We received our drinks and were asked to pull forward, but ended up waiting over 13 minutes for our food. During that time, there weren't any other cars in the drive-thru, so the long wait was confusing. I understand that delays can happen, but it would have been nice to receive an update or explanation while we were waiting. Hopefully, they can improve their drive thru service and communication in the future.
