Friendly Staff, Tasty Food, Good Drinks, and Fun Games. I've always loved to go to Dave and Buster's for some arcade fun! This location in particular has better food than other locations that i've been to. Their food is pretty well-seasoned and they do come in big portions so it's great to share with friends and family. I do think some of the dishes are a bit too greasy and aren't exactly kind on your heart but hey they're bar food, so really, healthy are not expected on their jobs' description. Their drinks are just delicious. Either it's a cocktail or a craft beer, it's enjoyable and has good price! I always come on Wednesday for their half-off game deals and putting only $20 on your card is enough to cover most of the games there. They have a wide selection of old and new games. Every time I come here I leave disappointed. This time we arrived at 9:30 with intention to eat and play (curfew is usually at 11pm), only to be told by someone who appeared to be the manager that our daughter would have to leave in 30 minutes, however we should spend as much money as we can to play with her in 30 minutes beforehand. When I asked if we'd then be able to sit and eat with her afterwards he said "no". When I said to him but we'll still be hungry, he said " you should still get your play in" So in essence "come spend money until we kick your hungry child out " She felt terrible and unwanted, her father was fuming and I was disgusted. Verdict: Buster brought his game and we ate well. Could've been Buster & Daves but for a coin toss. Dave's side brings the games but I'd say the food stood out at the VIP night. They treated us well and we appreciate the warm welcome. While a touch salty, the beef was pretty good and you could cut it with a fork. (Good thing too because that's what we had.) The shrimp skewers were nicely seasoned too. I'd say that sll of the food was worth getting. Kudos for having some beers that aren't the normal big guys. The big TVs, the bar, and the food will keep this place going by themselves. We haven't been to Dave and Busters in years, so we had a few old cards (with chips and tickets on them) and were unfamiliar with the current rewards/app system. Seated at the bar, it seemed the bartender was intentionally avoiding the topic of rewards. The refusal to directly answer questions topped with deflecting and vague/incorrect* answers led us to believe she had something to lose if she informed us about the rewards system or allowed us to use it. We wondered if she was disincentivized by management to help customers or something. *I say incorrect because we ended up googling it; even when we told her what to do with our phone number she tried to avoid using it to give us our rewards. Additionally, we checked the status of our older cards at Daveandbusters.com as well as loaded them onto the app. We used one to play a game a couple of times. But when we wanted to cash in the tickets we were told they were "inactive". When we asked what that meant, the employee indicated she didn't know. First told half hour wait, turned into 2 hour wait. The food is subpar for what you're paying and I don't think anyone in our party of 10 loved their dishes. I got the chicken and waffle sliders and the chicken was dry and tasted like it had been frozen then poorly thawed and the waffles were so hard they hurt my mouth. The two stars are for the appetizers... which were good. The bar staff are ostensibly blind, which is the only excuse acceptable to have slow service when two bartenders can't handle a total of ten seats...Sadly, the one we had was also incompetent... seeing they had Guinness and cider on tap, I asked for a Half and half with cider... the 'bartender' didn't know to use a spoon to pour a half and half, and brought it to me mixed... When I complained to the manager, who was nearby handling another patron's complaint, he suggested it was non productive to call the bar tender 'stupid'. Perhaps he is correct, but maybe it's his fault for hiring/keeping incompetent staff members when good talent is readily available. read more

Been to a number of Dave and Busters my first time to this one. Went to the game bar to have a beer while waiting for my wife while she shopped. Received very good service at the game bar. My wife arrived so we went to the dining room for dinner. Waited at the hostess counter for 2 minutes while 4 people behind the counter did not acknowledge us. Final one of the told us they would be with us in a moment. Waited another minute and finally one of them escorted us to the dining room and offered us a table. I asked if we could be seated in a booth. The dining room was maybe at 20% capacity with booths open throughout the room. Our escort left us to check and came back to tell us no, there are no booth's available!? We declined, left and will never be back. There are many much better Dave and Busters out there. Don't