I had my eye on this place for a while! Finally got to visit with my partner recently. He ordered two drinks and a chicken empanada, I got myself just an iced green tea. We both loved everything we ordered! One of the drinks he got was their special called the Daylight and I had a sip and loved it! It wasn't busy when we went but we still sat outside and enjoyed ourselves. Next time, we will sit inside and play the games they have on a table! The logo for this place is so cute too! Daylight and Moon is an adorable coffee shop with lots of delicious food options! Parking was a bit difficult and inaccessible, but after a while we were able to snag a spot. We entered in the back way and were greeted by a friendly employee who was very gracious and helpful. She was very open to explaining the logistics of the menu, what was popular, etc. We ordered our food and sat down. It was pretty empty, but as time went on, a lot of people came in and out. The music was a bit loud as we were served our food. However, the food itself was wonderful. My mom ordered a matcha. It wasn't particularly sweet and wasn't anything notable. I had ordered the Dark Chocolate Blackberry Truffle Coffee special, which was AMAZING. Ask the barista for tips on what she recommends, because the specials are great. Our cookie butter toast was so delicious! The bread was super soft and thick, and the granola was on top was a nice crunch. We both enjoyed it thoroughly. Inside, there are lots of available books to read on local history while you enjoy your coffee, which was a nice touch Critiques would be the location/parking situation, it's bit hard to get to, and the menu isn't particularly well-rounded. I stopped by this place for a quick bite before a medical exam. What a mistake! I think I may have gotten food poisoning from their horrible food. This place was dingy and dirty. The woman working behind the counter desperately needed to improve her poor hygiene. I couldn't believe they had someone like this working behind the counter and serving food. We got the brunch toast it was very bland and boring matcha was very disappointing tasted watered down overall give it a 5/10

We ordered three lattes, and the barista who didn't take the order got them wrong. She was upset and turned it around on us. The person who took the order was nowhere to be found at that point. The barista remade one of the lattes, filled the cup 3/4 full, and dumped the milk in the cup. No care was given and no attempt at latte art was made on two of them, but a heart was managed on one. This poor quality of service is not acceptable. She seemed unhappy to be there and was taking it out on the customers. Remember, there are too many coffee shops ever to try a bad one again! read more
