I really hate to leave a 2 star review because pre-pandemic we loved the pizza from here. Since they closed the dining room, however, their customer service has taken a nosedive. We live less than 2 miles away. Call and order for pickup. One pizza, that's it. 20 minutes, fine. When you go there you pull up out front and call again to let them know you're out front waiting for you food. Then someone brings it out, you pay, and leave. We pulled up out front and called. "I'll bring it right out!" Ten minutes later she's still on the phone taking orders. Then a huge order comes out from the kitchen for delivery. Both the delivery guy, one of the cooks, and the counter person stuff the food containers into plastic bags for another 10 minutes. Once that order is taken away by the delivery driver, the girl goes over to a "warming box" and takes our pizza out of it along with another one for the car that was idling next to us. When we got it home - LESS THAN 2 MILES AWAY - it was cold. No aroma, no smell, no nothing. Room temperature at best. The microwave at home got used for every single slice. If you want HOT pizza go elsewhere. The employees act like they're doing you a favor when they bring it out after you can SEE it was sitting there for 15+ minutes. I wasn't happy with the spinach calzone. The spinach didn't taste cooked, and it's not spinach leaves, but frozen mush. I only ate 2 bites. I won't order spinach on anything there. Hubby said I couldn't take it back, even though it was not edible. The pizza is okay. read more

I have been to this location twice and on a Friday. It's awful. They are disorganized. Both ladies are taking calls, orders at the register plus the online people. both times they had me waiting for my food that was ready. last Friday was by far the worst. They put my pizza on one shelf and the wings at the bottom. We went up to ask them 3 xs within an hour about our food. they just said they were busy (clearly! it was obvious to the other frustrated customers). Finally one of the men cooking took out the bag (from their warmer, where they have the food that's ready for pickup) and took it to her to show her that the wings were there. I waited, as I had seen her go take it back to the warmer shelf, as if it was a new order being placed. She dismissed me, I went to the register to ask for my money. it's been 1.5 hrs of waiting. the lady at the register asked her and she's like "oh it's ready but not the cannolis." I asked for my money and they ignored me. Past me, would of caused a scene, however I contained myself. they gave us our food, with no apologies, nothing. our food was cold, our wings were disgusting, and they made us sick. Avoid this place or give them a try, probably not the weekend. They are overwhelmed ,and bombarded. That sweetie, after every sentence/statement can only take you so far. read more

Lots of lettuce and that's about it had 2 waters the bill was 25 dollars for a gas station pizza place, dont think I will go back as lunch was expensive and took along time. First time in vero beach and had the pineapple pizza is was amazing! I've never been a fan of pineapple on pizza but Davilas is incredibly delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the real deal affordable local pizza ! read more

They are in a Convience store and right now pickup or delivery only. They are hit or miss. I'm sure there is better pizza around it I just haven't found it. The subs are good when they get them right. If you hungry and nothing else is around it works. read more

We have ordered from Davila's twice in the last 2 weeks and everything is GREAT! Whenever we try a new place, we order a bit of everything. I was not expecting a lot when I went to this place, considering it's in a gas station. But the recommendations from two friends led me to try it out. I must say that it was one of the best independent pizza places I've been to in Central Florida! They have pizza specials on Monday and Tuesday nights which make it a great deal - considering how good the pizzas are. One of the chefs, LJ, has this special item you have to ask for because it's not on the menu. It's a burger wrapped in pizza dough and then baked with pepperoni and cheese on top. It's a special order which takes about 45 minutes so that gives you plenty time to enjoy some appetizers or drinks while you wait. read more

My family has gone here a few times only due to proximity. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. This most recent time, on a forty dollar order, we ordered, among other things, the Chicken Francaise. We got there and were told that the cook couldn't do it for some reason. We were told that we would receive a free one. When I asked for my money back for the ONE I DIDNT GET, I was told that I would no longer get a "free" one. How is that free if I have to pay for something I never got in the first place. Thanks but no thanks. A previous time we ordered a vegetarian pizza and there was literally more black olives han cheese just thrown across the top. And finally, when we wanted to order something after the hurricane, we dialed davilas 3 das in a row and no one answered and there was nothing on their Facebook page stating that there was an issue. Either pick up the phone or post that your phone service doesn't work even though the place is open. In summary, the chef could not care less about what he makes, the people who work there could not care less if they sell anything, and the quality of the food is very subpar. Also do not order the Greek salad, the only thing Greek about it I should the feta cheese. We've been here a few times and can definitively say the food and service are terrible. read more

Looks can be deceiving. It's in a gas station but it is not gas station food. I have had the pizza and the burgers and both are top notch every time I get them. Wouldn't change a thing! Burgers are hand made patties. My favourite pizzas are the roasted garlic with a white a soauce! read more

Excellent! I was in town on business and ordered from there multiple times and everything I had was great! The burgers were cooked perfectly, the sandwiches were incredibly flavorful, and the Greek stromboli was in my top 15 of best things I've ever eaten. I highly recommend this place! read more

Don't order the antipasto salad! The price was 10.95 which I would not paying if it had everything listed on the menu. It had 1 slice tomato cut in 2 peices, 2 cucumber slices, no onion, 1 red pepper, 6 leaves off a artichoke (No hearts), 10 slices very small olives, 2 extra small pepperoncinis, and about a cup of salad. INCREDIBLE BUT TRUE: Ordered a gyro and when I got home there was no meat on it. REALLY! Just the pita bread and a few ingredients inside... BUT NO MEAT! Got in my car and drove back. It all became a lighthearted joke. They said they will make up for it by giving me some extra meat. When I got home there were only 4 slices of the pre-sliced frozen tasteless so called gyro meat. Prior to that I went there with mom for dinner. All was terrible especially the so called waitress Michelle who seemed extremely disgruntled who just about did us a favor by throwing the food onto the table and running away. Since the gyro incident I tried to give them one last chance and called in an order to be delivered and somehow got into a heated argument with Michelle on the phone so I cancelled my order and that is it for me!
