We've had multiple times sitting outside in the Arizona heat where it takes 15-20 minutes just to get water to the table, and you start wondering if you should go up to the bar yourself to get things moving. Once service gets going everything is fine, but getting that first round of attention can take longer than it should for how often this place fills up. Even with that, we keep coming back. The food is consistent, the atmosphere is great, and the plaza has a real sense of community that makes it easy to hang out there for a while. The staff and locals were very friendly, offering up advise on local beers and how well they pair with food. No one should be allowed to draw on the stall after they are standing outside, I don't care what is wrong with you! God bless these surly patriots for how they protect their American bart patrons. We shared the albacore tuna samich on focaccia and the best chips with a chefs charcuterie board! I did not want to leave! What a great deal! We were full for the rest of the day!!! There were a few other people at the bar and a few of the booths were taken. We were certainly able to carry our conversation as well as chat with folks around us!