waste your time with this one, I won't. 2/15 - Received a lame response from D&B Gust Relations: "In response to your email, I communicated your concerns to the General Manager. Due to the pandemic we unfortunately have been dealing with staffing issues and although it is not an excuse it may offer some more insight on why there was no more booth seating available. There may just not have been enough server coverage." This response only side steps my experience/issue at this location; bad management. Even if there is a staffing problem here and pandemic issues to abide by there was no reason for my negative experience. Before anyone reads too far into this and thinks it's the fault of UberEats, please read the entirety of this review before jumping down my throat: This is the fault of D&B as a whole. Yes, I ordered through UberEats. I was watching the tracking the entire time. He was quick to get to D&B, wasn't there long, and got to my house quickly. Everything was less than 30 minutes. I opened the bag (that was stapled shut), and I was missing a side of ranch and a side of their "hot!" Sauce. Alright fine. I noticed that the fries on top were in an open carton and not in any sort of closed container. This worried me into thinking it would be cold. Indeed it was cold. I tried a wing and they were cold as well. I called D&B and a guy with a flamboyant voice answered. For some reason they always tend to catch an attitude easier than most and gave me a too bad attitude when I stated my problems. I started by asking if they are the location where take out and delivery has a kitchen named Wings Out. He didn't answer the question, he just skipped ahead to (think flamboyant attitude in your head) "well, we have kitchens with several different names". I said that I was missing a side of ranch and a side of hot. My food was also cold. When I said this, he put all the blame on the driver. As if the driver is the one of put the open carton of fries and the wings in there and then stapled the bag. He told me I needed to contact UberEats and that there was nothing he could do for me. He never even apologized. I wouldn't have left this review if I didn't catch an attitude with that guy. He's the sole reason D&B is getting 1 star. No apology, putting all the blame on the driver, and knows something is wrong which is why he's not telling me the name of the kitchen. The kitchen staff themselves need to change something around with making sure orders stay warm. I've done it and know how it's done. They also need to double check orders before bagging things up. Went once just for games, once for lunch. Overpriced bar food, extremely inattentive server who seemed like she didn't want to be there. My seltzer (no alcohol, just carbonated water) was rung in as a tonic and cost me almost $3. Food was decent but not worth the price at all. It is also SUPER loud, even at lunchtime, and although they have a good number of TVs I can't imagine trying to watch a game here. One of the TVs was still set to TNT and therefore we watched Supernatural over lunch--no one changed it after the basketball game the night prior and/or they don't know how autotune works. Game-wise, they have a neat selection of stuff you might not have seen if you're not a big arcade person/haven't been to one in a while. It's pretty much all redemption games that cost a lot and pay out just a little--you have to scout out the games to play if you're looking to actually win decent prizes in the "winner's circle". Prizes fit into three categories: D&B "swag", kids toys, and then good-ish stuff you'd be better off buying somewhere else in the mall. There was nothing that made me say "Wow, I want to come back and earn more points so I can get THAT thing". So let's be honest here. It all comes down to logistics. When you have to wait two hours for a table on a Friday night, the food better be amazing. It's mediocre--at best. At worst, it's Sam's Club purchased replacement because the kitchen ran out of their normally purchased items. You can tell the difference between gourmet and garbage, and the food just isn't worth it. There are a few good servers and a few good bartenders, but overall--the service sucks. They're slow, whiny, and rude, and the management staff DOESN'T LISTEN. Or maybe they just don't care. Either way, it most definitely shows. The arcade is another story altogether. The games are great--although maybe not always fairly priced. The techs that help keep the games running are mostly awesome. Super helpful whenever You need anything. The prize section has your typical stock of stuffed toys and cheap stuff that you really don't need, but they have a fair section of glassware, and even gaming consoles and higher end items like iPads for those that have really challenged themselves (and spent more than enough to cover the cost of the actual item--let's be fair, it's the name of the game with these places). Dave & busters is really my go to place whenever we are bored and the weather isn't very friendly. This Dave & busters had a great selection of games and prizes. Even though there were a lot of people, it didn't seem crowded. It also seems at this Dave and busters, the coin machines are very easy to win. We easily won over 600 tickets just on the coin drop machines. Came here on a Friday night during the winter months so it was insanely busy! The wait for food was 45-60 minutes so we grabbed a beer at the bar first. We were seated in about 35 minutes so that was unexpected. