My best friend recommended D&M Leasing and I trust her, but this was the worst buying experience I have ever had. First, my card was chard twice for the $200. Now they can't refund the $200 for the car I did not get. I asked to see the car and test drive the car got excuses. After 1 one week of asking for it money back. I put a cash down payment down, and DocuSign'd lease paperwork on a car the Wednesday before thanksgiving. The car was to be delivered that following Monday morning. I got a call from Dean (salesman) that Monday at 9a saying the car was in make ready. Then radio silence... at 5p he called and told me the GM of the lot they bought it from sold the car to his daughter on the Tuesday before I gave them a down payment and signed for a lease. I even got a credit monitoring notice saying "congrats on your new car" 2 days later.... the same thing happened. The car I thought I bought was sold to someone else. This is now almost 3 wks later, and they still have my down payment. And I still don't have the car they've promised. The salesman is never in his office, and will only text me. The GM won't call me back. This would've been the fourth car I had purchased from them.... but I'll never make that mistake again. read more

We are being run through an endless loop of miscommunications and/or pitiful customer service with D&M. I will never recommend their leasing services to anyone again. As a two-time leasing customer of theirs, it is clear at this point that they only constructively respond to needs that directly and immediately benefit sales. In moving to another state, in order to drive the car legally in the new state (or even sell the vehicle), we are in the must-do process of buying the vehicle. Of course, the purchase ultimately does not benefit D&M so it seems apparent that positive service is not in their interest now. Made me take a assessment test which took an hour, on my third interview, the manager was out to lunch when I had an appointment. I had to wait an hour. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY! They are the worst! My husband had a rental car from them and since we were moving out of state we returned the car along with a check for the difference of what was left on our loan for the payoff amount. THEY NEVER GAVE THE CHECK TO OUR LENDER!!!!!!! They have been sitting on our check for over a month and our lender keeps calling us asking why we haven't made a payment. I have purchased several cars over the years. I've had car salesman use all of their tactics to get me to purchase a car from them, even when I tell them my budget, they pick something more expensive, hoping I will love it enough to over pay and maybe spend over my budget. Once they get you in their web, you could be at the dealership for HOURS only to leave with nothing. I absolutely dread going to dealerships. My husband and I were driving and looking at the Nissan Armada on Sunday afternoon and someone still managed to stop us. We told him we were wanting a 2022 Nissan Armada Platinum, we just wanted to look at it and see how it looked on the inside. He told us there was not one Platinum in a 500 mile radius. Steve Ealy found us the exact car we were wanting. When one dealership said one thing, Steve did the opposite and found what we wanted. All the paperwork and credit checks, banking, is all done online. We never left our house. It was super easy. They even delivered our car to our home! This is the second car we have purchased with Steve and we will never go anywhere else! It's also nice to get the car you want without dealing with an annoying salesman who only cares about the sell. Steve made us feel like we were important, like he cared for us, we were not just a paycheck. I highly recommend D&M Leasing. I am reading the reviews and they are the same as what I have experienced. Looking to trade my current lease car and purchase a new one at a dealership. For the last year I have been told by my rep Matt D in Houston, "it is not time to trade out". When I leased the car, I was told by that rep I would probably be trading out in about 1-1/2 years. I just started my 4th year. I informed the rep several times, I drive 20K-25K a year. She put my mileage at 15K a year. Matt D has informed my several times I will not pay any overage on mileage. Trust me, I will hold him to his words if this happens. Basically I have been upside down in this vehicle the entire time. UPDATED REVIEW: Matt D came through with flying colors. Purchased a cherry of a car from D&M last week. Everything went smooth with no issues. Matt has been on the up and up since taking over my account. He made me a new believer in D&M. Although due to the miles I drive, I won't be leasing again, but will not hesitate to purchase another vehicle through them. read more

" This was my first experience with Wallace, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is professional,attentive,personal, and genuinely a nice person to work with. Asking to run your credit within the initial first 5 minutes of speaking to them is very alarming. I haven't even seen pictures or options of the cars I told them I was interested in. I obviously declined to have credit ran until I am ready to moved forward and make a deal. He also seemed frustrated that I asked for a ball park monthly estimate when it is pretty easy to provide some sort of estimate based off the cost of the car length and miles of the lease etc... The gentleman I was working with was nice but I still haven't decided if I am going to work with them or not. So far not a good look and a lot of bad reviews. Do not let them run your credit right off the bat unless you know you are going to be doing business with them. This is not right. read more

