Beans are like a chili, smoky, thick with slight heat and salty. Next Mac & Cheese, very cheddar, sticky and hot. Potato salad, dill and mustard forefront flavors. Potato's were a little mashed. Brisket, soft, moist, smoke ring about 1/8" deep. Great smoky flavor. Jalapeño cheddar sausage, unreal. Bursting with cheddar with a jalapeño kick in chaser. Great meal!