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. We ordered an appetizer and dinner. The appetizer arrived about 5 minutes before the dinner which is always the WORST. Especially because after we were seated it was like 30 minutes until we even saw the appetizer. They were just really busy. All the food we had was really good and plentiful. I was honestly surprised by the quality of food here. After dinner it was time to GAME! I purchased a card and loaded it with some tokens. Tons of different games to play - some you have to wait for and come back but overall we got to play everything we wanted. Tip: the games with green swipe machines give tickets and the blue swipe machines don't! So if you're looking to cash in on some cool prizes, definitely do more green games! read more

This is one of the newest locations of Dave and Busters and lucky for us, in our area. We've been frequent fliers to D&B when we're down at our vacation homes in Myrtle beach and Orlando and we always have a great time and pretty much have put other arcades on the back burner. The food here is eh...nothing to write home about or crave but not horrible either. The appetizers are definitely the way to go. The entrees seem pretty pricey and so far haven't impressed me though they do run specials for an entree and a play card for one amount and that is a good deal if you're planning on buying chips. Sign up for their rewards program and you'll get offers for free chips (which you can redeem any time on the app or in person) and you'll also earn free chips as a rewards member. They have a full bar here like all of the other Dave and busters and their drinks are fun and reasonably priced. Even better is their happy hour. (Daily I believe from 4:30-7) where drinks are pretty much half price. Can't beat that!! They also have food specials during that time but that changes from time to time. Right now it's 6 appetizers for $5 each. The only thing is you can only do this in the bar area. However bar tables count. Wednesday's are half price games and this really makes it a good value. We save our tickets (which are stored on your power card) so that we can redeem for better items (video games etc). But overall the way they do it is nice. You just go to the "store" pick your item, and "pay" with your power card. Easy peasy! This location has a great photo mural of our area. I love that! read more

I've been to Dave & Busters before, just in different states. Ive always liked them. Came here with three friends expecting to have a good adult time... walked in and it was like Chuckie Cheeses. Kids were littering the entire place and there was a 2 hour wait time. I thought the whole point of this place was to have fun for adults, instead we might have well just went to Chuckie Cheeses and had the same experience. Came here around 6:30 with two teenagers (16 and 14) two days after it opened. It was obviously very crowded, but it didn't feel overwhelming because it's so big. We went to the hostess stand where we were advised there was a 20 minute wait. They took my phone number and texted me when our table was ready. In the meantime, I bought the teens play cards and set them loose. I have to say, I expected to go there and get gouged for everything, but I was pleasantly surprised. For $25 each, I got both kids play cards with 135 "coins" on them. Since each game is between 3 and 12 coins, I didn't think that was too bad. And on Wednesday, games are half price. Food prices are reasonable too. The food isn't anything memorable, but it was pretty good. Service was also good, without many of the hitches you see in a new opening. Pros- wait staff was incredible. Constantly checking on us, giving us updates, etc. Very pleased in that aspect. Food was awesome. Rarely do we get that quality of food in a chain restaurant. You can hear the bells and whistles from the parking lot, you know approaching this place, it is a zoo. Open the doors and I was immediately taken aback with the flurry of activity just right at the door! - This place was crazy. Kids running everywhere, little children, yelling, babies, strollers parents, video games, music and TV's - everywhere, that was my first impression. My first reaction was to just leave - because there was a considerable line to get