I did appreciate that the menu was not overly complicated. It made it easy to make our selections. They also did offer happy hour specials during the week. I opted for the double Smashburger and fries. The Smashburger comes with their signature sauce, which you can order at a few different spice levels. The girl at the counter said that normally people go with the regular spice level so I opted for that. When my burger and fries arrived, I was quite surprised at the portion sizes. My basket was filled with french fries and my burger was pleasantly large. In regards to the flavor I do have to say this was probably one of the best tasting burgers I have ever had. I didn't want to note that they do use sweet pickles on their burgers here. But it just works with the flavor that they're going for. My wife ordered the "my girlfriend is not hungry" sampler platter. This came with fries, onion rings, pretzel bites chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. Everything was great tasting. Their onion rings were cooked to absolute perfection. The restaurant itself on the inside is a little bit small so I could imagine on days that they are busy. It might get a little bit cramped. I did also wanna mention that I did like that. They had a changing table in the restroom. That was a nice touch that you honestly do not see at a lot of restaurants even the mainstream ones.

They do have indoor seating as well. They do also have indoor seating and a big space where they hold events. I enjoy having craft beer from time to time, and also have a little one. It's hard sometimes to find locations with good drinks and offers food, with a big space for kids to run around. This place has a small playground area with seats right in front and standing area. My little one has started to enjoy pinball machines so it's nice that they have a couple for him to play with. They don't serve their own food but they typically have a food truck everyday. When I have gone it's been Game Over Catering. We have enjoyed the food we have gotten. Overall, have always enjoyed Topa Topa's beer. This location is nice and spacious for my little one to have fun. Will continue coming.

It's located on the top floor of Eric Ericsson's (EE) restaurant and carries their full oeuvre of MadeWest's current beer and hard seltzer selection. We tried three of them, and they were all delicious and refreshing and priced very reasonably considering the location. There's only one thing to keep in mind while visiting, and that's that you're welcome to bring food from EE's--but no alcohol from EE. Which is more than fair. As if the prices haven't risen enough the past couple years, they now add a separate credit card transaction fee. And then they want a tip! Can you at least bring me water and pretend to smile? But I was willing to let that experience go until I went there earlier today to meet some colleagues for a bite. After a half hour, the appetizer I ordered still wasn't ready. So I had to call a server away from staring at their cell phone to give me a refund, and now I'm looking for a bite elsewhere.