I just started a buying process with D&M yesterday. I gave them everything they needed to begin. I was very open and honest. I stated I was married in the initial consult. This morning, they called me seeking my wife's credit information. I declined to provide it - they have everything they need, and I will not co-sign on a vehicle. I've already talked with them during my workday today. They've attempted to call again since. D&M, if you want to earn my business, be respectful as I have asked you to be in the initial interest email. Pestering me at work will not earn my business. My husband and I leased a 2014 Honda CRV in May. Immediately, these are the problems we immediately saw with the car the week we leased it. 1) 2 bawled tires 2) bad brakes 3)Too much freon was put in the A/C (by them) so the compressor blew...no A/C 4) the battery was bad so it just died intermediately 5) went to get an oil change and was told the oil AND the air filter hadn't been changed since the car was manufactured 5) JUST before we signed the lease, I asked him what the monthly lease price was again just to make sure. The lease price, just before we signed, was hiked up over $100. If I wouldn't have asked, I wouldn't have known. 6) we drove around for a month on expired tags because they couldn't provide the paperwork needed to get the TAGS We contacted the man that leased the car to us and was told the only thing they would do was give us $2000 towards paying the lease off towards a new lease. We just wanted to exchange this car for another. They refused. They leased us a lemon and won't do ANYTHING to resolve THEIR mistake. read more

