The margaritas are absolutely disgusting! The food is so-so and expensive. The games are VERY expensive!!!! The only saving quality is the prizes are reasonable, BUT you can only win 1 expensive prize per day. Overall, I do NOT recommend. Go to The Works in Wyomissing, Pa instead. VERY disappointed. I heard they had the vegan Impossible Burger. I checked online to see if the Capital City Mall, Camp Hill, PA location had it. Their website stated they had it on their menu. We went right in, and when it was time to order, the waitress said they don't have the Impossible Burger and in fact haven't had it for a while. They had a substitute vegan burger. I was still charged the same for the other brand, even though the waitress said it should be cheaper. I know for a fact that the brand they substituted it for was less expensive--by a couple of bucks. They lost our business. We won't be back. read more

Service is incredibly slow. There were only 3 tables with 3 or less people including our table, and we spent over an hour just to eat lunch and have one drink. The food at Dave and Busters is awesome i frequently go here because i work in the area, and i get the avacado toast and the ribs and bar burger combo. If you add a $20 power card to play the games and drink a "TNT" (Dave and Buster's signature top shelf long island) it leaves you with an awesome afternoon to "Eat, Drink, Play, and Watch Sports" they have a ton of tv's! They really deliver on their slogan. Staff has always been friendly and service is super fast on the weekdays. I highly recommend! read more

Pleasantly surprised. I was able to attend a VIP event before the grand opening that was packed with people but the staff was attentive and they had servers bringing food around on trays. We only stayed for a short period of time that evening but enjoyed ourselves. We went back the other night and sat in their restaurant for dinner. Even though the place is large and there were a lot of people the restaurant was quieter then I expected and very comfortable. You can sit at the bar as well but we weren't planning on drinking. For two of us after the tip we only paid around 25 dollars for our dinner. I was really expecting the prices to be a lot higher but the menu had a lot of reasonably priced food. I had the carnitas street tacos which were served with chips and dip and they were very good! The service was great as well, just enough and not over whelming like it can be with new locations. Very nice bar with plenty of tvs to watch the game and a lot of seating. We were seated right away at lunch time on a Saturday. 5 minutes went by and a waitress came up and asked if anyone came to our table yet and we said no. She said I guess this is my table now... Hmm that sounds unorganized. We waited about 10 minutes for our sodas. Food wait was maybe 15-20 minutes. Food was pretty good. All the games were pretty fun. Just bad. From now on, we play games and leave!!!! Long... After waiting 10 min at table with no menus, went and asked and was informed all via phones now. Fine, but the website wouldn't let us order drinks. When host couldn't get it to work either, they finally sent the poor waiter over (had four tables at once, which I know from experience is tough!). Then, it took three tries for one (of four) drinks to come out right. In meantime, two Mac and cheeses came out (clearly from a box), and one reportedly had a hair in it! Kids finished eating and, 10 minutes later, two more meals came out and the third try at the drink. This time, I saw the hair (In chicken tenders!!! How?!?!). But, on bright side, my food was fine. This is a fun place to go out with friends and play games. Games are a little expensive but that is to be expected. Other Dave and Busters have cup holders at all the game stations which makes them a bit nicer than this one. Overall it is a nice place to go and the food and service is good. read more

Don't eat here unless you have a lot of time to wait for your food !!!!! It's not like the place is all that busy, I only ordered a salad . Now that we have our food, it is very good . Our waiter Justin was awesome... I would have rated this place a 5 but there was a lot of confusion getting in and one of the hostesses was rude. Seemed to be upset by how busy she was. Rated 1 star only because .5 isn't availble. Got there for lunch (1:00pm) and wasn't seated until dinnner at (4:00pm). Even tried to call ahead to make a reservation so that we wouldn't be waiting but they don't let people do reservations. The servers were both rude and consistently kept us waiting. read more

Just went here for dinner this evening. Our wait was a bit long but was well worth the wait. Our appetizer came out and it was incredible. I myself am very particular about cheese on my dishes and this was amazing. And my entree, their sliders were the bomb. Went here at the end of December 2018 for an eight-year-old birthday party. Brought four kids with us. Had to wait hours to be seated. Wanted to buy the birthday package and because we had to wait to be seated ended up spending a ton of money for the kids to play games because we couldn't sit down and eat. Call before hand to ask questions and to confirm and staff was not knowledgeable. Staff was actually rude over the phone. This is smaller (or seems smaller) than most Dave and Busters I have been to, and I've been to many throughout the country. Would not recommend you waste your time driving, parking and paying to play here. read more
