Wow!! If you're missing Hawaii this place tricked my taste buds into thinking I was back there! The Loco Moco is full of flavor! The gravy is amazing and makes your taste buds dance! The noodles are delicious as well especially with that pink sauce. The only thing that was good at this place was the sweet girl who took our order. I ordered the moco loco. Rice was like a moco, hamburger patty was as hard as a hockey puck, gravy was salty brown mess, egg had shells. My bf got the steak and chicken combo. The chicken was as dry as sawdust, the steak was cooked to the point of beef jerky, fried rice was bland. We also ordered fried tofu which was grilled and gross had some sort of seasoning that was spicy but tasted awful. We both ordered tea drinks that must have been made with dishwater. The whole thing was over$50. So bad!!! This was supposed to be our anniversary dinner at home in front of basketball game. We are now in the drive thru of McDonald's. Sigh! This place takes way too long to make the food/drinks. I called my order in and they said it would take 30 mins. I get there 30 mins later and my iced tea isn't even made. The only girl running the place then continued to take order from literally every person in line and then made my drink. Why should I have to wait that long to get a drink I ordered more than 40 mins ago? I also ordered popcorn chicken and wanted it spicy. Like the concept and food but had a very bad experience today. Ordered for take out and asked for no mushroom due to an allergy. I trusted them when I picked up my order and didn't check, when i got home saw a load of mushroom which was all marinating in the same box which means I can't eat any of it now. I called them to let them know and see if they could fix it but the owner answered and he basically said it's not missing things it just has extra things so you're fine we only fix it if it's missing things so we're not going to do anything for you. Very disappointed with how they handled this, they're lucky I didn't start picking at it without paying attention and get an allergic reaction. The lack of concern is sad, I won't be back. read more

I am so happy this place exists! I dragged my husband to take me today and we were not disappointed. I had #11 with chicken, steak, and shrimp. Comes with veggies and rice or upgrade for fried rice for $1.99 more. I love this kind of food, and now I get to enjoy it without having to wait 2 hours or more for it. It's affordable and the portions are extremely generous. I do have a request for the ginger sauce or something more flavorful then their pinkish sauce. Other than that I was very content with my experience. Two thumbs up! read more

Healthy good tasting food. 2. Very large portion. 3. Good value for the money. Below are the reason why I only give them 4 star instead of 5. 1.The hibachi steak was over cooked so very chewy. 2. Lots of burnt carrot in my food meaning they didn't clean the grill well before cooking mine. 3. The owner gave me the food to go did not include any utensils or napkins. 4. Huge portion of white rice but like most restaurants these are the cheap ones still not very soft and fluffy. I rather have quality rice, smaller portion so I won't gain weight. Someone mentioned a "lanky gay guy" in another review... and not only is that person rude, but he also has horrible judgement because that hard working young man was so helpful in my extremely specific order for bubble tea. And he executed it perfectly! I wanted it partially sweet with a specific amount of boba... I bet if I said "I want exactly 137 boba pearls", he would have counted out each one individually. Today my friend & I ordered hibachi, the cashier Informed us we could only order the chicken hibachi as a kid size, we ordered two since regular size wasn't available. Furthermore when we tried to understand why the size did not vary the cashier was rude & kept saying "kids size only". After our order we asked for teriyaki on the chicken but the cashier said "only on kids meal" which is ridiculous ONLY ON KIDS MEALS????? So we asked for sides of teriyaki & yum yum sauce. Once we picked it up , the other cashier was unable to identify our order, is there no organization for orders???? Why wasn't our name on the ticket for easy identification???? Ridiculous!! Anyway we asked if the sauces were in the bag & AGAIN THE CASHIER SAID THE TERIYAKI SAUCE IS ONLY FOR KIDS MEALS & she was unable to give a side. We had 3 plates- steak/chicken, steak/shrimp and veggie delight- and all were delicious, super fresh and great quality. The price is super reasonable, considering all of the above. I've always loved this place but last Friday I went here and was excited to take some friends there probably would have been a $200 order we called from 6:45pm to 7:15 to place a phone order and the phone continues to give the a busy signal. We arrive around. 7:30pm and by the time the cashier finished with the customer before me he then told us they stop their orders at 7;45pm I was very upset and explained we had been calling and we were there before that time . The cashier was rude told us they didn't pick up the phone because they were busy . Then the owner came saw the cashier being rude and did nothing . Senerio: I ordered from them on 4th by the Ontario mills not knowing it was gonna close soon, they charged me extra 3.99 for noodles and they didn't have any I asked for double rice no onion. Get home food wasn't right so I called and called and no answer. The next day I call and tell the person who answers what happenand she asks to bring the food back. I explained to her that it was from last night I don't have the food you guys didn't answer and I wasn't able to speak with someone but I have my receipt she then said if I don't have the food it's nothing she can do and I'm like lady it's the next day and you were closed I didn't know I had to save the food it is covid and most restaurants aren't taking the food back due to sanitization I never thought they wanted the food back so I just kept the receipt. She was very rude and was screaming and yelling and didn't help me at all. I'll never order from here again $43.00 down the drain. I'll give them no stars read more

We just tried this place last night and it was so good! We love teppanyaki but hate the "cheese factor" of the normal sit-down restaurants. This is the best solution. The BF and I both ordered the steak, chicken, and shrimp with fried rice and it was all perfection. The portions were huge and we could barely finish.