The salesperson that called me in regards to my potential lease of a 2015 Acura MDX was helpful...up until the point where they would not even give me a preliminary quote until I gave them my social security number so they could pull my credit. No way. I'm sorry, but every dealership in the DFW area has been able to at least give me a preliminary quote without a credit pull. My experience with D&M Auto Leasing is nothing like the advertised radio commercial experience. My salesperson flat out lied about services provided like "free service pickup at your office" and final lease price. When I was expecting a call back I never got one after a few weeks of my lease when I had a warranty problem. When I call the main number the only person who seems helpful is Melissa. When I called last Wednesday I had to call back three times to get a payoff number, and I still don't have it. When I finally received a call back today (one full week after my first call) from Troy it sounding like he was doing me a favor by calling back. I would have been better off going straight to a dealer and working with them. Don't use this service, I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I wish that I could give them a ZERO !! I was flat our LIED to by D&M leasing !! We were in the market for a BMW 3 series. We contacted the agent, he found us a car and told us that we would get $3,500 off on the car, and he would give me $29,000 for my trade, which is about what I owed on it. The Agent told us, that we could trade the car in 2 years ( LIE ), as everything else he told us was a LIE !!! The agent takes the paperwork to my wife, she signs it, and he then drives the car to me. I ask him for a copy of the paperwork, and he said that my wife had it, because I wanted to review it. The process was supposed to be, bring me the car, and the paperwork, and if I agree, then take it to my wife to sign, and take my trade with him. However, he reversed it, and had her sign, then bring me the car. When I get home, I ask my wife for the copy of the contract , which she did not have. She only had paperwork, that really meant nothing. With both of us being busy, we forgot to call and ask for our contract. 30 days later, we get a bill from Texas Trust Credit Union, and the payoff on my car is over $45,000 !!! I called the agent and asked for copies, and he stated he would email me...This has been going on for almost 2 years, until today, we finally get someone to email us the contract.. Now, I see why he did not want me to review the paperwork !!! He marked the car up $1000 over MSRP, and devalued my trade by $3,000, which put me at an adjusted cap cost of over $46,000 !! This deal, I would have never agreed to !!! The agent knew that, which is why he went around me, and went to my wife first !! I've not only emailed this agent for almost 2 years, but facebooked though instant message, and for 2 years, he's said that he would send my papers, and for 2 years, he hasn't. The Ethics of the company are poor !!! We are not buried $16,000 in this lease thanks to the agents untruthfulness, and lies !!! At $3,500 off and braking even on my trade, AS I WAS TOLD, I would still be around $5,000 upside down on a lease, which I understand, but I do NOT and will NOT ever understand blatant LIES !!!! Leasing is designed to have a person trade every 2-3 years, not bury them in it for life!! Also,, may I add, that in an email conversation with the Agent, he told me that I should have kept my trade and not bought the new car !!!! Just got finished wrapping up, working with Kevin Young @ D&M. I ended up really upside down on a car I purchased 18 months ago. It was BAD! Bad decision on my part, horrible interest rate and not the car that I really desired in the first place. After listening to 1310 The Ticket for a number of years, I always hear the Musers in the morning talking about how great D&M is. Sure- I know it's a "bit" and that they are paid to do advertising. However, after calling them, I have nothing but respect for this company. Kevin Young responded to my online request immedietely, asked all the right questions, listened to my situation and started working for me ASAP. Within 24 hours, he had found the exact type of car I needed to get me OUT of my bad situation. I now have a GREAT outlook on my car situation. A few years from now, I will have a vehicle that will hold the depreciation value steady so I won't lose my ass on a next vehicle. Also, my payments were held about the same WITH a BETTER interest rate. That was the awesome part for me. In conclusion- better car, better interest rate and better customer service. I have my sales person's email, cell phone and he has been super responsive on all my unusual requests. They sell junk cars. Buyer beware. When you need to get ahold of these people they never answer but are on the spot if they need to sell you a car. My dad referred someone and never got a referral bonus. I am searching for a new car myself but will not go through d and m. They sold my brother a car that's fairly new and is already having issues. They sold my dad a car and the transmission went out within a year and ended up having to fork out another down payment on yet another car and guess what? It already has a recall on it. She's fantastic about giving you the reality of your situation both good and bad with regards to positive Or negative equity . She's incredibly good to deal with as she lays out your options both good and bad and let's you choose . One thing I really like a lot about Marie is her huge network of dealers she works with and how quickly she can get you numbers on any car you want to look at .... all without ever going to a dealership and wasting hours and days of your life ! I have never had a better experience with leasing or buying a car than I've had with D&M Auto Leasing. And that goes for their customer service and value. I worked with Tony Jimenez and was amazed at the way he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. I saw a very negative review on here saying that the sales person was hard to get in touch with after the sale; I don't know who that person worked with but I can tell you it wasn't Tony! He responds immediately every time I call or email him and is always extremely helpful. I came from a really bad deal with another company that charged me an insane interest rate and I'm so happy with D&M Auto Leasing and Tony Jimenez that I want to spread the word about them and him as much as I can. I've already recommended them to all my friends, family, and co-workers. I convinced Tony to offer people a $75 gas card at the signing of a lease or sale, because he's treated me better than any dealer ever has and I want to send him all the business I can for that, and I don't want people to have to deal with companies like the one I came from. Just tell Tony that Taylor sent you and mention the gas card. You won't regret it, they are an amazing company and Tony Jimenez is as far from your car salesman stereotype you can get! read more

I started the process of looking at a lease through D&M. I got hit with a flurry of emails and phone calls beginning about an hour later. It was a bit like the muggle version of the Harry Potter mail scenes. I gave the same message to a sales rep, some sort of coordinator, and two people identifying as managers: I'm going to need to communicate mostly by email or through scheduled call if you really want to talk to me and please pick a single person to contact me, rather than the slew I've had reach out so far. Never heard from them again. I heard great things, but I asked for something simple and D&M sort of failed on all fronts. I had to delay my new car deal by a few months, but given what I saw I don't know that D&M will be on my list of considerations. read more

We went to D & M Leasing looking to get a car and found their program that was a lease to buy. The option seemed good because we live outside of Dallas and travel to and from work and the city. So being locked into only a certain amount of miles per years was not in the cards for us. But the salesperson assured us that because we were going to buy the car that the miles would not matter. What apparently they neglect in telling you is that if you happen to get into an accident and the vehicle is totaled their gap insurance will take any miles over the "limit" even if you were buying the car use that as a reason to not pay for the gap in an insurance payout. Do yourself a favor and get your own gap insurance... read more
