It's been leaking for months after the repair and since this is a rental house and we had Christmas in between, the tenant informed me about 2.5 months later that there was still a leak. I had to dig some of the pipe to find that 5 inches below the faucet there was a fitting that was still loose and leaking. When called the company to come over and take care of the leak they wanted another ~$500 to take care of ~1ft of copper. Even the manager over the phone said and I quote "Even if you had called me the next day after the repair, we will still had to invoice you for the fix" WHAT?? What kind of licensed plumbers are this guys that won't stand behind their work? I just hope they take care of the customers going forward, remember the market has ups and downs and although you are enjoying a never ending supply of customers that will not last forever. My wife was made to feel dismissed and disrespected in her own home simply for asking questions. When master plumber was called by tech I asked to speak to them and inquired how they would make this right. He proceeded to tell the tech to get in his truck and drive away as there was no way he could make us happy. We were left with fixtures that are in worse shape than before they attempted work, and a blockage that we will have to get another plumber to fix. Main issues = integrity, honesty, timely communication, follow through and the fact that a representative of this company rose his voice in a hostile manner to a woman on her own property when asking clarifying questions. Simple repairs, took the company an hour of labor. I was charged 450 dollars for that, in which the company charged me 325 dollars to change the faucet, and that took the plumber under 10 minutes. I highly recommend whoever is using this company to get an estimate before having them do anything, I assumed it would be on the average price range for that service, but I was wrong. I felt like they took advantage of the situation, and when I contacted the company he just explained that this was the service price, unrelated to hours of work, affirming that it was fast because it was efficient and asked me "What exactly are you wanting?" Also, I had to request them to return the faucet they removed and took with them, to dispose of it, they said. I just upgraded to a new one but the one they removed was perfectly fine and I wanted to keep it. At least they brought that one back the next day. Besides all that you would expect the seal at least to sit centered to sink recess, specially for the price charged for the service and the Master Plumbing nomination that they give themselves.
