Because of his reasonable estimate cost, I didn't bother to call the other two shops on my list. After Chris inspected my tire with the nail, he told me that this was a lucky case. He removed that nail - it was a screw of around an inch long. He tested the tire and showed me there was no leak. And then he told me that I could go home without paying a penny. It was unbelievable that he fixed my tire without charging me a penny. More importantly, Chris' action made me feel the world better again.

Someone always answers the phone relatively quickly , and I found each person that I have communicated with to be professional and courteous. The only issue that I see is that they don't carry a full stock of tires onsite. They didn't have the size I needed, so they had to order from a different location. It took about a week for my tires to arrive. I promptly set up an appointment for the following day and headed on down to the store. Once the gentleman checked me in and took my keys , my car was ready in about 2 hours. I am not sure if America's Tire is the cheapest option available, but my experience was pleasant for the most part. On a side note , I took advantage of their 0 interest for 6 months financing option.

My overall wait was about 1.5 hours, which honestly wasn't too bad considering walk-ins were being told it would be over two hours. Once I was helped, the associate told me my car should be done within an hour since I had an appointment. Standing in the same line as walk-ins was a bit annoying at first, but I can see that the appointment helped with the overall timing. I purchased two Continental tires for $670. Thankfully, I only needed two. I even called my husband to double-check if the price was reasonable, and he said it was, so I went ahead with it. It felt like a lot, but with a baby, having safe and reliable tires is absolutely worth it. Overall, the staff was polite and the pricing seemed fair for the brand. My only suggestion would be to create a separate check-in line for appointments to make the process clearer and more efficient. I would still return.