into this goat rodeo and I just wasn't up to it. We were told we could sit at the bar, and did appreciate that, we did need to get rid of these gift cards we received at Christmas. The drinks weren't good, the Bloody Mary was bitter and the strawberry daiquiri was weak and watered down. I switched to beer and my date just had water after that. The food was actually pretty good. I have to say, I had the tacos and they were nice, the chips tasted fresh made - my girlfriends steak she said she loved. The service was good and everyone was friendly - so that was good too. You seriously can't turn your head without having 18 big screen TV's in your field of vision, I did a 360 degree assessment and this was my conclusion - that was a bit overwhelming. This place is like a Chucky Cheese on acid and steroids with a bar. I get it - kids of all ages will love this place, from age 2 to 92 - if you love electronic/arcade games, food and drinks this place rocks. Enjoyed the VIP pre-opening event that D&B put on. Every invitee received free buffet food, two free drinks, and a free $10 game card. Additionally most arcade games were free for the night, so the $10 went a long way. The only gripe we had was how many people were actually invited to (and attended) the event - the place was packed! Plenty of TVs locates throughout the bar area with bar, high top, and table seating available. Games included air hockey, guitar hero, pac man, Yahtzee, wheel of fortune, skeeball, basketball, and multiple driving and shooting games (crusin' USA and terminator etc.) The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect for a D&B. Staff was very friendly and the event seemed to run very smoothly. Wednesday night is half price game night - so your money goes that much further. We will definitely be back! read more

Discrimination and horrible customer service. There was only 3 other tables seated in the whole restaurant but we were still told it was a 30 min wait. Consequently we sat at the bar...big mistake. The Bartender was incredibly rude, walked laps past us without being greeted or offering menus or drinks. After 10 minutes I got up and found menus at the employee service station myself. There were only 7 other guests seated at the bar (*with a second bartender) who were attended to in a very courteous and timely manner. We were the only other bar patrons of another race, so apparently we were the *wrong color*. If one of us flagged her down for a drink, she'd eventually get it but wouldn't ask the other members of our party and would just run back to the other end. She treated us so poorly, and upset my 70 year old mother so much that she got up and left without even eating the rest of her food. She brought the wrong food to my disabled father, told him she knew it wasn't what he ordered, and didn't ask if she could replace it for another 25 minutes after he was so hungry he had eaten it anyway. I asked to speak with a manager, at which point the bartender started arguing profusely with me about why she hadn't done anything wrong. The manager appeared to also be the father of our bartender, and when confronted, offered very little to nothing to rectify the situation. Came out with a family to watch a game. Had a reservation for 6. Clueless hostess put us on a wait list. So many empty tables in the middle, but the rude manager wanted to sit us somewhere in the back, because the middle is reserved for their VIPs. The BS running in corporate DB is ridiculous. It's simply bad for a corporate run establishment. 1. Ordered food. No napkins or silverware. Got it myself from the bin full of the stuff. Thanks Talliah. 2. Ordered drinks, but didn't get asked or even approached again until a food person gave us our food. In fact, nobody approached us again until I was forced to flag down a manager to get our bill. My wife's drink was empty for ten minutes at least. As stated before, never got approached to ask or order another. 3. They put a plate of food in front of us without a word and walked away. Took 2 minutes to flag down an employee and tell them it wasn't ours. The bartender took the plate and looked around. Another bartender told him to "just send it back to the kitchen, they will eat it". This cannot possibly be a restaurant safe thing to do. Eventually, they say it down at the end of the bar where they "hoped those people" would find it. 4. During this time, we viewed an apparent manager (Dean) and multiple employees mingling but paying no attention to any guests behind the bar area. The conversations heard were cringe worthy and it was obvious that the staff did not care for guests that were served elsewhere in the restaurant or guests within hearing distance. Exactly four people were at the bar during this period. It wasn't busy. Dropping $90 on games and another $50 at the bar. 100% not worth it. You gotta act like you want someone to come back.
