cost of the tire and Discount Tire cost was in the mid $300 range. I took my car there, I was prepared to pay for a new tire. But when Discount Tire checked it out, they were honest and told me that my tire was totally repairable and they would repair it for no charge. Honestly, is always the best policy; instead of certain industry practiced by some companies. Now guess where I'll take all my tire business?

I would not recommend this auto shop. I dropped my vehicle off for an assessment because my car was…read moremaking an unknown noise/sound. I received a call with a diagnostic update on the noise, and they assured me that they had identified the source. So, I instructed them to move forward with their professional recommendations in an effort to rectify the noise. Two days later, I received a call, and I was informed that everything suggested had been fixed, but upon a test drive a slight noise was still noted. So, then I was asked if I could leave my car there until Monday for further assessment. Monday, I received a call indicating that what they had previously fixed was not the actual source of the noise, so several additional repairs were recommended. Long story short, my car is now making a louder noise and appears to be in worse condition than it was before I took it this place. Furthermore, the owner was rather nonchalant regarding my concerns, and his only suggestion was to spend more money to fix additional things. Took, my vehicle to obtain a second opinion and the mechanic was instantly able to identify the source. So, this leads me to believe that initially they lied about the source of the noise, so they could get more money.
