Jalapeno Cheeseburger with sweet potato fries

Located near 35 this place is a must go to for both locals and people visiting. It's simple and welcoming. Anyone is sure to feel comfortable here. Decorated with all the info about the zipper ripper which is their legendary challenge. Look at the photo for information on it. The food here is made fresh, it's hot, and it's delicious. I ordered the jalapeno cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and it was delicious. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, cheese was perfectly melted, and the meat was well seasoned. My fries were cooked well and not soggy or overcooked like sweet potato fries sometimes get. The sodas were good too! I loved the root beer. It almost had a little vanilla taste to it. The onion rings were really crispy and hot too. The staff were really wonderful and kind.

We were passing through and decided to grab a quick bite. Customer service: C (based on the lack of personality of the young cashier) Location: A Parking: B- (Available, but limited) Atmosphere: A Food quality: A- I'm not sure if the young lady working the cashier was new or unhappy, but her personality & customer service skills gave off "wet mop" vibes. However, the older lady working in the kitchen was very friendly and welcoming. She spoke to us along with the folks behind us. I was low-key worried the beef patties would be unseasoned and lacking flavor. I was pleasantly surprised with my first bite of the burger it was juicy and seasoned very well. The onion rings and fries were crispy and seasoned as well. Everything was delicious!!! Lastly, the entire restaurant was clean and smelled very fresh. Roni's pick

Jetting down to ATX for the game and decided to see who had a great burger along the way. Just a few blocks off I35, you need to pop in and get this burger. Good old fashioned burger stand w friendly people and fast service. Lots of choices to make the burger the way you want. Oh, and there are epic brownies and Rice Krispie Treats as well as Ice Cream. Come on know. You know you want it.

Hits the spot. This is a casual local burger joint that is fast and friendly. No hidden frills. Cheeseburger and fries will probably cost you around 8-9 bucks. Friendly staff, and clean environment. What makes this place truly special is the challenge the Zipper Ripper of eating a boatload of food in 12 minutes-- to see if you will win or lose! It is definitely very Texan and a great place to go for a quick bite with friends. Also they have a nice ice cream selection and speciality sodas. Locals love it.

Got dinner to go from here. Should've called it in because it took close to 20 mins for the order to be ready, even though they weren't terribly busyZ Ironically, the burgers taste a lot like Whataburger, which is a good thing in my book. They were pretty good overall, and the order was right and piping hot, so that's good too. My wife liked her sweet potato fries, but my daughter didn't care for her regular fries, and I wasn't wowed by the onion rings either. They looked better than they tasted....and I've seen very few onion rings I didn't like.nice had better burgers, but these weren't serviceable. I've definitely had better sides from a burger joint.

The burger was very good. The beef had great flavor and the double gives you a nice, hefty amount of meat. The bun was a little on the dry side, but nothing terrible. Their house sauce is AWESOME--just the right amount of spice and flavor. My biggest complaint: they put the sauce on the bottom of the burger. That's a big no-no for me! Sauce belongs on top. You want that spicy kick hitting the roof of your mouth first and then working its way down through the burger. It sounds like a small thing, but it makes a difference! Burger: 7.5/10 The fries were average. Nothing wrong with them, but nothing particularly memorable either. Fries: 5/10 The vanilla shake was exactly what a classic vanilla shake should be. Nothing fancy, just cold, creamy, and delicious. What more could you ask for? Shake: 8.5/10 The two ladies working the register were incredibly friendly. 10/10 for the staff. My only gripe with the checkout experience is being asked for a tip at a counter-service restaurant where you refill your own drinks and throw away your own trash. I'm just not a fan of that trend. Overall, I really like Health Camp. Simple burgers, simple shakes, an old-school atmosphere, and a place that's been doing this for generations. There's something about biting into a big double cheeseburger here that makes you feel proud to be an American. Overall: 8/10. I'd definitely come back.

We got seated right away around 1:30 pm on a Friday. There appeared to be only two servers covering the entire room but they did a pretty good job of it. Our waiter, a young man was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. He used an electronic order taking device and was able to customize anything we asked for, right in the device. Three of us ordered shakes. My friend loves Coconut Cream Pie, which they have and she was considering a shake. I suggested she ask our server if he could make her a Coconut Cream Pie shake with vanilla ice cream. Sure enough, he did it and it was quite tasty. For lunch, we ordered as follows: - Patty Melt with Tots (shared by my wife and I) - Kids Finger Basket with 1 Chicken and 1 Steak finger and tots - Steak Finger Basket with Tots The food was very diner diner-like (fried or flat top grilled) and it was tasty. This was a decent and fun lunch and we'd stop here again.
